Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.

Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".
