They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. Daren (@DazzaBoro) reported@Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyβre so bad Iβm moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.
