I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    (@fredwilliams439) reported@Plusnet It sounds like Plusnet is in big trouble at the moment, People can't get their emails and those who can can't send any. The staff are not being honest about what's going on or when the problem will be fixed. Not good for business at all.

    (@leo_phillips) reported@JevsTv Just check which network your BB provider piggybacks on (and that you get reception with them). BT (who use EE) are excellent, and at a fraction of the cost. Sky/Virgin both use O2 IIRC. Can't remember with Plusnet. Good luck!

    (@SangramGundawar) reported@Plusnet Thanks for response. Why plusnet is slow with refunds? 21 days- these are unreal, why they hold customers money for 21days? My connection was closed 4 hours before committed time. Caused loads of inconvenience at last and now as well.

You have closed my connection hours before committed time, and I'm still waiting for a refund after 15 days.Can you check Refund status ASAP.

Cannot login to webmail (which I never use anyway to access the inbox) and my email clients (Outlook / eM Client) cannot authenticate over IMAP or POP3. This is appalling.
