How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Hey @plusnet what is going on with FTTP connections in the midlands and north? I can see loads of us posting on X have all had repeated disconnects overnight the last few days and today I have almost no bandwidth starting about 5:30pm. Support tell me there is a geographic issue?

@Plusnet What exactly is going on in Chesterfield? A bunch of us are all having the same issues, Openreach tell us that the issue is with you and your Ops team are aware and they are going to call after call with your customers in the area, but your service desk 1/2
