Two days without WiFi, hardly any social media unless it ate my data quota. Thank you @Plusnet and BT for fixing the fault quicker than originally stated. Excellent customer service.

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@AndyShuttle @plusnethelp This sounds exactly like my problem with plusnet but I live in Andover, Hampshire. I don’t think it’s a local issue, it seems this is the standard for plusnet. Also causing me issues with homeworking.

@Plusnet Hi again. How do I report a coverage issue? ST14 5HF used to be ok if a bit weak but now Alton Towers is back up and running it’s dreadful. Can rarely make a call without it being dropped. It definitely needs a boost.

Folks avoid @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service. Fobbed off time and again with every excuse they can think off before you get ignored and promised return calls go unmade.
