  • DanielmsElliott Daniel Elliott (@DanielmsElliott) reported from Polesworth, England

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

  • shoddyknight Tim K | The Once and Future Skater (@shoddyknight) reported from Birmingham, England

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

  • firkins11 Dan Firkins (@firkins11) reported from Birmingham, England

@plusnethelp @Plusnet sort your shit broadband out, how am I only getting 5mps download speed when promised 30mps+, disconnect multiple times from Xbox love when playing

  • foraneasylife Richard Baily (@foraneasylife) reported from Birmingham, England

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • thatcedric The Curse of Cedric (@thatcedric) reported

@pipmadeley I've had 2 providers fail to repair broadband. (neither of them Plusnet though) I left both of them (one mid contract, they didn't pursue it). My BT broadband has yet to fail in 8 years. I have unbreakable, the connection has dropped but the 4G backup kicks in.

  • ProfoundYellow A Profound Suffusion of Yellow (@ProfoundYellow) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet If it is an exchange problem, only a non-openreach supplier would make a difference. So cable or 5G basically

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

@thatcedric Giving Plusnet the benefit of the doubt and a month to solve it. Of course the problem could well be affecting everyone else in the area across different ISPs but we're probably the only ones usually awake at that time. Definitely needs investigating though.

  • AnneQuinton Anne-Louise Quinton 🇺🇦 (@AnneQuinton) reported

Hello @Plusnet I am no longer a customer of yours. Please stop sending me emails. You have all my details, I have followed all your requirements to end my account, so why do I get an email telling me about changes to my charges? Are you not talking between departments?

  • rufflepluffkins Ruffle Pluffkins (@rufflepluffkins) reported

I've just moved to @Plusnet. Plusnet has cut off my mobile service and transferred it to them...before I have received my SIM card. So I have no phone.

  • AbrahamMarx1 Abraham Marx (@AbrahamMarx1) reported

@Plusnet The billing fee is too high. I want help with this.

  • PaulECunningham Paul E Cunningham (@PaulECunningham) reported

@Plusnet Twice you promise a callback re my complaint. Twice you failed. Today: third promise and no faith it will happen. Your incompetence is beyond belief.

  • pipmadeley Pip (@pipmadeley) reported

We've ruled out REIN interference, dodgy router & a fault either on the line or at the cabinet. Everything points to issue between the ISP and exchange. Contract ends 3rd April, so either @Plusnet get it fixed soon or I'll fix it by moving supplier. (2/2)

  • Michael81992344 Me (@Michael81992344) reported

@Plusnet Hi Curtis, sorry I didn't reply, I had health issues. I thought it best to cancel my Direct Debit. Ensure "Billing' had the recorded rate. Then talk through the credit adjustments needed on the bill to reflect the tariff, and then paid the correct amount with a debit card.

  • cowan_ Stuart Cowan (@cowan_) reported

@Plusnet is your system down? Showing connected but no internet again.
