    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet any idea what’s going on? Been unable to get any service at all the past 18 hours or so on my phone. Other SIM cards have been fine in my phone.

    @Plusnet I already tried rebooting my phone and taking the SIM card out. It didn't help.

    @Plusnet It is fixed now, I phoned up and it was weirdly a router reset with corrupted password - odd cos I never changed it - courrupted update?

    Hey @bt_uk - where's that £75 card your sales guy promised? You know, the one who called after we told you we were moving to @Plusnet? You'll get it in just a few days, he said. So we waited. After a couple of weeks we spent an hour on chat with your support team.

    @EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.

    And @Plusnet cst services doesn't like being shouted at. For info wasn't shouting just livid. Also Manager was going to call me straight back and they never bothered. Says it all really

    @Plusnet still can’t receive calls and waiting for a call from hospital ICU nobody @Plusnet has tried at all to assist , being told national outage but own website says no !! #forgodssakehelpmeplusnet
