    @cooperx86 I’ve got Vodafone as main line, and Plusnet (EE MVNO) as esim in phone for redundancy. Usually one has signal.

    @Plusnet I had a ticket raised on my account to address issues with broadband connection. The latest message I received asked me to reply to arrange an engineer visit, but when I open the Help Wizard the ticket is gone and the page says I can no longer ask a question.
