So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

Paul Tierney (@HollywoodPops) reported@Plusnet I already did. 10 months ago, over and over again, when the problems first started (2 weeks in to my contract) funnily enough now that I’m close to leaving someone has replied. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will be recommending against using Plusnet.
