@Plusnet hey! Been a customer for 1 month and every day this week between 230 and 3 the Internet goes down. Today its not come back, used your text service and apparently no issue with the line and I've done all the advice it's told me to. I need my connection to work as I WFH

@Plusnet @plusnet I responded to your question online three days ago and still no reply. My router was dispatched 2/9 still not here and still no one will tell me when I will get it. Your customer service is rubbish. Can’t get through on the phone, no reply on social media or online.

@Plusnet Hi, I have a problem with my gmail downloads. When connected to broadband I frequently have to wait for mail to download even when it’s one I’ve previously read. When connected via Plusnet mobile it works normally! Any ideas?
