  @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

  @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Plusnet seem to be reasonable when it comes to renewal. Never worth leaving them and decent price

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @KevlarBrock @EE @Plusnet Sky are relatively good for pricing right now, however they also operate on the Openreach lines so if it’s an Openreach issue it might be a recurring thing - Starlink is a good shout or the 5G routers

  My Internet has been playing up all week and they said someone was coming Wednesday. they didn’t now saying they’re coming to fix it now it’s Monday. I’m not happy @Plusnet this is not your usual good service if you don’t get this it means the Internet is gone wrong again

  @ThatNeilMartin @Plusnet I left @Plusnet years ago after a customer service guy was patronising and rude. One strike and you're out is my mantra with such things.

  @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
