Russell Bishop (@RussellBishop) reportedInteresting tactic from @Plusnet to get some extra money out of you when your contact runs out. Send an innocuous email 30 days before connect ends with a big wall of text and no helpful headings. After your contract runs up, hike the prices until the customer notices.
