    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    @David_cl5p @Plusnet @MarcAllera Thanks David and yes aware the BT bought PlusNet. Unfortunately I feel that the customer service of PlusNet is going down the route of BT! I have now cancelled my account with PlusNet.

    @Plusnet You failed to follow my instructions and cut internet service on Tuesday. Now told 12 to 14 days to restore it. Your fault, but I'm paying for mobile at £15 per day as work from home. What a joke!
