Two days without WiFi, hardly any social media unless it ate my data quota. Thank you @Plusnet and BT for fixing the fault quicker than originally stated. Excellent customer service.

@bt_uk I sign a new contract your part of the deal is to provide services and you have failed for 208 days. Well maybe Sky, Virgin, talktalk, plusnet want a customer who pays who stays with his provider and is loyal. This is making feel.horrible and @BT_UK it feels you just don't care

  • weenell3 @WeeNell Furtado 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@weenell3) reported

@Plusnet @OpenreachHelp 6 weeks and counting for a vulnerable couple and still no internet. Totally shocking! Totally wrong! And still this problem continues…

  • Danjones_uk Dan Jones (@Danjones_uk) reported

@redmeister81 Inevitable as they downgrade plusnet to a budget offering. Shame really, always had good service from them - consumer and business.

  • LEHolmbrook Lauren E (@LEHolmbrook) reported

@Plusnet hi plusnet I cancelled my broadband (was end of contract) and it was confirmed on email and on phone no cancellation charges. Received email last week saying I owe £6.84 in charges and if not received in 14 days, bailiffs. I have messaged the team, no response please help

  • GregPreston97 Greg (@GregPreston97) reported

@Plusnet hi there, I have checked on down detector and can see there are issues with your service. I currently have no broadband. Can you confirm this as all your services are still coming up as being ‘green’

  • cpatricktaylor Patrick (@cpatricktaylor) reported

@Plusnet hi… I’ve just received an email cancelling or order, saying it’s been done through our current service provider. We haven’t got a current service provider as have just moved address. I can’t get through to a customer service advisor. Can you assist directly?

  • TheCEOexpert Roger Harrop (@TheCEOexpert) reported

@Plusnet Hi Adam, It's even worse. My wife has a stall at the Xmas mkt locally on Sat. There is NO signal there in the centre of town - so she can't take card payments. A disaster.

  • TimMEsports Tim Masters (@TimMEsports) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet messed up my installation and then failed to provide a substitute I could use until they fix their error. Now I've sourced a substitute, Plusnet refuse to pay any money towards it and only offer credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the short term fix. Award winning!
