    @Plusnet promised to call me back to update me further and here I am chasing them and being subjected to their crap music blasting in my ear whilst I wait in queue.

    @HRH_Hattie @Plusnet Yes. Running at half the speed. Used the text service bot and they text back said it wasn't their end yet for 10mins the speed went up but the connection was in and out. Now running at half speed again.

    @Plusnet Could you kindly come and fix/replace our router. Your service is woefully inadequate on the best days, but now the router goes down every 15/20 minutes and resets. ANYONE READING THIS WHO ARE THINKING OF JOINING THESE CLOWNS........DON'T!
