    Anyone having problems with @Plusnet disconnecting every 10 minutes if I am lucky. Sometimes less.

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @Plusnet Hi, Its not to do with my user account. It was a Slack issue that will resolve once your DNS is updated. You can either flush it now or wait for it to happen automatically. If you wait it just means I cant use Slack.

    @WithChrisNKeith They are objectively terrible. I did broadband tech support with Sky and as much as I rag on them, they're probably some of the more stable, Plusnet has been pretty good in my experience as well

    @Plusnet Hi. Can you check my landline please. The ringer wasn't working yesterday. There was an Openreach engineer in the road and I mentioned it to him. He looked at my phone settings, couldn't find any problem, and said he would call back in 10 minutes. 24 Hours later....

    @Plusnet A cube engineer needs to call out and sort this internet because its not working properly ...everything is connecting but no Internet god knows what he has done its either that or the other supplier takes over and im paying nothing as this is one complete mess ....urgent

    @Plusnet @chrismillerpics Hey Plusnet, I'm also having an issue with Slack. If I hotspot off my phone it works fine, but if I use Plusnet I get an DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. This has been happening since last night. Please can you resolve. All other websites work fine

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I just changed from bt to its subsidiary plusnet and cut the cost by 50% for the same service
