    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    @Plusnet it seems as though your Internet outage is still ongoing, my Internet has dropped out repeatedly since Friday mornings outage. I've contacted customer service but they detect no issues with my end... hopefully you can get things to work properly again soon.

    @Jadehu91 Hi Jade, Friday some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Sammy- Team Sheffield
