@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet switched to you and was due to go live Friday was told by an arrogant customer service agent on Friday that it wouldn’t be sorted by Monday and still not up and running!! I work from home this is my jeopardising my work!!

  • Inkymole sarahjcoleman.eth • 𝕴𝖓𝖐𝖞𝖒𝖔𝖑𝖊 (@Inkymole) reported

The thrill of having a phone installed at home was immense, and the thrill of my business paying for its own ADSL line to go in - it never worked, we were too early an adopter of what was later to become @Plusnet (later a client) - was equally fabulous.

  • Munross Harry Smart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇺🇦 (@Munross) reported

@Plusnet email scam (terms of service). Anyone else had this today? clicked the link before realising it was a scam: anyone know if that's likely to have breached security? I see some people had similar issues after the service outage last year. Account data compromised?

  • AethyrUlf Aethyr Heartsong ΘΔ | 🐺🌕MAXIMUM AWOO🌕🐺 (@AethyrUlf) reported

My internet is so bad atm that I'm trying to download like ~10GB of music production stuff and it's going to take 4-6 hours. And it's been this way since yesterday evening. Any ETA on a fix, @plusnet? Current connection is a small fraction of the usual speed.

  • jackiec1965 Jackie (@jackiec1965) reported

I have no plusnet signal on my mobile right now

  • luigi64 Lewis (@luigi64) reported

@Plusnet we've not had Internet since 7pm, are there known issues? Postcode area EH52

  • NicholasStree16 Nicholas Street (@NicholasStree16) reported

@Plusnet I'm currently in Spain and this is the 4th country I've been to in the last couple of months where there's very poor data connection whilst other people on EE have had 4G. France, Germany and Czech Republic were all just as bad. What's the plan to resolve this? It's unacceptable

  • BombeDeChaton Katharine (@BombeDeChaton) reported

@Plusnet Hi Emma, it's now more than 48 hours since I rang on Sunday and I have not had a callback. I'm moving house on Saturday so I'm sure you understand this is already a stressful situation and this lack of customer service really isn't helping.

  • IMilkedAnAlmond IMilkedAnAlmond (@IMilkedAnAlmond) reported

@MartinSLewis Been with plusnet for 3 years, pay for the phone line. And never connected any phone to it! Gonna leave them for Full Fiber £22pm! No phone needed.

  • Inkymole sarahjcoleman.eth • 𝕴𝖓𝖐𝖞𝖒𝖔𝖑𝖊 (@Inkymole) reported

The thrill of having a phone installed at home was immense, and the thrill of my business paying for its own ADSL line to go in was equally visceral - it never worked, we were too-early adopters of what was later to become @Plusnet (later a client).
