@AndyShuttle @plusnethelp This sounds exactly like my problem with plusnet but I live in Andover, Hampshire. I don’t think it’s a local issue, it seems this is the standard for plusnet. Also causing me issues with homeworking.

Had a call from 01847912990 with a recorded message saying it was my internet provider and that I’m going to lose service through illegal activity, but if i press 1 I can talk to them. It’s a SCAM of course but @Plusnet @plusnethelp you’re my provider. So thought I’d let you know

@thebillycasper @Plusnet Billy - I feel your pain. 6 weeks in and we still haven't got anywhere. The only good news is that we have just been released from our Plusnet contract (throughout which we never received any service)
