@Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Givized13 @Plusnet Funny. My fibre install has been delayed by my hedge. Not plusnet fault though. Was openreach issues

@Plusnet I've been with you for well over 5 years, and no one told me when I renewed my contract each time I could have been offered a new Hub 2 Router. I'd very much like a new one as a loyal customer.

Turns out, neither #Openreach nor #Plusnet's fault. Some d___head crashed into the cabinet down the road and Openreach are trying to put it back together. We're lucky to have any broadband whatsoever really.

@Plusnet Haven't been able to receive or make calls/texts for over a week now. Others in area report similar problems (on EE and Plusnet). How can I find out what is going, for how long and compensation? Thanks

@noIPv6 @Plusnet Furthermore, I won't... Until they support IPv6 and then maybe (but probably unlikely)

@Plusnet my Internet connection has been dropping out over the weekend and it's now happening every two minutes. The only way to report a problem on your website seems to be to text help, followed by a landline number, which we don't have. Can you please advise?
-
sorry, no ipv6 here!
(@noIPv6) reported
@beezly @Plusnet agreed, the longer a service provider takes to deploy ipv6, the less likely i am to want to be their customer - even AFTER they deploy ipv6 because if they’re okay dragging their feet on that front, where else are they cutting corners? 😬
