@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

  • 75pmd PMD75 (@75pmd) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Just called your customer service no. "Push 1 if you'd like to speak to someone. If not, thanks for calling" Pushes 1. Phone hangs up. Why would I call customer services? Not to listen to a recorded message.

  • Holdstk Brighteyes (@Holdstk) reported

For @Plusnet Fleur in Customer Services not only has the tech know how, which is a given, but is patience & curticy personified when dealing with a technophobe.

  • sambridgman72 samantha stanton (@sambridgman72) reported

  • AndyPeace316 Andy Peace (@AndyPeace316) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp We REALLY need a solution please. I've spoken to two agents today, both have walked me through the same advice, nothing has helped. We have VERY poor broadband. It's intermittent and slow when on. I have 3 boys needing to do to schoolwork...(cont)

  • HelloNikDesign H E L L O I M N I K 🖍 (@HelloNikDesign) reported

@TimGander @virginmedia But I will say, even though Plusnet are on a BT line, they are good - I went to them about a new customer deal as an existing customer and they gave it to me, so swings and roundabouts

  • BuntingsWorld Rob Bunting (@BuntingsWorld) reported

@JHow989 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Best thing I ever did was get on BT. Full control over it. What the companies tend to do is only release a smaller bandwidth to each customer, more you pay more bandwidth you get. Hence getting shitty WiFi from plus net /talk talk etc.

  • birobasher Biro Basher (@birobasher) reported

@plusnethelp Problems accessing Plusnet mobile account. Isn't recognising either password, email or phone number (doesn't say which is wrong)

  • w1bble Jamie 💙 (@w1bble) reported

@SPCoulson @Plusnet spoofed numbers are still spoofed numbers, no UK telco bothers to stop or prevent them and blocking is (as always) a whack a mole problem.
