    @Plusnet are you going to finally sort out my parents connection or just fob them off once again. They signed up to your service end of November and the service is still not up and running correctly (0.5mb download speed) is pathetic seeing as you promised 30 meg.

    @plusnethelp @plusnet I switched from John Lewis (Plusnet) Broadband to Plusnet (direct) 3 days ago and my speed has dropped instead of increased (from 10mb to 6mb) on a guaranteed 8mb. How do I cancel without penalty since you are not meeting guaranteed promised min 8mb speed?

    @plusnethelp Require help. a) The broadband is still up and down over Xmas, even though as suggested by you 8ve plugged it into the test socket. b) Some spurious payments are being requested by plusnet.

    @Plusnet Having to use my mobile data to post this is, we've no internet or phone line and it's beyond a joke, only been with these clowns a short while and it's the worst switch I've ever done

    Dear All, @Plusnet are awful. We signed up a few months ago and they have provided a dreadful service. Now they are demanding a fee for leaving them. DO NOT GO WITH PLUS NET!
