How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Plusnet Only discovered this am from another call to Plusnet (last one 2 days ago) there's a problem in my area (PO16) & the expected fix won't be until 2mrw pm. Am a home based worker, this has really messed up my work this week, need issue to be resolved asap please....

@AMJ1981 @Plusnet I’m tempted. I had to call them twice, so was on hold for over an hour in total, only to be told that their systems are having problems so I need to call back tomorrow! The only problem is that it’s one of the few networks that works in my village.

@Plusnet I switched to Plusnet mobile this week and had requested to port my existing number. My number was deactivated with existing provider on Wed noon however it is still not activated with Plusnet. Not getting satisfactory response from customer service. Please help.
