@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet Hi, I'm experiencing an broadband outage in the Liverpool area. I've troubleshooted when connecting to my router, and my phone is still working. I've seen a lot of reports of similar problems online too. Is this a broader problem, or may I need an engineer?

@Plusnet you helped me out a few weeks back as my internet kept dropping. It seemed to work for awhile but has started again. Have done the usual checks and my mobile phone seems to be ok. Could you help again?

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.

@Plusnet Internet has been slow since day 1 but for the past week it has reached levels never seen before. Basically, we can’t watch a movie without it stopping at least 25 times. Zoom video conferences during the day are totally impossible. I’m talking about 1 device connected.
