So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

Widge80 (@wendy4robbie) reported@Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasn’t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

chris Jones (@spinner2000) reported@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a £160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒
