@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@Plusnet been in contact with plusnet reference refund of charge for mobile and despite being advised on 3 occasions the refund charge will be sent to home. We are still awaiting and any Plusnet communication via mail has not materialised. Please help my refund issue.

A 50 minute phone call eventually made it clear that @Plusnet had never sent it. They promised to rectify that immediately. On the 26th I called again as I *still* had no router, and therefore no broadband. My parter works from home as was having to rely on a dongle which we had

@Plusnet for THREE days I’ve been trying to purchase a contract on your website and can’t progress further than the checkout page as it just reloads! One of your advisors said you had received reports and were aware - when will you solve this?? You are about to loose a customer!
