  @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

  So @Plusnet sold us fibre broadband for our new home. Today they told us that it isn’t actually usable in the area yet but it will be at some point in the future after it’s installed “Why did you sell me a service that’s not available?” “It is available. It’s just not connected.”

  @Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.

  @Plusnet I’m still having problems with my broadband. You assured me that it had all been resolved at your end and the problems I’ve had for years with poor broadband speeds would be rectified. They haven’t and I’ve since found out that my landline hasn’t been working properly

  @Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

  Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

  @Plusnet Another disappointment. 3rd time we’ve been promised a managed would call back and they didn’t. Plusnet cancelled our service without our permission & left us without email in the middle of a house sale!! No one is listening or helping. Awful customer service.

  @seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.
