  I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

  @Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

  @tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

  @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract
