    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet Hi.I upgraded my broadband last month to the 58-63Mb download speed but I am still only running at 16 to 17 Mb but getting charged more. So in essence I am paying more for a worse service. Can you improve this please?

    @Plusnet internet down in Surbiton since 5pm yesterday and no indication when it will be resolved. @bt_uk isn’t helpful. I’m isolating and need it for work.

    @Joemar14 @Plusnet Same here. No service at all today, since late morning. Gone through all troubleshooting tips - nothing doing. Plusnet BOT (😡) says problem clear 23 Oct?!???

    Great start to changing broadband contract. @TalkTalk cut us off without telling us, despite us still having a few days left on the contract. Also @Plusnet only just dispatched the router today and their “award winning” customer service don’t start work until 8am. Brilliant.

    @Plusnet my career phoned over my bill. As they was supposed to be down as someone who is allowed to handle my account. I am ill in hospital and the person in the phone was very un helpful.

    @mnorthmusic Hi Matthew, I'm glad to hear the service is working as expected! You'll be able to dispose of this by recycling the parts you don't need. However, we would advise to keep them to one side just case you may need the spare equipment. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @OpenreachHelp I’m a Plusnet customer in Surbiton and we’ve had no internet for almost 24 hours, most of the local area seems to be down. Can you advise when this will be resolved
