    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    @Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

    @Plusnet you must be ashamed of yourself for loosing my number I had for 18 years and allocating someone else's number to me causing further headache to others. So far no communication or action to recover the number or provide a solution.... Disgraceful and cowardly

    Pissed off with @Plusnet for losing my premium mobile number that I had for 18 year and not even have the curtsy to acknowledge or bother to retrieve the number... @Plusnet is truly the worst company that one can encounter that is run by bunch of incompetent morons

    @Plusnet Hi, no broadband this morning, in Mid Wales. I see there are Plusnet outages on the Down Detector site ...there are no lights showing on my router .The phone line is working ..Not sure what is happening?

    @Plusnet My mobile phone is down and the phone system was no service for awhile and now it’s come back as plusnet but my phone doesn’t work.
