@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@v_dubster @gffcontwitch @EE Yup, I am having the same issue. Looking on downdetector, the following services are affected: BT Sky EE Plusnet Vodafone TalkTalk YouFiber Virgin Media Trooli Utility Warehouse Zen Internet There may be more, but I don't have the effort to search for them.

@DerylLynn @frederickone @WeAreOpenreach .. They said that there was a break in the line further up the road. Some squirell must have nibbled it. They gave me a resolution date of 6 months in the future, so it was back to PlusNet. Virgin still haven't fixed it, so I'm still on copper.
