    @Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    @Plusnet I have had a really frustrating call to you ‘help’ line … being told I probably won’t have emails for the rest of the week or longer!!! His actual words. I need to have incoming emails urgently!

    @AndrewCollins @Plusnet Not been able to receive emails since 1 o'clock this morning. It's now been down for over 13 hours. Not very good for a BT company.

    Interesting tactic from @Plusnet to get some extra money out of you when your contact runs out. Send an innocuous email 30 days before connect ends with a big wall of text and no helpful headings. After your contract runs up, hike the prices until the customer notices.

    @plusnet I’d say its EVERY plusnet email user, even the awful webmail wont authenticate. Why no proper updates, aren’t your customers worth it?
