  I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

  @Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

  @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

  @Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.
