@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

My grandparents are shielding and can’t make outgoing calls! Can’t see what’s going on their account online. 24hrs later and no reply, can’t even sit in a queue on the phone because it automatically hangs up. Shocking service this @Plusnet @plusnethelp

@Plusnet hi, we’re having real problems with connection & working from home really need support. However when I call support an automated message tells me call back tomorrow as you’re too busy to take the call?? What are we suppose to do today without it, we can’t work.

@plusnethelp day 3 of not being able to get through to customer services to report the zero internet service. And no reply here. I will be leaving plusnet, this can’t go on. I would all day if needs be to talk to the adviser but you can’t get in the queue, it won’t let you!!
