@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet I wish something gets done, its been month after month of problems, and always the same "raise a fault" response. Having packets of data blocked constantly... its god damn annoying, and when gaming online it can force a restart of the router also. Send out a decent router.

Switched my broadband from Sky to @Plusnet just over a month ago and bot to I regret it. Dropping out, last night down for 30-40 mins. They rang today and said it was only down for a minute which is a total lie. They then said it had worked for 4 days without issues prior......

@liztred @cambrianguy @Plusnet Clive, are you in the 14 day ‘cooling off period’? If so, quote the Consumer Rights Act at them and say you wish to leave without penalty. Plusnet are the low cost, read, ‘cheap and nasty’ broadband provider of BT. The broadband never reaches the speeds they promise!
