Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

andy (@andy17467869) reported@Plusnet Its switched of because it doesn't show up in house when I scan thats why nothing is connected it doesn't show up ...and because your routers are ( crap ) as your tech guy said ..they struggle to reach upstairs so I need a booster and 2 .4 goes further thats why its turned off
