"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet Come on - you can do better than bogstandard cut and paste responses. I was on the phone for hours with your staff three times on friday. I was told that these speeds were allowable. Allowable but sooo poor!!

@Plusnet Seen the update thanks but no urgency from @WeAreOpenreach to sort the issue. Will be 6 days before they probably get out and sort external fault. Will be 12 days without Broadband service this month @OmbudServices
