I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@TriTim @Garybro82547780 @MartinSLewis And once Vodaphone follow, effectively the remaining operators will have no choice but to do the same. Take a look at who BT Group, Telefonica, Vodaphone and Deutche Telekom own. Then you've got the smaller providers like Plusnet who use EE's network, so will be the same.

@Plusnet Can you please provide me a customer service phone number rather than automated messages…well frustrating we’ve had intermittent wifi for two days
