That's why I cancelled.

Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026

Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
