@Plusnet Plusnet, as you cannot fix our broadband and your customer service is non-existent, just agree to terminate the contract. Simple

  • melly_phoenix drawntosew (@melly_phoenix) reported

@Plusnet 45 minutes left for your advocate team to contact us after being promised at 8am that they 'had' to call us the same working day, 3 weeks no internet, appalling service @WeAreOpenreach @Ofcom

  • leeslator Lee Slator (@leeslator) reported

@MatthewJRudd @KCOMcare Similar idea to the contact I made with @Plusnet when I was a customer. Their hold music was all Sheffield acts.

  • TerryWa79265118 Terry Walsh (@TerryWa79265118) reported

@Plusnet Information sent as requested but two days later and there has been no reply or progress. Now over five weeks without any service!

  • Sarah_RedMeeple Sarah (@Sarah_RedMeeple) reported

So let's be clear here. If you work from home, run your own business, etc- don't use @Plusnet. Their small print absolves them from covering costs directly incurred as a result of them not delivering the 'no break in service' advised by their staff - 7 days and counting so far.

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet plusnet state great value service; what service is that! It’s non-existent

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Polyesterda Hi Florin, I'm so sorry that you've been without a mobile signal for so long. To put myself in your shoes I'd not be able to cope with that. Apologies too that it's took us so long to reply. Could you send a DM with your mobile number please? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • davedpg David Edwards (@davedpg) reported

@Plusnet I think issues might be cropping up again, speeds seem inconsistent on a wired connection

  • Jacdee2017 Jac2017 (@Jacdee2017) reported

@Plusnet Promised to keep us updated, this is has not happened. Say they will call us back, this has not happened. Customer service non-existent.

  • pemlife Nicola (@pemlife) reported

@Sarah_RedMeeple @Plusnet I got £8.40 for mine being out for 4 days. I spent £30 in that time on extra data. (Not plus net) Also to add insult an engineer turned up on day 2, started looking at the issue and then packed up and left as he realised he should have been next door.
