    @Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    Yep. @Plusnet won't budge on the 30th and won't offer any interim measures, even their own mobile sim cards to tide us over. We also won't get any discussion on "goodwill" (**** off) compensation until the product is active. I am at a loss.

    Utterly baffled that @Plusnet accidentally cancelled our Internet connection instead of moving it, and now they've put a new order in, I apparently can't get online until 30th, which means I can't work from home. Phoning as soon as their lines are open in the morning cos wtf

    @theshillito @Plusnet I'm so sorry to hear about all this. Even BT offer wireless hubs when they can't connect your broadband (which happened to me earlier this year)! I had a bad experience with Plusnet trying to overcharge me a few years ago after moving home. The ombudsman had to get involved!

    @Plusnet In your booklet that arrives with the router, you advertise 7:30am to 10:00pm. I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

    @plusnethelp @plusnethelp I'm a new customer today's my activation date. I have gone live. However no router! Great start called Plusnet yesterday I could get it today or Friday hmmmm 🤔
