    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

    @Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order

    @Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

    @Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here
