Do @Plusnet just keep you on hold for ages cause you're ringing to cancel and it's their way of saying I'm not allowed?

@plusnethelp Good morning. Please can you advise an email address I can contact to give feedback for a recent incident with my Broadband and the service I received from Plusnet? I see there is an address to write to or call but email would be my preference. Thank you, Lisa

@plusnethelp Hi, our plusnet wifi keeps going down (over the last 3 days) with an error light on the router. We have upgraded recently and are transferring to fiber soon so is this whats likely to be causing the issue?

Absolute worst home service decision I ever made was move from Sky broadband + phone to Plusnet. I've been bombarded with scam calls constantly since changing. I miss Sky and Talk Shield I had SO MUCH 😭 Actually counting the months til I'm out of contract 6 down, 12 to go! 😢
