@Plusnet it has now been over a week and a half my broadband and phone line should have been up and running. No communication from you at all! I live very rural and currently hanging out of my bedroom window to get any signal or 4G, having to sit in a lay-by to do a zoom meeting!

@JJ49E Never had any issues with Plusnet, but I moved from Plusnet to BT a few months ago, for the same price (if not less) the internet speed is 100x better

Absolutely disgusting service from @Plusnet not even been with them a month. Have had no internet or landline for 6 days. Was promised it would be fixed today! It’s not. So no internet over the weekend #happylockdown 😡😡😡

I really didn't want to leave plusnet but the last 4 weeks my Internet has been extremely poor and unreliable I am housebound and my Internet is my lifeline I use it to shop to zoom with family to run a bereavement group and for my health providers and carers its no good when

@Plusnet Very disgusted by your service. My parents have been waiting over a month for you to install their phone line. Every time an engineer comes they don't bring the right equipment and leave. It happened for the third time today. Your company lacks basic communication.

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet have supposedly been in touch since last Friday and I still see no fix on the horizon. My work contract ends next month. I need to be finding more work. But with no broadband I’m stuck in limbo. It’s incredible that it can take so long.

@badger_funk I pay about half that with Plusnet. Service coverage has always been good - never had to contact their customer services but they’re meant to be good

@Plusnet do you have an address I can write to? Regarding my billing and cancellation of my contract. I cannot ever get through by phone and live chat never open! Couldn’t ever connect to WiFi which was my reason for leaving writhing a month of signing up
