Dear @bt_uk our charity bookshop has a new website and on Friday we applied our SSL certificate. Anyone I know who uses BT Broadband is blocked from accessing the site However users of Plusnet, SSE, Virgin media WiFI, etc can all access it with no problem. Suggestions?

  • scrufftyguy Ade (@scrufftyguy) reported

@Plusnet hi. Is it possible for you to cancel my subscription to the BT Sport App? Thanks.

  • frankspicer Frank (@frankspicer) reported

@Plusnet It would be a better day if it wasn't the 7th that I haven't had any mobile signal. The EE network has been down in this area since last Monday. Still, it was nice to get an email from you telling me what my bill is.

  • frankspicer Frank (@frankspicer) reported

@Plusnet I am now hearing from a friend who has been in contact with @EE that people in my area will not have the issue of no phone signal resolved for another 2 weeks, making 3 in all. I trust that this month's bill will be £0.00

  • Laurence_Hurst Laurence Hurst (@Laurence_Hurst) reported

@Plusnet So how can I find out my usage? It seems anti-competitive to deny me access to that information since it means I can’t make informed choices about whether a competitors capped service offers better value for money.
