@Plusnet I have no internet connection and work from home. I've tried ringing multiple numbers, all tell me via an automated message youre busy and to ring back then hang up, the live chat person told me to message twitter....I've been trying for 2 hours, can someone help?

Not even able to join a Q because @plusnet says it has too many calls - hardly award winning support if you can’t even get in a line for support
