Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

I have had to cancel my contract within 24 hours of being connected because of rude, incompetent staff that lied to me and said I either needed to pay £65 for an engineer or £120 to cancel my contract. Avoid this provider!
