How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

  • DanielmsElliott Daniel Elliott (@DanielmsElliott) reported from Polesworth, England

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

  • shoddyknight Tim K | The Once and Future Skater (@shoddyknight) reported from Birmingham, England

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

  • Hobbit_71 Martin Reynolds (@Hobbit_71) reported from Nether Whitacre, England

Anyone having problems with @Plusnet disconnecting every 10 minutes if I am lucky. Sometimes less.

  • 8589934592bits Juan Gig (@8589934592bits) reported

@Plusnet piss poor currently, i need stable. Dropping at low demand times is not good, dropping at all is not good. Please sort it out. ( From my phone btw!

  • IrritableChris Chris (@IrritableChris) reported

@MartinSLewis I've had a bank account with Lloyds for over 30 years. Had others with other banks, but this one is the oldest. Probably because it's free and out of apathy I've never closed it. Longest commitment to a supplier of a service is broadband, plusnet for around 25 years.

  • sissell_black Sarah J Black (@sissell_black) reported

@Plusnet I need you to contact me. Was messaging you earlier about my elderly mothers’ phone not being able to make outgoing calls. Was told at lunchtime someone would phone… still waiting… is this how you treat your vulnerable customers? Not good enough. #CustomerServiceFail

  • pvalentine592 Polly Valentine 🖤 (@pvalentine592) reported

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Cancel your DD; they'll soon get in touch with you.

  • Vsky_GNR Vsky_B (@Vsky_GNR) reported

@MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month on fibre to the cabinet FTTC connection

  • fleming77 Jane Fleming (@fleming77) reported

@nw_nicholas no problem PlusNet out here

  • redbites Alan (@redbites) reported

PlusNet is useless. And I mean useless. New router and has failed us. £40 a month for a service that is not fit for purpose. Should have gone StarLink.
