"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

Trying to contact @Plusnet broadband help which is apparently open until 7pm but says it is closed and also going to be closed tomorrow.....our Internet should have been activated on Thursday but still nothing #frustrated

@Plusnet Had my question closed by a tech 2 guy I am assuming who only checked my speed, but not the line quality and DS errors on my connection. Also the speed isn't fine at all, I had the new router for just over a day and was in the process of fault finding. Not Happy at all.
