Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

  • TheKentishBrum Richard Doherty (@TheKentishBrum) reported from Birmingham, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Only getting 0.41 Mbps download and 0.04 Mbps upload. Any help?

  • shoddyknight Tim K | The Once and Future Skater (@shoddyknight) reported from Birmingham, England

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

  • firkins11 Dan Firkins (@firkins11) reported from Birmingham, England

  • OzolaKrista Krista Ozola (@OzolaKrista) reported

@NicolaCarle2 @Plusnet Had same issue in Dec and Jan. Plusnet were the worst to coming to fix this, engineer availability times are horrendous. Also was promised refund for downtime(around 20 days in total) but they did not do it too and billed in full both months. Better change suppliers when you can

  • lizcrippinmusic Liz 🎶 (@lizcrippinmusic) reported

@Plusnet I was told that I’d have broadband with you from today, and my old service has ended so I’ve got no broadband, but the email you sent says I’m not getting broadband with you until 21/3! I can’t manage a month without wifi please can you help? Thanks.

  • kingandybob Andy Bob (@kingandybob) reported

@Plusnet Now, while I appreciate it's neither yours, nor BT's fault that a storm has caused an outage and the length of time it takes to be fixed, what you CAN control is informing your customers of the situation. Particularly as a communications provider.

  • beonix460 Tony Gibbs (@beonix460) reported
