    PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

    Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

    Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

    @Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

    How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

    @Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

    Switched to @plusnet after 2 bad years with TalkTalk… ‘committed’ switchover date was yesterday. 6am this morning - still no broadband. Didn’t think it could get worse than TalkTalk but @Plusnet wins. Kids couldn’t do homework, I couldn’t work. Poor phone signal. Sort it out.

    @letterboxd Are you aware of any issues in the UK with images not being loaded for the letterboxd website and app? I am on Plusnet. I cannot use Letterboxd. This is not transitory - it happens every time. I don’t have the issue on any other site. No issue if I switch to 4G.

    @jwebbery @mobeenakhan I'm on plusnet, but my connection can be dodgy, HOWEVER, all my connections have been dodgy, and I think it's the BT lines outside that are the issue. I get a good deal on my plusnet mobile data via having plusnet broadband
