have had a very unstable VDSL connection all night, right up until before midday, my equipment is fine, and Plusnet reports no problems, therefore I blame Openreach (or 'Openfail' as I tend to call them as they're not often great at what they do), not ideal when I run things

@AFCAMDEN I moved from Canada Water to Kent and we had Sky (shite) 2-5gbps Changed to Vodafone (good when kids at school awful from 5pm) went to Plusnet (uses BT and were ok) needed more last year as all at home.

I hereby declare that Openreach is not fit for purpose, my VDSL remains unstable and Plusnet reports no issues and my equipment checks out

@plusnethelp changing from fibre to fibre extra, change date tomorrow. However no broadband or phone line since 10pm today. Please confirm 1) has Plusnet started this change over early? 2) How long should I expect to be without service during the change over?

so my connection remains unstable, it has to be Openreach, it is not my equipment or Plusnet, but catching it is difficult because the DSL light on the modem is on every time I check it

@plusnethelp @Plusnet You took payment for my new account well over a month ago. When I log in to my account it says being processed. I was told it would be approx 2weeks. Your online chat service is down and I can’t get through on the phone. Can I please have a refund?
