How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

@Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

@Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

@PlusnetOfficial @RunYorkshire @PlusnetOfficial I actually signed up with another provider but had a call from plusnet persuading me to stay with them and offered me a £75 reward card to do so, this is what persuaded me to stay, so I agreed to renew my contract. I then had to cancel with my new provider.

Best broadband deals out there guys? I was mis-sold Sky as 'fiber', spoiler alert it's 'super fast '... Another spoiler alert... It's super slow. Anyway, contract is now up.Must serve CF72 area. Ps were with PlusNet B4 and they were dire on service + WiFi.

@Plusnet .@Plusnet so was told a pole inspection was required. No one came out. Then told I needed new line installation. Spent another few hours on hold being ignored. Arranged installation date. Now just been informed of ‘delay in installation’ ? Unbelievable bad customer service.
