Our @Plusnet WiFi has been so poor since we renewed. It can barely hold two IPhones on the WiFi, never mind both laptops for work 👎🏻

Finally signed up with a new broadband provider today. Sky are just repeatedly unhelpful, their website sends you in circles and you can never get through to someone on the phone. Plusnet is already superior as their website lays out my broadband product clear as day, no circles.

@Plusnet You sent me an email on Saturday telling me my contract was due for renewal next month. It had a link to make a new contract at the same price as new customers. That link doesn't work. Call centre closed over wkd. I work 8-8. Can I get a working link please?

@Plusnet I have a fault with my email account. After changing my password a few days ago, I have been unable to send emails from webmail, my laptop or my iPad. Incoming mail works ok on all three. Can you help please?
