@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet this is second time in two months I’ve had to contact you. Our speed is currently sitting around 1-2Mbs which is far lower than the guaranteed 28Mbs. It also can’t be wireless interference since two of machines getting slow connection are wired into the router

@jan_skelton @AHFdoco @Plusnet I’m having a similar problem trying to watch on my phone, it won’t load on Wi-Fi, every time I manage to get it to load, it suddenly freezes, than the screen disappears. I can occasionally load it with my data, but even then the browser suddenly crashes. V odd. Am also wi plusnet

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. About to move to you on 10/12 for a full fibre line for business but you’ve told plusnet to cease service 6/12. So no service for 5 days and I’m a business customer. 2 hours wasted and manager will call in 48 hours - how as won’t have a service?
