Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

Found out today that my Plusnet One router won't allow me to set a LAN IP using a 10.0.0.n range. It complains that it is an invalid ip range. Apparently it's a rebadged BT 'piece of ****' router. Means I'll have to buy a replacement ADSL WiFi modem router. Any recommendations?

@Quickos @Plusnet I have the same problem since this morning. I was told by Customer Service 3 hours ago that this is a National problem, i.e. the entire Network. Why dont you update your service status online which is showing 'no issues'?? Not the first time I've had this problem.

@Plusnet WTF is going on? Connection drops with frustrating regularity. Umpteen timeouts. Pages slow to load or don't load at all due to connection dropping.

@Plusnet why can’t I get any support after 8pm and before 8am ? .. I need my internet at 10pm but have to wait 10hrs - not good enough - when you reconnect me I will weigh up other options !! - compensation ???!

@Plusnet I phoned one of your operators and they said its a known issue and affecting your Network, no one can get incoming calls? Can you confirm this is correct and should you not put this up to tell ones? Also how can I tell when fixed?

@Plusnet I am no longer able to receive incoming calls since I changed contract , I have had to turn off 4g and back to 3g where it works ok , with 4g on calls are going straight to answer machine , is there a fix for this ?
