Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasnโt received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same ยฃ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive...
