Two days without WiFi, hardly any social media unless it ate my data quota. Thank you @Plusnet and BT for fixing the fault quicker than originally stated. Excellent customer service.

@plusnethelp Hello my father-in-law is 81 and he has a problem with his plusnet phone line which needs fixing. He is very hard of hearing and shielding so I need to resolve this for him. Please can someone DM me? Many thanks.

I can do it on a per-device level where possible, but I'd much rather do it network-wide. I intend to eventually add my own DHCP server (I have an Ubiquiti network setup at home) and will then disable DHCP on the PlusNet Hub, but until then is there a way to change DNS there?

@Plusnet day 2 of no router when I'm paying for the service. And day 2 of no answer on your "award winning" customer service line. What was tulhe award for longest wait times?

@plusnethelp keep getting outages on our broadband. It keeps dropping and signal pants. I work from home and cannot do calls as Internet shocking. Plusnet say stays is fine, when it obviously isn't.

@Plusnet Terrible service. Had trouble paying my bill due to covid but needed internet to EARN THE MONEY in order to pay you. Cut me off despite payment plan and now haven't bothered sending me the promised new modem and apology AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

@SkyHelpTeam on Sunday got email saying sim sent, still no sign of it, royal snail mail must be really slow, think I shld have stayed with plusnet

@Plusnet @plusnethelp your service is appalling. My parents have been without internet or a phone line for nearly 2 weeks & you’ve told them that the fault won’t be fixed until at least 9 December. You haven’t even offered them compensation! They’re literally paying for nothing!
