@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@_RichardHarris @Plusnet Woke up no Internet. The router is connected and I can ping ips inside plusnet core. So they definitely have an issue with their core network.

@andrewlarder @Plusnet Wait for their team to clock in. Its been down since midnight, and there website says there's no problem. They have no tech support after 8 pm.
