@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

I'm slightly surprised it's taken this long, but I've now come across the first occasion where the failure of @Plusnet to support IPv6 actually prevents me from doing stuff. IPv6 only has been happening for a while now. @plusnethelp Any chance you're going to sort this?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp Plusnet down 2-3 days again, I'm seeking legal advice, these cheeky sods charged me £70 for an engineer who was here less than 20 minutes and within 15 minutes of him leave no internet again, worst provider in history, please stay clear of these

@plusnethelp This is appalling support from #PlusNet Just had phone call from PlusNet support who asked me to send screenshots of speed tests. As stated previously the wizard link sent does not work. Pathetic

I'm not to worry about my old account now, it won't go to collections, even though now every time I call @Plusnet I get routed straight to collections & they have to put me through to customer services. The person I speak to in sales is wonderful, she gets everything sorted...
