DWR85 (@DWRobbo85) reported@Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

Ste (@Stevanobalabala) reported@Plusnet I’m due for renewal with you next month and have been with you for years now but getting sick of new customer getting gift cards and there’s better deals with other suppliers that are significantly cheaper. Why should u stay with you?
-
94 (@94panicattack) reported@Plusnet service drop outs has been awful recently. Already had BT engineer out they said its to do with the central hub, nothing to do with our line or router
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
