@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@AngelaStoneAlty @Plusnet That’s not good, I was with plusnet for years and the only problem I had was them refusing to pay me the £5.40 they owed me at the end of the contract. I usually recommend going for a business contract over a home one, costs more but service always better.

Visiting friends in Hertfordshire ( @carolJhedges ,) and absolutely no signal on my mobile for 24 hours, which I put down to being on train, then indoors, but no signal at all. Anyone know about any plusnet outage?

@Plusnet I’d like to cancel my contract. No issues with Plusnet..it’s just my area is too rural to cope with a steady Wi-Fi signal. So I have to look into alternate methods to get connected.
