    Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

    Two days without WiFi, hardly any social media unless it ate my data quota. Thank you @Plusnet and BT for fixing the fault quicker than originally stated. Excellent customer service.

    @AndyShuttle @plusnethelp This sounds exactly like my problem with plusnet but I live in Andover, Hampshire. I don’t think it’s a local issue, it seems this is the standard for plusnet. Also causing me issues with homeworking.

    @jemjabella @CatLamin @Plusnet My hearing difficulties notwithstanding, I fundamentally reject the concept of wasting my time calling a *retentions* service to cancel a contract which should be a 1-button-push. Also. I'm a millenial. I hate telephone calls with a seething passion.

    Not impressed @Plusnet -no internet for 1 wk. Help desk said it was my home wiring when I suggested router broken. BT engineer confirmed my wiring fine, router broken. Asked for urgent send on router. 3 days and nothing! Pls compensate me for lack of service.

    @plusnethelp I have been requested for a new connection and paid an amount of 74 pounds via online .The setting up of new connection was scheduled on 18 nov 2020, but till now nobody came for any service, and no contact from the #plusnet service providers

    @plusnethelp you up contacted me via email in July saying a credit would be applied to my next bill, this has never occurred. Because I’m now leaving @Plusnet I want to get the account resolved. Please can someone contact me and discuss as a matter of urgency I’ve tried calling

    @Plusnet despite the router displaying a solid blue light , I have no internet at all and all that comes up is a message from BT Wholesale. I am having to write this message in my garden as we rely on the WiFi to help out the poor mobile connection indoors.
