Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@plusnethelp STILL dropping conenction mid day, engineer found nothing wrong on the last visit. I'm about to change supplier if this isn't fixed, by FAR the worst Plusnet has ever been in 10 years of using them.

The most appalling service in years! I moved into a new flat on the 26th March. And as of today, still have broadband, despite alerting JLB to my move 13th March. I've spent the past 3 weeks calling, emailing, nada. I An absolute disgrace. JL should run a mile from Plusnet
