@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@AntheaJayne4 @PopTelecom @Ofcom plusnet or BT all the way for me, had both of them for over 12 yrs never had an issue, cheap as well if you haggle for their best deals

Hi @Plusnet - I had a fault on my line fir two days owing to an issue with the exchange. This meant no broadband for 3 days so will I get a refund for this? Thanks

Hello @Plusnet. What's happening with broadband in BN11? Down all day and no info. Openreach look like their not happy with people contacting them. What's the issue and do you have an indication of when it will be resolved?
