We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

Also always ringing trying to get you to buy more products. PlusNet a million times better, no hard sell, good, responsive customer service.
