@Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

  • ts10uk Mike Brudenell (@ts10uk) reported from Haxby, England

@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet #broadband service in #York truly terrible today and your Customer Service team aren’t taking calls?

@MarcAllera Good afternoon Marc, Hope all is good for you. I'm a new Plusnet customer hoping to be connected to your @Plusnet service . Customer service is very poor and certainly not first class or award wining. My connection was supposed to happen on Dec 11th.

  • Lisadroof Lisa hannan (@Lisadroof) reported

@Plusnet my broadband is rubbish, it’s the openreach main socket. Who comes to fix it?

  • Eloise933 Eloise (@Eloise933) reported

Worst internet provider ever @Plusnet - have been trying for months & months to get a decent internet service & they are incapable of sorting this out - excuse after excuse. Final straw, no decent internet over the Christmas. You can stick your service (or lack of) from now on!

  • HelloNikDesign H E L L O I M N I K Design 🖍 (@HelloNikDesign) reported

@TimGander @virginmedia I am with Plusnet, they’re good for customer service - but I think they’re owned by bt now lol

  • Clockworkpoodle James Bedson (@Clockworkpoodle) reported

Day 16 without any internet, and @Plusnet don't seem to be too motivated to solve the problem. Countless phone calls and two engineer visits and still no internet. I find it difficult to believe any issue could take this long to resolve.

  • ojabling Jane Abulume (@ojabling) reported

@plusnethelp terrible wifi service since I signed up. Wifi seems to be shockingly slow or non existent. I can’t seem to get plusnet on the phone to talk to them about it. Their chat service is not working eithe. I’m the only one in the house. The service is not acceptable

  • scottgoodacre Scott Goodacre (@scottgoodacre) reported

@nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.

  • LisavHeereveld Lisa van Heereveld (@LisavHeereveld) reported

@nathanlawsn Plusnet used to be really good for customer service but it's gotten really shitty. I'm switching away from them. Probably to talktalk because they have a good deal on but no doubt their customer service is equally ****

  • Peterminto1 Peter minto (@Peterminto1) reported

@Plusnet my connection has slowed down to the only just useable point. No good for movies. Seemed to start when 2 channels popped up when i look fo wifi. I have no neighbours so they are both mine. The second is the same number with _ AC at the end.

  • mattglondon Matt G (@mattglondon) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp there appear to be issues with the service any advice?
