@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet Wired or wireless the hub cannot maintain any sort of network constantly drops so it’s not interference it’s just crap
