@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

Update: 1. Still no response from @plusnethelp. 2. Phoned Plusnet support. Had to pass security before they would put me through to technical; what if I wasn't a customer?! 3. Their technical team couldn't help me anyway. 4. The Product Team is supposed to be getting back to me.

Gah the internet at my parents house is so frustrating. I’ve ended up using 5gb in a week as keeps dropping out. Sat next to the router and still not working @Plusnet @plusnethelp
