I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet your customer services advisor has asked me to get you to book an Openreach engineer to attend the account holder's premises ref question #209435748. The phone line is very very noisy at times (no pattern to it) - bad enough to have to resort to a mobile phone!

@plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

@Plusnet I wonder if you could help please. I joined in 6 months ago and initially my download speed was 40 mbps. I have just done a test and it is down to 5. This has been going on for about 5 days. Thankyou.

@RealKishanGohil @virginmedia @SkyUK The same ones I had with Virgin. The service was intermittent and upload speeds appalling (1.7mb/s on best days). Service staff who wouldn’t admit the problem was on Virgin's side. Dealing with support with Sky just as poor. I hear Plusnet, even though pricier, offer better serv.

Nobody would be complaining if they'd sold this as 'comedians sat down in their toilets/ airing cupboards talking in to a low res, 10 year old logitech webcam (streamed via the cheapest available Plusnet package)' #justthetonic

@plusnethelp @plusnet Broadband unusable again. Periods of OK service, followed by outages, then it comes back again. Between 10:08 and 11:05 I had 60% packet loss with an average time for a successful ping of over 7 seconds
