I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet guys. I am really disappointed with the level of speed that we get via your service. I am better-off using a 5G router vs connection with you. I am sending this tweet connected to my 5g network because of how slow the connection is.

@Plusnet Username 20135321. Mobile no. 07542 062377. My SIM card appears to have developed a fault. I am only allowed Emergency Calls. I have tried the SIM card in several mobiles without success. Can the card be replaced please.

Hey @Plusnet - any chance your award winning support folk can get round to transferring my domain? It's taken over a month of chasing and still not happened

@Plusnet Just wondering why your "award winning support" doesn't extend to supporting your poorest customers with social tariffs? Do you have any plans to do so?
