    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @HorribleGrandma @Plusnet We left plusnet about 3 years ago for this very reason. They were insistent that everything was fine & there was no fault either with line or router. Having switched to vodaphone, I've had seamless service on the same line. Have concluded that plusnets routers are badly made.

    @Plusnet Back to square 1 - if I call the Customer Service number I am asked for my Plusnet phone number. I don't have one as I'm a webmail-only customer. So I can't get through. This is why I tried Twitter.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s disgusting that you’ve had posts in your forums about people having WiFi connectivity issues with iPhones for at least 3 years & yet you let people join & let them wonder what the hell is going on. Its a bit useless having your broadband with an iPhone!

    @Plusnet mobile signal in ky155pl area is poor. One bar at times and can't make calls. The rest of the time no service. It's been like that since at least Friday night when we had the storm. I sometimes don't get great reception but never no service?

    @Plusnet broadband down for 24 hours and been told it may be off until Thursday, who do I contact about recovering the cost of the bolt on I paid for and travel expenses if I have to go in to the office on Monday?

    @Plusnet I’m having an issue whereby I can’t log in to my BT Sports App on any device connected to WiFi, but can when using mobile data, also I can’t even log into MyBT account on any device connected to my WiFi. BT sport and MyBT work on non plus net internet, any ideas?
