Stu Watts (@StuWattsEsq) reported from Kingswood, England
I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

Day 16 without any internet, and @Plusnet don't seem to be too motivated to solve the problem. Countless phone calls and two engineer visits and still no internet. I find it difficult to believe any issue could take this long to resolve.

@1978dmc @virginmedia Still not fixed and even the support team systems are down. Got a notification to say it's fixed but it's not. All my neighbours in RH15 are in the same situation. Moving back to Plusnet as soon as I can.
