@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@Felix_F_Fern I'm with Sky for speed + free boosters around the house cause we get WiFi cold-spots but they will take any and every chance to raise your tariff, I have to call every 3 months to negotiate back down to our price. Plusnet just fully didn't work when we were with them, hub broke+

@Felix_F_Fern In all seriousness, they live somewhere else now & the coverage is pretty good - a few blindspots but the house is an odd shape - & the customer service is excellent. I used to have plusnet & again good coverage & customer service.

@AdvocateforJus4 @Only9built @avsybaby If it makes you feel better, we're about to have a similar-ish problemo. Plusnet copper broadband stops on 29 Apr & apparently Vodacrap, who said they could supply from 17 Mar, now say they will start our new service on (go on, have a guess...)... 1st June. What a load of sh*t!

@Plusnet Cost? A bit like tethering then? I'd not thought of that. Considering the earliest date for reconnection is to be the 28th March (from the 1st March outage) and it could be some time in April, if it is a gift the. Yes. If cost involved, no. Could I tether to my android?

@Plusnet broadband accolades from @ChooseUK but mobile support, they discontinued live chat, direct you to twitter, then ignore you. Calling requires you to tether the phone to the charger the queue is so long!

@Plusnet But given that I've just joined you, why couldn't you get the advertised prices right? Surely any price rise shouldn't take effect before the service even starts!

@Plusnet "An engineer will be with you between 8am and 1pm and we'll let you know in advance exactly when" Why make this promise when you can't stick to it? Why not tell a customer, who has made themselves available for a 5 hour slot, when you're not going to turn up?
