PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

@Plusnet Hello, I'd like to move my Plusnet SIM to a new phone. The new phone is locked to the EE network - but that won't be a problem will it? Because Plusnet uses the EE network.

@tinternetqueen @VirginMediaCorp I have a mixture. Plusnet for broadband and landline, recently moved to Tesco for very basic mobile. Both great customer service. Only use freeview telly, though.
