@Plusnet @plusnet I responded to your question online three days ago and still no reply. My router was dispatched 2/9 still not here and still no one will tell me when I will get it. Your customer service is rubbish. Can’t get through on the phone, no reply on social media or online.

@Plusnet always jokes when a company screws themselves out of money so popping this on the twitter rather than call. You've thrown hissy and cut our internet, 4 days before next direct debit due. Now no set up a new direct debit, you go **** self 🖕 3 4G quicker and £20p/m less

A month ago I changed my broadband to @VodafoneUK. A huge mistake. Polite support but all talk no action. How I wish I’d stayed with @Plusnet.

@Plusnet I'm trying to make a complaint about one of your advisors amongst other things but he wants to deal with it himself when I've repeatedly asked for him to pass onto someone independent. What's with this guy?!

@Plusnet After a total of 2 hours 10 minutes (over the duration of 4 calls) I eventually managed to speak to your colleagues. Both were very pleasant but ultimately unable to resolve my issue and your company "policies" have been shown to be totally inadequate, potentially unlawful.
