  @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

  @Plusnet #PlusNetMobile the only network not to support UK government's SMS phishing/spam reporting service on 7726 - when are you going to fix this?

  @Plusnet Maybe instead of sending a snotty email on the account (not here), you should just fix the issue rather than say it'll cost £65 if no fault is found for an engineer visit. 1/2
