    @Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

    @SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

    Slight harumph at @Plusnet having "had to take the site down for maintenance.". Was looking at renewal options - my contract is up with them in a month;i n these days of scalable websites and renting server time, surely you don't need to fully take a site offline to do work? :-/

    @OpenreachHelp broadband is down across the BD22 area across multiple ISPs like sky bt plusnet. Is someone looking into this?

    @Plusnet Please send an engineer out so I can use my broadband. I’ve tried everything to get you and @OpenreachHelp to send an engineer and no one seems to care about the issue at all. 24 days without any internet connection and counting.

    For the third month in a row @Plusnet has cocked up my bill and overcharged me. Looks like I’ll be making *another* call to them tomorrow. Absolutely fuming @plusnethelp. Dire customer service.

    @OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

    @Plusnet- To activate the broadband it takes 10 days and never mentioned about it before. We live in a developed country and it takes 10 days to activate broadband. While some of the developing countries takes only 24hrs. Plusnet is shame for this country
