    And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

    @tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

    Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. πŸ™„

    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. πŸ˜‚

    Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

    @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

    .@Plusnet you are the shitest broadband company ever, this past year your services were as unreliable as the sheffield buses... fix up. cant believe we paid extra for faster wifi and 9/10 times it doesn't work. can't wait to be free of you in a few weeks. 100% wouldn't recommend.

    @Plusnet Everybody do not go to plusnet worst network provider ever and not organised at all.Cancelling all my business contracts with them as this has damaged our business.

    @Plusnet had a qube engineer out yesterday and he was to report back that my broadband fault was a line problem. Can you follow up on this as im sick having no internet going on many weeks now trying to run a business.

    @Plusnet I wouldn't darken your door ever again after the way you guys treated me on leaving to go to sky,Β£200 odd quid you charged me .day light robbery so it is .not only that but I'd been a loyal customer too

    Our WiFi is down. Was told by plusnet it’s an external factor and they’ve raised it with @OpenreachHelp to send out someone to fix it. Been told they have a 48 hour sla. I work from home so @OpenreachHelp better send someone very soon!

    @johnlewishelp Need to take that back about the helpfulness, last week, as all promises, yet again broken. Mum will be going to bank to reclaim the direct debit charges she has paid, nearly two months later. Disgusting and appalling service from both John Lewis and @Plusnet.
