  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

Morning @plusnethelp I was wondering if you can help me. I'm trying to get the RDP port open on your Plusnet Hub One router it works on the LAN side but when I try accessing it outside my LAN

  • AnastasiaTapsf1 Annie (Zie/Zir) (@AnastasiaTapsf1) reported

Switching from TalkTalk to Plusnet. It's more expensive but we get a 60 pound voucher and no more awful customer service and slightly stronger and faster connection! Also with P's pay rise we can afford slightly more expensive things so!

  • TheWolfofDonSt KILL YOUR LOCAL SCENE (@TheWolfofDonSt) reported

@CitizensAdvice, @Plusnet tell me I cant leave them because my service works fine connected to an ethernet cable but when i’m not connected via cable my service is less than abysmal and it’s affecting my work and personal life. What steps can you suggest I take to fix this issue?

  • every_station Every Last Station (@every_station) reported

@Coastway_Will The number one problem is that it says plusnet on it! Had so many bad experiences with them in the past I avoid them at all cost

  • danrolfejohnson Dan Rolfe Johnson (@danrolfejohnson) reported

6 weeks after trying to organize a home move: 10 calls to @Plusnet, 3 no-show @WeAreOpenreach appointments, £65 spent on mobile data and wifi hotspots, no compensation offered. 8 years as a customer written off. @virginmedia shut up and take my money!

  • Phantom_Dash Okami Amaterasu (@Phantom_Dash) reported

Oh, and every time I bring this issue up I get no response lately. All I'm asking for is the plusnet site to NOT be restricted when a payment is late. It's counter-productive and pointless.

  • FightMonsters Charlie Motton (@FightMonsters) reported

That we didn't need to pay. If it does damage her credit score and stops us buying house I will be taking them to court. We have our calls logged and recorded to @plusnethelp and the emails we received saying there was nothing to pay. Do not use @Plusnet

  • Elithriss Elithris (@Elithriss) reported

ten minutes into trying to load 1 ******* image. yet again, great service from @Plusnet!

  • legendkiller2k8 LegendKiller2k ⚪ (@legendkiller2k8) reported

Spiteful company @Plusnet cutting me off at 1am because I'm leaving you. One way to ensure I'll never return to you. You're supposed to wait for @OpenreachHelp to change the connection at cabinet @Ofcom will be notified

@eli0tmart1n We've received reports of poor performance from customers who use BT/Plusnet as their ISP. The BT/Plusnet website says it may take time for service to become fully operational. We recommend you inquire with the provider directly for further updates about progress.
