@Plusnet My Dad is meant to be switching his mobile number to you today; he’s lost service on his old sim but it seems as though the number hasn’t switched across as it is “unavailable” if you try to ring it. He’s tried ringing you for help but it doesn’t ring. Can you help?

@DuvetGecko @Plusnet No response to a direct message now for over 24 hours that wasn't the first automated receipt. Either something's awry or my remedial Twitter skills aren't up to the task. What happened to support ticketing?

@Plusnet Your 0800 432 0200 number has been down all morning. I'm trying to call to find out why the open reach didn't turn up to install my line this morning 8-1pm.

@plusnet Shocking service. Gave me AM when I asked for PM. Engineer hasn't turned up, no call or apologies and my phone won't connect to them when I call them. Absolutely the worst provider I've been unlucky enough to use.
