@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@bigcox Awful customer service. People in an offshore call centre who just follow scripts. It’s all Openreach infrastructure so I’d go with someone like Plusnet, same speeds but you get much better customer service if you need it.

@altrinchamhq @Plusnet Yes it’s down for me in WA14, I had tried everything and was so confused as was appearing connected on the router! Not good from them to provide zero updates.

@RealLifeAccoun1 @Plusnet The same here in DE56, the call center is not accepting any more calls, so cutting the call, and the bot is currently carrying out checks after telling me no known issues. Good job I don't rely on my Internet for my job...oh wait....😭

@Plusnet So disappointed today. No working Internet, thrown off the phone line without being able to speak to anyone, and text support which was supposed to give me a call within 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I moved to PlusNet for the customer service, just disappointed.
