    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet I don't understand why there are so many issues. It's just gone again and won't come back on now. I'm a teacher who is in self isolation, I cannot do my job without internet and I've had nothing but problems for the last few days!

    @Plusnet Yes, primarily an issue with WiFi devices eg. phone, smart speakers, WiFi extender. Connection randomly speed/connection drops and then improves again. WiFi hub has been seen going orange before recovering.

    @Plusnet the executive I talked to today was rude and disconnected the call in the middle. It is taking ~20 minutes to speak to an agent, can you please check this & ensure I am contacted reg this? Worst customer experience ever.

    @Plusnet Received a call yesterday but I was out for the day with my partner so wasn't able to take it. I was expecting one today but have had nothing so far. Again very disappointed in the service and urgency in this matter from you company.
