    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @Plusnet still waiting for a reply. Tried ringing your number but no-one is available till Monday. Thought switching to you would be easy. I will be ringing Monday to cancel my contract and be returning to @TalkTalk

    @Plusnet Hi I am a new customer but i dont know if i have made a mistake I placed the order on 10th received an email canceling my order on 16th so after i spoke to cs who said the order got stuck it but it will reset is this normal practice from Plusnet Have i made a big mistake

    I am sick of this now, I am paying for full fibre and getting no fibre. Sort this out @Plusnet I want compensation as I can not use my internet to stream any tv. Should never have renewed the contract last month. It has been useless. I have sent DM like asked.

    @Plusnet Nearly 48 hours later and still can't find out what's happening to my service after it was accidentally terminated during full fibre upgrade.

    @Plusnet well Thankyou great not customer service , moved house today put order in 2 weeks ago waiting on connection. Rang up to be told oh no one put it through , it will be 2 weeks before connection. So had move to new town no internet which means no tv. Thanks for nothing !

    PLUSNET WIFI ABSOLUTELY USELESS. IT WILL NOT DO CRAIG MURREY IT WILL NOT DO AT ALL. MISSED THE WALES V SA RUGBY TODAY. USELESS. NO HELP PHONES LISTED ON INTERNET WORKING. REBOOTED TURNED ON AND OFF NOTHING WORKED. USELESS.
