@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

Plusnet engineer said the issue was the router. I put in a new router. Internet still poor. Call operator for Plusnet says it's a line issue and an engineer will have to attend. Changing my mind - I wouldn't recommend plusnet anymore

I’m at the end of my tether @Plusnet Our internet connection from you is terrible and gets worse by the day. No amount on turning it on and off helps. What do you suggest?
