@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet @LondonGirlSays There are hundreds of people can't get through on the phone,are you going to sort it for every one? I have spent 3 hours over the last two days trying to get through about a bill that is a joke. My next step is just to cancel my Direct Debit, see you in court.

@Plusnet For what reason my DD has not been functioning again for 3 months. I have asked for help in this matter many times and no one from Plusnet wants to deal with my problem. And I regret that Plusnet does it deliberately, without taking care of the customer.
