    @tptsonar @Plusnet Let hope Plusnet can fix Email service (And do us proud). You think Company owned by BT would have plan B. I feel sorry for all people who have lost money due to no Email. Look like Plusnet Email sever is old Intel 486 with 1 meg ram in cleaner's cupboard.

    @Plusnet re. emails the situation appears to be getting worse. A few came through this morning but now neither my mobile nor Mac can even logon. Frustrating not knowing what the problem is. Your infrequent updates just suggest I am just unlucky.

    @Plusnet My service goes on and off. I managed to send and receive emails 30 minutes ago but now I cannot send again, It is utterly pathetic. My email was provided by Madasafish who were brilliant, never any problems. Since you took them over it has been awful.

    @Plusnet For 3 days I've had problems receiving and sending emails from my laptop and phone. Coincides with new phone purchase. Very frustrating.

    @Plusnet The lack of information is appalling. Just 7 updates on your website since 10am on Wed 10th which all basically say the same thing: "We’re working to fix this as quickly as possible". I do appreciate you have been able to retrieve emails sent during the outage. TY for that.

    @Plusnet for the last two months I’ve been pestered my faults on my #plusnet, almost every signal evening I’m ending up turning my router off and on, or my wifi is just dropping off, it’s on all devices. phoned umpteen times to yourself and done complete resets, system still ****

    @Steve32680144 @johnlewishelp It was getting so bad that I no longer use Plusnet's email service and am paying for a well-known alternative more reliable email service. No issues with my broadband connection, just PN's email servers.
