    @AuntieSyzygy I’ve been with @zeninternet for the last 2 years and had no problems, I was with PlusNet before and had intermittent problems with connectivity so switched to Zen

    @Plusnet New customer trying to get connected, now 12 days late! I didn't realise they were so shut, what can I do? Calling involves a 40 minute wait, then you are lied to....

    I have never had to contact a broadband provider as often as I have Plusnet. There have been problems with every turn. Although your staff are friendly, I can never get issues quickly solved.
