@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@plusnethelp Now 3 months and the unpaid dispute regarding the fraudulent use of my details has been resolved . All plusnet is interested in is to close the case while my credit file is still left in tatters. Very poor customer service. Utter shambles

@plusnethelp just moved from talk talk to plusnet. I was getting 17mbps up stairs know I only get 14mbps. Also ethernet connection to ps4 14 only when it was 17 with talk talk, this is not good. Please help

So @Plusnet have cancelled our Internet and phoneline 2 weeks early! I can't work from home now. They have been no help and basically told us they can't do anything and have to live with it. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Avoid them

Can't wait to leave #Plusnet after many good years, the service over the last four months has been appalling and customer service disappointing 😬
