@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@GeordieJoeHardy Well that's my extensive knowledge of networks exhausted then! I've got devolo Powerline adaptors, Plusnet said it was them causing my router to just stop. User community said it was a firmware update. Switched to BT, no problems. I guess if the new one works problem solved.

@Plusnet her plus net, is it normal to have a iPad connected to the wifi and problem with a laptop? I did a Speedtest and the laptop was much lower than the iPad, is this normal?

@Plusnet you owe my Mum in law a huge apology! She has depression/anxiety so we deal with all of her admin. Have had to fight tooth and nail to try to deal with her account and still you made it impossible without her having to call you. No care for your customer’s wellbeing 🤬

Today a TalkTalk fanboy happy with their contract being broken told me that the only ISPs in the UK are TalkTalk, Sky, Plusnet, BT, Vodafone and Virgin Came as a bit of a surprise to me, and loads of friends I know in the industry are presumably part of some elaborate tax scam

& I can see it pending for the full £200+. So I call @Plusnet again, & say I'm sorry but I don't have £200 atm & that won't debit. They're all apologies again, don't worry, they'll make sure the incorrect charges are removed & that my service won't be affected by the DD return.

@plusnethelp are you having issues in the Honiton, Devon area. Several households appear to be having issues with Plusnet the last few days. Can't play youtube/netflix on TV without annoying buffering!
