    Will never have @Plusnet again, absolutely useless, bit difficult to work from home with no internet every other day🀬 literally problems from the start and now this

    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @AlisonMLees @Plusnet Plusnet have broken the terms of your contract. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for Β£1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for Β£500 or more + costs and repair it.

    @EE @cARacTac Not since dial up have i had such poor boadband. I was pushed to ee from plusnet and it is terrible. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.

    @MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.
