Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

mememememe (@dontasciime) reported@Plusnet why does my contract sim cut me off at the 2 hour mark, I had calls to make to #halifax who take 1 hour 45 to answer calls and was busy having an issue fixed when the phone cut off and I couldn't be arsed to wait another 1 hour + on hold to contact #halifax again

Anthony Polson (@BW400CN) reported@Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

I'm a new client, with no internet speed as promised, advised by your team to buy a private router (only works by cable), and just now a member of costumer service denied to provide his details/ended the call on me
