@Plusnet 4 weeks without Internet after moving in with no date for a connection. Do not use this company. It also takes an hour to get through to customer service on the phones.

@Plusnet Hi, I have a problem with my gmail downloads. When connected to broadband I frequently have to wait for mail to download even when it’s one I’ve previously read. When connected via Plusnet mobile it works normally! Any ideas?

@BTSopenreach thanks for not informing our locals that your landlines are down here due to cable theft and won’t be back for possibly 10 days. I had to spend 90 frustrating minutes on my mobile to BT until finally @Plusnet were brilliant and gave me all the info I needed!

@Plusnet always jokes when a company screws themselves out of money so popping this on the twitter rather than call. You've thrown hissy and cut our internet, 4 days before next direct debit due. Now no set up a new direct debit, you go **** self 🖕 3 4G quicker and £20p/m less
