@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@StephenPMurtagh @Plusnet I tried their internet service after they first started up, not knowing they were… not good… the BT connection explained it… I really never had a good opinion of BT since they were first formed… expensive, arrogant and terrible service

@plusnet called the number given for customer support to get a PAC and got a message saying calls from my phone were Not allowed WTF searched for alternative and was advised calls were charged at £6 !!

@StephenPMurtagh @Plusnet Funny story about @Plusnet I called about being overcharged I challenged them & the girl put me on hold? But didn't! She shouted to her floor walker, Don't give him his F money Shirley, he's rude. Needless to say when Shirley came on, I repeated what I heard. Free Plusnet 4 12mth

@mike_leckenby @Plusnet I agree 100% about BT my hatred for them knows no bounds! However, up until now PN have been pretty good & fixed a recent BB issue pronto, with new wiring etc.

@Plusnet are you having network issues in the Doncaster area? My signal has started dropping out and I’ve had no more than 2 bars at home for days. No previous issues.
