    Two days without WiFi, hardly any social media unless it ate my data quota. Thank you @Plusnet and BT for fixing the fault quicker than originally stated. Excellent customer service.

    @Plusnet is a terrible service we've been with them for months and we get random disconnections and terrible bandwidth its like living in the 2000s again

    @bessiehodgy We used to be on sky had nowt but trouble changed to plusnet and it has been bang on great customer service too

    @Plusnet lots of issues after a line cease in error; still waiting for broadband to be re-established despite escalation by customer support (who advised would be completed by yesterday) and now looks like I have been signed up for wrong package. Can you help please?

    @AndyBat15384160 While your line is capable of getting Superfast, this would only provide a tiny boost in speed; as this is still a Fibre service provided through your phone line. Ultrafast is Fibre which is wired direct to the property, which isn't currently available. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Issue accessing emails so logged into Member Centre to find a msg saying my BUSINESS account is closing!!! Support say no way to retrieve. No bills outstanding and no warning so must be system error!!! Good job Plusnet!! I do not recommend. Action required immediately.

    @plusnet my internet keeps switching off and on again. The connect has also gone really slow like it did before it cut off for a month back in October. Can someone please have a look at it remotely before it completely packs in again. Continual poor service this. Really bad.

    @Plusnet very poor service today, Sunday. No internet, no TV. Unable to work. Very stressed and dissatisfied with the help on the website. I haven’t changed any settings so why is the hub constantly flashing red/ orange?

    @carolinehannam and I are questioning @Plusnet’s “award-winning customer service.”Notified of Dad’s death at beginning of Oct; he’s since received a letter to say “sorry you’re leaving us”,and a letter from a financial solutions company asking if wants help to pay his £94 bill…
