I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hi @Plusnet, thank you for bringing forward my broadband install date by 2 weeks (much better than the month I was going to have to wait). The only issue is I'm not home that day, and there's no information on how to change the appointment to a time/date that does work for me.

@Plusnet hey there. We've just moved house & were told our fibre broadband would be connected (you've cut us off early). Broadband isn't switched on and the guy I spoke to didnt ring me back like he said he would. Annoyed that you're still billing me but not providing a service

@Shotsblog @vpeanuts @SkyUK They have been so good since I switched to them. We have had problems thanks to Openreach, but Plusnet themselves have been great at helping to resolve all of these. Would highly reccomend them.

@Plusnet we’ve had ongoing issues with you since our first order at the beginning on September. 9 orders have been cancelled and we have been promised a call back on 3 occasions and they never happened. Should have heard today re further details of a new line but again no contact
