@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp we moved last week and while the broadband is working well the phone is dead. Doesn't ring when called and no dial tone. I ran the troubleshooter and it found no problem. I texted your help bot and it's gone quiet. Any chance of some action?

@Plusnet can you please explain why my router has kicked my mobile phone of the wireless connection and when I input the password to reconnect it says incorrect password when it is correct. Have tried to reconnect about 10 times. What can I do to sort it? #help #plusnet

@andy17467869 I understand, to resolve the issue you'll either need to plug in our Plusnet router or enter the Plusnet password into the router you have in place at the moment in order to get back online. - Adam

@Plusnet All my internet has gone down nothing will connect it went off at 3 am now when I try to connect it says go in to your router and sign in what the hell is going on as I have said I am disabled and just do not need this stress get a engineer out please like Emma said to sort it
