They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnโt been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

Sarah (@WriteMindedPub) reportedWarning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - Iโm switching to @plusnet on the same plan, ยฃ30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an ยฃ86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still canโt get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
