@Plusnet as many others still WFH and your internet is not working, currently on mobile hotspot. Thank god my mobile internet is not with you. Any update when this is going to be resolved? Can't connect with anyone via phone, your text tech support apparently can't match my acc.

@Plusnet My internet went down around midnight and has not long come back on DT4 area. Not good. Customer services phoneline just says busy/cant answer calls phone back later 2day/2morrow.

@Plusnet @solarwhite100 Quickly? You call 7 hours before even being aware there is an issue quickly? Perhaps you need to invest in some network monitoring and an on-call rota?

@Sinister_Pete @Plusnet And they have tested my BB and told me it's in the house. So their testing capability is also rubbish. Been waiting an hour for an agent and when I rang back system told me to ring tomorrow. Wow this really is award winning customer service
