Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Wzlet (@radek_ratel) reported@Plusnet Hi Emma, I know that's the release, but that wasn't the issue. It wasn't only emails or PMC. Folk including myself were connected - as in the router was happily blue, but couldn't access anything, inside or outside plusnet. No routing was happening, widespread.

With thousands of customers coming to check service status, a picture of the Queen isn't what should be at the top of their page
