Still got no service this is disgusting !

Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... There was no #openreach on our street, so it looks like someone just disconnected or switched us off! The earliest @openreach appointment is in THREE DAYS on Wed! I work from home you i'm loosing HUNDREDS of £ a day! So That's 3 DAYS WITH NO INTERNET OR WORK! You don't tell us how bad the repair service is in your ADs.

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)
