@Plusnet this is stupid now, I’ve contacted your support and I’ve gone through all the steps and my connection is still ****. It’s ******* ridiculous, I can barely get anything online done

  • caldy003 Russ (@caldy003) reported

@singingshiver Yes I can, have read up on Plusnet cos they are cheaper but there’s some negativity about how strong their WiFi signal is and that is a priority

  • TheBigCatBird The big bird (@TheBigCatBird) reported

@plusnethelp are there issues with broadband? As your website says not yet others say issues? Also the help online says if you cannot try another router you may be charged? Yet when you sign up you are asked to send your old router to plusnet so are left with no other router ! 😡

  • steveclark1955 Steve Clark (@steveclark1955) reported

Day 3 without e-mail, and still NO ACTION from @plusnethelp @plusnet who created the problem!! #verypoorservice 😡

@sctmcg @KingSavageShaun Recently left Sky because they were just terrible. Couldn’t use Twitter and watch TV at the same time. Medieval. PlusNet so far are better but would like better still.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp when are you fixing your garbage routers that disconnect WIFI frequently? Pretty sure this is in breach of contract. Making work from home impossible. Looks like it has also been ongoing for a year at least going by google. @martinmorris79 #PlusnetSuck

  • kobb Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported

@plusnethelp I switched to PlusNet on 3 December and am getting really poor service. What are your guidelines re giving customers a refund?
