    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Same here - remember Madasafish?! Not too bad here, I have to say, locals seem to have more probs with the other providers. I didn't know about BT 😯 - doesn't bode well.

    @James1986Tony @RoyalMail ****'s sake. I had something similar with my phone. Been on PlusNet for years then made the switch to BT as soon as Openreach upgraded our area to fibre. I've persistently been getting calls from "BT Openreach" about the virus on my network ever since!

    Can I recommend that if anyone is considering changing their phone and Broadband to @Plusnet they don’t!! The broadband is shockingly poor and quite possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!

    @Plusnet Hey dudes, I'm hoping you can help. This morning I had a workman at my home accidentally cut my internet cable clean in half! What can I do? It's an external cable perhaps phone line, I'm not sure, can you send someone to fix it for me? Many thanks, a plusnet customer

    @Plusnet Morning. Widespread outage in Talbot Green, Llantrisant, Pontyclun since midnight. Spoke with support on the phone who reports openreach issue. They can't reach my line to test it. Working from home and burning up my personal data. Any further info?

    @Plusnet You also won’t let me leave without charging a fee for your substandard service. You also boast award winning customer service well it wasn’t in my opinion. 😡😡😡
