    @Plusnet please can someone help? I’m sat with my elderly parents who have been on hold for over 50 minutes. Not fantastic customer service so far!

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @anubeon @Plusnet Binned them years ago. When they first started they were good and a bit different (you got fixed IP addresses which we needed for work), customer support excellent. It went downhill quickly.

    @Plusnet mobile signal completely down for last 48 hours on 3 devices in the household (mine Plusnet, other 2 are EE) with long delays for standard texts coming in. Getting an error message on your coverage checker. Can someone advise how we resolve please?

    WiFi router recommendations? My Plusnet one is just awful and keeps cutting out around midday when it’s warm which is a nightmare when WFH.

    @anubeon @Plusnet I went with BT. By a stroke of good fortune, the lane where I live was the route for BT Fibre so I got on it early. I can't fault them for their broadband and mobile service to be fair.

    @Plusnet Plusnet down again. Have spoken to your team and its an external fault this time. It won't be fixed for at least 4 days. My son is still home learning due to isolation so more missed lessons because of no plusnet Internet connection. 2nd time in a week - disrupted learning...

    @Plusnet new SIM no service and has new number when asked to keep original and gave PAC code. Can’t even sign into mobile app? Thought this was supposed to be easy??
