@Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

@Plusnet had slow Internet for over a week now 1.7mbps at best can't watch any on demand services without annoying buffering having to use phone data as its so slow have done all checks its getting very frustrating never had this problem with Sky

@Plusnet Hi, my router makes a hissing/clicking noise. I think when something is connected to the 5g. I've turned the 5g off and the noise stops but everything then runs very slowly. Is it possible to get a new router or any other suggested fix?
