Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Jenny (@jenjarjam) reported@Plusnet broadband ordered 21 Apr, due to be connected 15 May - that’s 24 days!! Apparently all I can do to speed it up is a £235 fee!! Not as advertised, and we need it for work. Plusnet what can you do to help?

I've worked on behalf of bt before and done interviews with them... no free drink for me no free drink for them! They get a solid 7.5 for the install though! Even gave some free financial coaching...
