Imagine being the sort of company that ignores correspondence even ones which have been sent through the post think it's acceptable to leave someone without internet service. Welcome @Plusnet and @plusnethelp disgraceful company to deal with!

Just to clarify: The £10.99 credit is a good will gesture. The line rental credit made by the previous third agent (as mentioned in my previous attached tweet) wasn't as it was owed to me. Hopefully, these CS issues will be resolved. If not, I'll simply switch providers. #plusnet

@plusnethelp - I am still struggling to setup a new broadband service following the total mess Plusnet made of the Openreach database whilst attempting to resolve a simple address and package change. No apologies or compensation offered. I will be complaining to the ombudsmen.

Hi @virginmedia, I have only been with you a few days but I notice my promised 20mbps upload speeds are actually never breaking 2 or 3 mbps. Also finding Netflix and iplayer ran better on my previous 12 year old battered plusnet set up. Not liking what I see so far, help?
