CJ (@CJ59315408) reported@Plusnet Yeah. My New Years resolution is to switch to a new provider as soon as my plusnet contract is up. Ideally, a new provider whose router doesnt have to rebooted at least three times a day ! Shite.

Neil S Grainger (@NeilSGrainger) reported@chrishallrides @virginmedia The only way you can "negotiate" a lower price is to cancel. Not threaten to cancel, you actually have to cancel. Then they ring you back with all these amazing deals they couldnt offer before. I gave up after 12 years and moved to Plusnet.
