Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Jon Sayers (@JonBF23) reported@Plusnet Hi Plusnet home BB users. Is anyone else having issues reaching Screwfix website Plusnet broadband but is fine via e.g. your mobile broadband? Contacted Screwfix, I sent them a screenshot. They said they new of no site issues but was I using Plusnet? What is going on?

Rob (@RobL_L) reported@crevicekid @Screwfix @DavidWa28957772 Plusnet is the issue, turn off the power on your router for an hour then on to refresh your IP which is like Ireland which I think is geoblocked by Screwfix
