Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Options seem limited!!
