Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband

@MarcAllera 2. This did not happen. I informed @plusnet of this 14th Dec, and they raised a question.I was told that I would hear by 16th. Of course @plusnet did not contact me. It is now the 23rd and I have contacted customer service.

@nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.
