Many hours wasted on the call centre. Switched to Plusnet and haven't looked back. The adverts are right, really good customer service.

Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. I have tried to get this sorted via Twitter private messages but no one knows why it's not working. I've just had enough and desperately want to return to Plusnet. We only left as Shell had a deal.

Your website said it could not process our order at this time after taking payment details. Customer services say our money is in a holding account and will take a week to return to us. @plusnethelp
