    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    @Plusnet So We are changing over to FTTP on thursday but we have had no email or nothing about the whereabouts of the router thats meant to be sent out.. Any help would be great as we only got 3/4 days.

    Honestly, do not go with plusnet, their an absolute piss take of a company, **** customer service, utterly useless!!!

    @Plusnet Thank you. The actual physical connection goes down, so the underlying protocols that control the DSL signals goes down. Personally I think it's losing connection to your management systems, which are dropping the connection.

    @jmdlollollol @Plusnet @plusnethelp Since lockdown customers appear to become inconvenience that companies tolerating as sideline to them taking our money. Have you noticed always them who have charged us too much or charged us for a service they've failed to provide thinking when they say "Sorry" that's enough !

    @plusnet Since my earlier message, my internet/broadband connection has been garbage, any time I'm doing something 2minutes later it dis-connects, I don't think I've had a stable connection for more than about 20mins 😡

    Coinciding exactly with an email about price rises (CPI plus a magic 3.9%) from Plusnet my broadband goes down. Sometimes it feels like the whole country is run by gangsters.
