@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@bt_uk down again. Unbreakable? It's now been over 2 weeks since I've had an uninterrupted 24 hours with broadband. My advice to all my followers is to avoid @bt_uk like the plague. I've already steered one friend to PlusNet. They would have gone with Virgin if available for them

@Plusnet It's been poor ever since we moved in nearly a year ago. It's been appalling the last few weeks. Can't imagine why my husband didn't keep phoning you to tell you it was down every day. Anyway made a unilateral decision and cancelled our subscription and joined Sky.
