@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@SimonLukeJones Plusnet. Our flat also has a somewhat broken BT box but I don't want to get someone out during COVID, as it's stable enough. But tbf the maximum guaranteed speed was about 30 on their biggest package.

@plusnethelp My elderly parents have had no incoming calls to their Plusnet phone for 2 days and cannot get thru' on your helpline. Your 'online' Live Chat service is actually OFFLINE. They are isolated, vulnerable and cut-off. Could you please provide some assistance urgently

@plusnethelp Changing the channel was a terrible advise. Tried it and lost access to the internet for days, only started working again today and back to it’s slow terrible service. As soon as I can get out of my contract, I’m leaving plusnet

@Plusnet My broadband keeps going into orange flashing and randomly cutting out. Been happening for 3 weeks. No response from any customer service people., technical team phone lines are screwed too. No sound.
