sharon G-S (@ronnie74) reported from Hindringham, England@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

Morgan (@morganjonestech) reported@LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

Nigel Hurneyman (@Nigelh7n) reported@WeAreOpenreach My provider will probably be #BT, because I have to switch from #Plusnet to keep my home phone number. I know you own the network and I believe you do all BT-related updates, but do you allow other broadband providers to do their own updates on it?
-
Rob Sterowski (@robsterowski) reported@plusnet Broadband now down for 18 hours. Web pages return "Sorry about this. Looks like something's stopped working." What's going on?
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
-
Jason F (@jasonFr54781642) reported@Plusnet trying to cancel to travel abroad will have no fixed address, I waited for 15 mins on the phone then got cut off, I dont think #plusnet want me to leave. Is there an easier way to cancel thanks.

Onetruefraggle (@onetruefraggle) reported@KaiGWatson Plusnet. Talking to customer service who speak English is all I care about

Clareq12.bsky.social- REAL socialists wear masksπ· (@ClareQ12) reported@Plusnet @EE Also, the internet speeds are pretty pathetic. About 120mbps rather than the 500 they promised. So @Plusnet I have 2 questions for you: 1) how good is your "award winning" customer service? 2) what's your contract cooling off period, and do you know other companies exist?
-
El Gato (@CravenRavenism) reported@Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itβs best

RSG (@Tigercatgirl) reported@Plusnet broadband just stopped with flashing orange B sign on router. How do I report and any known issues in South London please?
