    Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

    @VictoriaPeckham @Plusnet I recommend Fastmail. You pay a small amount per year but they will never mess you about like that. And then you can switch internet providers without having to change your email address.

    I am having to explain why I can't log on - my Internet is down with @plusnet - I have forwarded details. Since yesterday the connection is intermittent and it comes at a critical time at work. :/ If I take a day off - which I have had to - then I am out of pocket (furious)

    @Plusnet "updates can be tracked here . . . " and your link simply sends me to a page selling £50 and £60 packages . . . Really? Not the customer service that brought me to PlusNet in the first place. 2/10 must try harder 🤨

    @Plusnet No thanks, I had problems with you for months, it was exhausting and insulting. Don't want to deal with Plusnet again in my life.

    @NigelsRadio @Plusnet To be honest. I've been with them since 2007. Never had a major issue. The one I had was the fault of Openreach. Engineer cut the wrong cable at green box. Most problems are not @plusnethelp themselves, but usually Openteach.

    Come on @Plusnet, this is terrible: e-mail issues have now been ongoing for *60+* hours. Your latest update is completely false: e-mails are *not* sending (even with 'a delay'), and incoming mail is being rejected. Completely unusable. @Ofcom can you look into this?

    I really don't know who's at fault but every night, I lose connection as the router cannot connect to the internet and the only solution seems to be to reset the router @plusnet @TPLINKHelp
