Plusnet is actual the worst Broadband provider man this time last year my actual router melted from overheating causing a massive fire hazard n now am no getting any internet on n off :)) Only cause I messaged after waiting hours have a been informed it's a fault in my area lol

sync of 66mbps down, 20mbps up, throughput of 19.5/19.5, @Plusnet think it's a line fault dispite the line carrying 40/2 before the change from fibre unlimited to fibre unlimited extra. A configuration change. I'm running PPPoE directly into the modem...

@Plusnet you? customer services team do not pick up the phone. Now on hold for over 25 mins. Yes, I know we are in a pandemic, and call volume is high, and your team are all working from home. But 25 mins really?

@danpos_ @Plusnet When I get those speeds with my operator and talking to the technician does not work I give them an hour of bad grades on Ookla and as much frustration I can put into obscene words in comments on their FB page. Especially if they have promotions for new users.

@plusnethelp Been talking with support & service @Plusnet actually can provide don’t come close to con job advertised to new fixed term customers! Moving to other supplier asap - In meantime will have to use mobile as hotspot as 4-5 times faster than You ! Will keep posting to warn others! 🤬

Really not impressed with my @Plusnet broadband. My firestick jumps, videos and uploads are so slow.....everything is as should be, its slower than my nan at this point. Not impressed.

📢 PSA while we're on the subject of safety: If you're on Plusnet then you won't be able to text the British Transport Police on 61016, as Plusnet don't support short code usage via their mobile service. Something I learnt the hard way.

@Plusnet so ordered a new service from you. You “forgot” to order broadband and you “forgot” to transfer my old phone number. This is basic stuff. Now having to go back to Virgin to extend my bb cover otherwise I will be without service. What a gr8 start as a new customer.

@Plusnet Your wifi is a joke. Asking me for my password again. Saying it’s wrong when it’s right. This is the second router I’ve had and same issue. What you going to do to sort this time?
