    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet my elderly parents are customers of yours, and their landline has been down for 10 days now. My dad has had a fall last year, this is literally a lifeline for them. I have called your customer support 3 times now, but there is no resolution and no sense of urgency to fix

    @Plusnet Having a lot of problems with connections dropping especially on wifi. Been with you for years and my Hub 1 is getting long in the tooth, are there any newer models available please? Or even just a new Hub 1?

    @Plusnet My elderly parents are now 11 days without a landline. No assistance from customer support (3 phone calls one DM). Very poor

    @Plusnet why is your service so bad out of sync Amazon prime due crappy wireless reset my router 3x still no change phone keeps disconnecting from wifi too

    I cancelled contract with #Plusnet in July 2021. They made big cancellation charge. Still chasing me for more payments!! Do NOT take out a Plusnet Phone contract!! You can never stop them harassing & trying to get money from you! Very #distressing! #Fraud @Plusnet @Plusnethelp
