@Plusnet Hi team, my internet connection has been slow, patchy garbage for the last two weeks. Speed tests show that the upload and download speeds bounce between max and 0mbps. Can I report this online, don't want to have to sit on the phone if I can avoid it...

@SkyHelpTeam The sky app won’t even connect so I can’t check. I’ve had enough I’ve stopped the direct debit! I’m supposed sky gold vip after 12 years as customer. It’s costing me so much that I’m going back to plusnet. I should never have left! #skybroadband #skyfibre

@Plusnet Internet has been slow since day 1 but for the past week it has reached levels never seen before. Basically, we can’t watch a movie without it stopping at least 25 times. Zoom video conferences during the day are totally impossible. I’m talking about 1 device connected.

@Plusnet Wonder if could've been to do with yesterday's heat? Either on lines, or maybe router itself? Been great for months, but yesterday, frequent ~1 min. plummets in down SNR, from 14 dB to less than 6 dB in seconds. Today, 15.7 dB and stable so far. Will monitor and get back to you.
