    Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

    @Starlink I enquired about Starlink when Plusnet ****** me off grabbing £164 in a direct debit rip off:a I never anticipated! So l invited Starlinzk to quote and they asked £299 for a dish But blimey now free: from best mate Elon! But woah: £75/mth Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @NationalTheatre loved watching your panto this afternoon - thank you so much for sharing! Just tried to text donate, but it turns out that @Plusnet mobile doesn’t support short number messaging so it won’t deliver. Do you have any other ways of donating?

    Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband

    @MartynStead @mathie_dan @SuzieBl83459521 Online website 'stopfundinghate' says worst offenders are Plusnet, Virgin Media, Sky, Three, EE, BT, GiffGaff O2. and I spot a lot of Tesco on the front page.
