@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

So, it seems Plusnet's Hub 2 can't use the IP address range 10.1.1.x Guess what address range I use for my internal network? Go on, you'll never guess.

@Phelimmac @john_allcock @SKJBell Hi All we just changed over 2 Plusnet fibre internet through Cityfibre net work all ok to here, BUT we’ve just had an engineer out as not working it’s his third call in our road in a month, the issue is the fibre stops outside our property 1/2
