@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@DonnaCr73299646 Plusnet are cheaper than EE and use the same network but without 5G. Coverage is good and no issues with speed as 4G widespread.

@Plusnet Will try tomorrow. I’ve had issues signing in to and using Adobe CC products for a few days, then saw the tweet I shared. My default setup is for devices to use my hub for DNS, which doesn’t have an option to set a preferred server, presumably locked to your DNS?

@Plusnet and so it begins again. No broadband since around 11pm last night, exactly two weeks since the last problem that was resolved, which was 2 weeks after the first. Service is a joke
