@SkyHelpTeam @upzepomp Sky stop the lies you are in breach just like last week in kent how many more times maybe sell your broadband to BT or Virgin or TalkTalk or Plusnet they never get many issues as you do

@bt_uk Thanks but apart from telling there is a fault there is nothing else. I was with Plusnet for several years and didn’t have any faults. I’m with BT for one month and have a severe fault and am down for days. It’s simply not good enough and your fault management is extremely poor.

@craigrlbarnes @Plusnet Yeah, after something fast for work related reasons (and, generally being a mega nerd!) - seen a few horror stories from Sky, but they tend to be national problems, as opposed to stuck in Stevenage haha
