My wifi started slowing again today, and then started failing around an hour ago. @Plusnet, I can’t even load your site anymore to check whether you’re lying about being up. There’s a chance its the router, but you replaced that after our 2-day outage last week.

@Plusnet @bmc875 "For approximately 9 hours a massive number of geographically disparate customers were completely unable to connect to their broadband services. During this period we didn't acknowledge the issue and our service status was not updated. Eventually we sorted it. Not sorry." FTFY

@Plusnet @kouya I agree, a service status portal that is accurate would also be useful as clearly this was showing incorrectly. I could have saved myself 30 mins fiddling rebooting router and got to the office earlier.

Spitting tacks at #PlusNet. Shared house of 4 students, totally dependent on internet for their studies. Internet went down on Saturday; earliest they could get send an engineer was today, but he didn’t show. (Long lunch?) They now say it’ll be another week. Is this acceptable?
