    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    hi @Plusnet your customer service is usually great, but just found out that our 11 days of broken internet for which we get some compensation is actually only given for those days that are 'working days', huh? why aren't weekends included? We pay for internet 365 days a year!

    @Plusnet The internet connection has been fine all day. Let's hope the network issue has been resolved and I don't lose connection again. Service was good for the first two months I was with Plusnet.

    Hi @Plusnet I’ve lost signal completely on my phone. Been a customer for a couple of years with no problems, just totally lost signal yesterday at home where it is normally great.

    @RLDToo @plusnethelp Tried that - doesn’t seem to work. Also tried on MacOS/iOS/Linux/Win 10 - dead on all of them… until I switch to mobile data. Seems like a Plusnet issue.

    @Plusnet the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Terrible company and as soon as I can get out of contract I’m gone! I need complaints team to contact me but getting ignored

    Nobody will take responsibility for damage to a driveway when your internet fibre upgrade is carried out with @Plusnet @bt_uk #BTopenreach #KellyCommunications All denying responsibility and all shifting responsibility with a bullshit report. Told to get legal representation.
