"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

@UKLabour Even if this wasn't disingenuous and didn't look like a contact us icon on a support page for plusnet (such is your inspiring new colour scheme), this is just so tepid and uninspiring. Rather than an alternative transformative vision, you're offering me an extra £50. Shove it.

Why have @Plusnet emailed me about my home phone order when I haven’t ordered a home phone? Also why have they told me my bill is going to be £45 when I was told on the phone it was going to be £27.99 per month? Not about to have all this trouble again.

@King_CJK @SkyHelpTeam Same in YO30 with me - I just called PlusNet and they said there was reports of faults in the York area but they were unable to help and their service tracker shows no issues..
