    Anyone having problems with @Plusnet disconnecting every 10 minutes if I am lucky. Sometimes less.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @Plusnet Anyway you guys can give praise / positive comment to a specific customer service representative, the man I just spoke to on the phone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and understanding and just a perfect example of what customers want!

    @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

    @Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time
