  @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  Plusnet is absolutely garbage no option to cancel online have to call them. Plus their website has been down for ages to even get that number. Joke.
