Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

@Plusnet Unfortunately I'll be moving to another network and staying there, moving elsewhere and then moving back is a lot of messing about and if I'm honest, I just can't be bothered. I also think it's a really bad policy to just cut off someone's phone at a time when they probably need

@MartinSLewis can you help I'm at the end of my tether. I went sim only from ee to Plusnet and my number should have been ported on 21 April. This never happened and to this date, if not on WiFi, I have no calls, data or texts just emergency calls. CEO no joy either.

@sil I remember Vodafone did something similar. Honestly, I think the big providers are a bit of a rip off compared to the MVNO's. I switched to PlusNet from EE because they're basically the same network, I just pay a lot less!!!

Credit where it’s due - @plusnet were incredibly helpful when I was helping an elderly neighbour who’d forgotten his password so couldn’t log in after switching from IE to Edge. And hold time was less than 30 seconds. Brilliant service.

Hey @Plusnet my mum, (a pensioner), has been trying to reach your ‘award winning customer service’ team by phone but can’t get through. She’s tried everyday last week & all day today to sort her bills because you’ve been over charging her. Give me a shout with your solution pls.

Internet issue unresolved. Feeling the need to scream into the abyss. Pretty sure that @Plusnet gave themselves those customer service awards. If you're thinking of changing broadband providers, for the love of God go elsewhere.

@sil This is true... Ironically I chose PlusNet as mine because they're owned by BT, as is EE now, so I'm hoping (probably rather naively) that if there's a problem they'll be able to deal with it a little better since it's all "internal"!
