They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Now stuck in a house with no connection because you've only just told me @JohnLewisRetail / @Plusnet need to cancel the previous contract, which they should have done but they haven't. It's a mess.
