@Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

Unacceptable @weareopenreach Again the Internet is down, 4th day running, when the outside temp is hot. Affecting many households in Pershore WR10 and all different suppliers, Sky, plusnet, BT, Talk Talk etc. Clearly its your infrastructure! GET IT SORTED.

@ColinBrown1968 @virginmedia Thats because their standard routers are ****. Moved to Plusnet with what is effectively an old BT router model and still got a loads better signal than ever got with Virgin.
