    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

    Plusnet are such complete garbage. So glad I left. I can't update my payment details online to pay my final bill, I called to pay on the phone and they told me their system was down so I couldn't, I called back a couple weeks later to say I'd be paying at the end of the month,

    @plusnethelp Hi Alisdair. Having considered things, I would just like to terminate my contract with Plusnet now. Could you please action that? I have looked on your website and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it online. I'm just not happy with my number already being known by people.

    @plusnethelp Plusnet I've just lost another 3 hours of work as your connection is down again...things happen no problem with this but I'm beginning to lose the faith in my Plusnet.

    @Plusnet Your automatic email system is broken. It sends out erroneous billing messages. You should also know that your website is shockingly bad, and needs a makeover. It makes a difference, your competition is doing it much better.

    @plusnethelp Hello. I have changed from sky broadband to plus net and I was told the service would switch over on the same day, but there now appears to be a difference of 24 hours when sky discontinued service and plusnet is scheduled to take over

    Now my ONLY option is to talk to the ******* collections agency that are harrassing me because Plusnet is a dogshit company. Customer service is complete ****, even when I was a customer with them. Now that I've left its even worse. ******* arseholes.

    Hi @Plusnet. My speeds are quite slow and I am unable to stream my Xbox to my laptop. Virgin is still active in my house and that can still do the task. 50mb download and 15mb upload is my speed with you when checked. Should be fine (minimum req. is 10mb for the stream)

    @Plusnet @IM_org Why promote Safeguard when it does not work. There are loads with the same problem on your Community Forum. No websites are getting blocked neither by Category or by adding your own. Porn can still be accessed even though it is blocked
