@Plusnet so I log in to the website and call the number shown for help as my broadband is frequently going down and am told, the number you have called is not recognised. Up until about 3 months ago my broadband was awesome. Now it’s gone to ****.

  • Iamkarthik_me Karthik (@Iamkarthik_me) reported

@Plusnet Is there any ongoing issue with the broadband service in the London (Hornchurch) area. We have no service since last night.

  • airliestreet threepennystander (@airliestreet) reported

@Plusnet Would like to take up your offer to renew my contract with Plusnet. Unfortunately, before the 18 month contract ends I will have moved to the KCom area in Hull who do not support Plusnet. Will I have to pay a fee for having to terminate my contract early?

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

Yes, it feels like months, but @BT and @Plusnet are still trying to screw my aged aunt for hundreds of pounds to get her connection back after they messed it up. Months and still no resolution. And they’re the same company really.

  • Lutzoid Stephen Farrell (@Lutzoid) reported

Anyone with @PlusNet having issues? Our internet connection has dropped at least 5 times in 3 days, and zero response from customer support...

  • egnorton0 Emily (@egnorton0) reported

@Plusnet I've started a house move with yourselves and despite agreeing 08/08 as date for engineer visit, it's been booked for wrong day on your end. Now seem to be stuck in a loop with your online support system. Can you help as I don't want £65 charge for something not my fault

  • FITNESSUKdotTK FITNESSUK (@FITNESSUKdotTK) reported

@Plusnet Our business broadband 2 year contract has just ended and the price has jumped upto £59.76, how can we signup for a new 2 year contract and get the bill back down to the original £26.40, we don't really want to start messing about switching providers.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@airliestreet Hi there! It's great to hear you're thinking of renewing but sad you'll be leaving us eventually. You would have to pay a Termination Charge if you were to cancel your services early. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • mark_sainty Mark Sainty (@mark_sainty) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I’m only getting 3G whilst in France. I’m never connecting to 4g. Please could you help. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on again twice but no joy.

  • bluetonic78 Jennifer McCalman (@bluetonic78) reported

@Plusnet I've just learned that you don't support texting to short codes. Is this something in the pipeline to support? I was unable to reply to an important message from Barclays today which led to this discovery
