I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

@Plusnet I'm another mobile customer abroad that can only get 2g. Currently in Germany (Berlin), checked the APN is correct but it will only register on o2 2g and not 4g if I manually search for networks. Can you help at all?

@KimEdwards48 BT sport was around 12 a month I think with BT but you had to have a year contract. It’s 18 with plusnet but I can cancel anytime so I cancelled for June and July as I only watch football on it, il go back in by mid August.

How come my cheapest upgrade for 3 GB sim with @EE is £21.50 p/m, yet I can get the same gig with @Plusnet for £7 p/m ? and.....Plusnet uses the EE network ? total rip off & no brainer really. Sorry EE you have lost a long standing customer #EE #Plusnet

@Plusnet More tales than action told one thing on phone then email arrives stating different, 5 requests to speak to a manager, ignored! 20 mins after sorting accounting error out service cut off amazing it is going to take another 2 weeks to restore, rubbish rubbish rubbish

@RayMcCrae @fletch1002 @Plusnet Virgin media and i have **** tonnes of packet loss, tried changing my coaxial and ethernet cables, no difference. Theres alot of works happening around my area so it might be to do with that? had it for days now
