@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@SkyHelpTeam It still refuses to work - why did you build the world's worst UI? I have many questions - why can I not use my own kit? Or deploy the router as a bridge? or use a 3rd party DNS like Quad9? It's 2021 - let us choose! I'll be taking my business to Plusnet or Zen.

@TLATWuk TalkTalk was OK for coverage + value, but put price up during fixed price contract (??) & hard sell/rude when we left If an isolated area only served by BT, Plusnet is part of same company + might be cheaper Can often get good cashback through TopCashback or similar

@SkyHelpTeam A fellow villager has both Plusnet (for her business) and Sky, yet it's only Sky that's failing... That's why an ex BT engineer has suggested it's likely to be an infrastructure issue involving a failed switch somewhere in the system.

@Plusnet Hello I called yesterday as my broadband was down and the guy was helpful in getting me to reset it. It worked on my laptop but it didn't work for my mobile he tried to fix it for me but it still didn't work. It's now been over 16 hrs that my wifi isn't working on my mobile. Help

@Plusnet My internet other day was terrible...had to turn router off 8 times and having to do this all the time ..im in hospital now..so cannot do owt ...but cant keep on like this
