Chris (@Chri592) reported@Plusnet I'm thinking of switching to PlusNet Mobile from @EE but I hear there's no support for 'Short Code' numbers. Does this mean you just can't SEND texts to short code numbers or can you not receive from them either? I often get verification codes from these numbers.

Ben falcon (@Benfalcon9) reported@MarkJon80194532 @Plusnet It’s clearly not a wifi issue as the line speed is at 21mbps and they’re getting 20mbps on WiFi, on the device (as per the speed test). Probs best ringing them Mark and asking them to log a fault with Openreach for a line speed issue. You should be above 30mbps.
