How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Richard_Parker @Plusnet Cancel order and go to another provider - customer service is awful and even had ee/bt call centre explaining they literally have no power to support resolve issues with openreach. That’s the reason they are cheap and rubbish

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@Plusnet Hi Mike. Spoke to my housing people and they said unfortunately I won’t be able to carry over a service of internet provider as it’s not supported here and I can only choose from the list they’ve given me :(

Without doubt @Plusnet are the worst customer service ever. Cancelled contract and they have created an “order” to prevent a new supplier taking over. Utter horrible customer service. @WhichUK as a member any advice

@Plusnet Still waiting on a call back due to inability to execute a transfer of broadband - promised a manager call back and 2 hours later nothing. 10 year customer and you are treating my like crap.

@OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT
