Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

other #Plusnet users out there having issues? mail servers now in more or less constant non-response, webmail unavailable ( was, 'sorry, we can't load that now', is now blank). Site unresponsive, pages failing to load / error messages. Other web sites fine. Is the company ok?

@TonyOcton @Plusnet My personal email went down yesterday, and then must have returned for a very brief time overnight - long enough to let 4 emails through! Now it's down again.
