@Plusnet Hi, really getting fed up now -signed a new contract with a £50 prepaid card, never received it. Customer service said to contact the card company, they didn’t know. Very frustrating. why can’t you just credit the account for the value instead (plus extra for the hassle

@BeckyLakey Hey Becky Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving good speeds. If you are receiving 27 Mbps while on a 900 Mbps package, there is an issue somewhere. Please can you send us a DM with your Plusnet username, so we can take a look into this. Josh

@crashgoggz Hi there, Thank you for your message and we are sorry for the delay with our responses. You will need to contact the care line alarm provider so that they can switch this over to a service that does not use the landline. Rafiqe - Plusnet Sheffield

@WeAreOpenreach You messed me around and a disabled person didn't get her lunch because of you. So unless you fix this over the weekend, I'm going to leave a review on trustpilot detailing exactly how you don't keep appointments (lapm1 Plusnet)
