@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet #broadband service in #York truly terrible today and your Customer Service team aren’t taking calls?

@KisbeeWayne @davidjrussel @MartinSLewis …buildings better) but Plusnet users don’t have access to this coverage, otherwise they could end up in a situation where their phone is connected to 800MHz 4G, but when they try to make or receive a call, there is no 3G or 2G coverage in that area to drop down to.

  • felixeve Felix Eve (@felixeve) reported

@Plusnet Ok, you fixed it. Shame you help phone line was down and you don't respond here either :(

  • davidjrussel David Russell (@davidjrussel) reported

@MartinSLewis I switched from EE to Plusnet and then BT Mobile as had better packages. I had to cancel both as even though they both run off the EE platform the signal is strangled and much worse. Maybe better in big towns/cities but something to consider in rural areas @MartinSLewis

  • kaffachino kat (@kaffachino) reported

@Plusnet Hi, do I have to ring to cancel? I don’t want anyone to try talk me out if cancelling as i’ve already signed a new contract

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@shivanandnashi8 Hi there Shiva, I'm sorry about the lack of signal, I've just tried checking against the postcode you provided and it doesn't seem to be valid, could you check back on that please if you're still having issues? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
