  @Plusnet They have done nothing but push me pillar too post. One lets me leave the next says no and essentially bullying me in too staying in contract by making me wait 30 days too fix a fault thats lasted 6 months!

  @Plusnet are you trying to get rid of old F9 mail customers by lifting the spam filter? Been a customer for >25 years, the amount of junk mail I get these days, with the highest setting on your portal, is ridiculous.

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
