@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

Sick of @plusnet never ending incompetence. Now my internet is restricted due to “failed payment” which you actually took successfully (a week after you *refunded* an overcharge). 27 hrs after @plusnethelp customer service promised reset, I still can’t log in to my member account

@CountLuca @virginmedia So why are not other providers doing this? Virgin Greedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

@plusnethelp Yeah... I think rather than spend hours on the phone that if this is the way Plusnet treat loyal customers it's time to vote with my wallet and go elsewhere, thanks.
