@acurvyvegan I changed to Plusnet a few months ago (because my mum already has broadband with them so got a good deal) and it’s been great so far. Was previously with Tesco which I had no problems with, just wanted cheaper. If Plusnet hadn’t been the cheapest I was going to go with giff gaff

@Plusnet I've been trying to cancel my account for a month after moving. Can only be done by phone- no answer x lots. Called by you today to collect my outstanding payment. Yes, I said, now can I cancel. Money taken. Transferred to cancellation team.. 1/2

@JJ49E Never had any issues with Plusnet, but I moved from Plusnet to BT a few months ago, for the same price (if not less) the internet speed is 100x better

@Plusnet do you have an address I can write to? Regarding my billing and cancellation of my contract. I cannot ever get through by phone and live chat never open! Couldn’t ever connect to WiFi which was my reason for leaving writhing a month of signing up

@OpenreachHelp Plusnet have supposedly been in touch since last Friday and I still see no fix on the horizon. My work contract ends next month. I need to be finding more work. But with no broadband I’m stuck in limbo. It’s incredible that it can take so long.

If you want good wifi don’t get plusnet its ****
