    @Plusnet problem solved. I replaced the plusnet router with another one I had spare (TP Link) and our connection is fine, So I'm afraid the one you sent me is being filed under 'bin'.

    @crazysanejay @EdZachary5 @Kjvincent1979 Plusnet for me. Always been amazing. They're basically a subsidiary of BT so you get the same quality for less money. Customer service has always been top-notch too.

    @Sleeper81225528 @Kjvincent1979 You always have options, may have just needed to wait a few weeks Plusnet provide through BT but offer much stable bandwidth and better support

    @AlbusAndEye @Sleeper81225528 I was on plusnet before but moved due to poor connection at the time. They can't apparently provide in my area, though bt and zen both shoe max 1 master I've had better before

    @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach WTF is going on in Paddock Wood. Frequent, prolonged broadband outages. Lots of comms contractors around lately. Are they the cause or the solution?

    @OpenreachHelp Help! Major incident at LN13 0DU with cable down from a fallen tree. Estimated over a week to resolve. We rely on broadband to operate, it’s costing a fortune in lost trade – can’t get a better update on timing via plusnet and haven’t seen an engineer. Any updates? Thank you!

    @Kjvincent1979 Plusnet Don't do sky or direct with BT (they announced phasing out direct sales to consumers which is down to poor customer support)
