@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet I have a worry that a note has not been given to the engineer to ring me 15 minutes before he arrives, I have dogs and one doesn't not like strangers so I'm taking them out whilst he's here, I'm worried he will just turn up please help

@Plusnet our internet has been extremely unreliable the last week, we are constantly having to restart the router. We joined around Jan/Feb time and didn't have any issues. Will be looking at cancelling our service as soon as the contract is up at this rate, very disappointed

@Plusnet have unplugged phone and internet while decorating. Plugged back in, no phone or internet connection. Router works, Openreach box seems to work. Can't access Plusnet website on phone connection. Please help.

@Plusnet Hi, thanks for the reply, I have just spoken to a very helpful chap called Harry in you customer service department who has confirmed there is a major outage in myarea so no problem I'll just wait until it's fixed.

@Plusnet Thank you for your reply. I’ve worked through the list of things to try, and have not been able to resolve the fault. I’ve therefore called the Plusnet support line which has confirmed there is an issue, and arranged for an engineer to visit during the week.
