    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet I have business broadband with you but it is impossible to get to you via phone calls, my broadband is not working since the set up, and we had bought it almost a month ago!!!

    @minniebirch They are all pretty much the awful same Minnie,we we're originally with BT but when it went down, they left us without internet for 6wks hence I left, My parents tried Sky & Plusnet and Sky treated them disgustingly, Plusnet only bucked up when threatened with legal action ? 🤓

    @Plusnet hey plusnet, our broadband has been terrible for weeks, supposed to get between 18-21mbs download speeds and we consistently get no more than 13, sometimes less. Impossible to work from home!

    @carolinehannam and I are questioning @Plusnet’s “award-winning customer service.”Notified of Dad’s death at beginning of Oct; he’s since received a letter to say “sorry you’re leaving us”,and a letter from a financial solutions company asking if wants help to pay his £94 bill…

    @bessiehodgy We used to be on sky had nowt but trouble changed to plusnet and it has been bang on great customer service too

    @carolinehannam @Plusnet I am a customer of theirs Caroline. They do not have a good customer service!! Leaving them as soon as my contract expires. Hope you get it resolved soon..

    @Plusnet our internet has not worked since 3.00 in the afternoon our router is showing that is is working as it’s a blue light so what’s going on ? Help I need it for my business! Help

    @RunninOnEmptee Sorry to hear that. It does often feel the good customer service goes out the window once you've signed up! Im with plusnet and they've been good so far but if you've had issues before guess you'd be wary to switch to them

    @Plusnet is a terrible service we've been with them for months and we get random disconnections and terrible bandwidth its like living in the 2000s again

    @Plusnet Issue accessing emails so logged into Member Centre to find a msg saying my BUSINESS account is closing!!! Support say no way to retrieve. No bills outstanding and no warning so must be system error!!! Good job Plusnet!! I do not recommend. Action required immediately.
