    @plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

    @plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

    @plusnethelp @RRS91718 All sorted. Called customer service. Still not happy about time taken and lack of information from plusnet mobile though

    @Plusnet really disappointed with the service - funny how you get to talk to someone but if you wish to cancel an offer the only option is to call and after numerous calls - waiting over 1/2 hour each time I can honestly say huge mistake having any dealing with this company

    @plusnet I sent a DM, I tried ringing 3 times last week (on hold for 40 minutes each time), and I’m STILL waiting for my refund of Β£107 which was due to reach me on Friday 2nd December! Is anyone there? @ofgem can you help?

    @Plusnet ,still waiting on a response! I have a very I’ll family member in hospital who is critical,I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages! If something terrible happens and I am not able to be connected I’m gonna be raging 😑 SORT IT OUT AND RESPOND NOW!

    @Plusnet Yesterday myself and my partner (both plusnet mobile) had no signal between ~9am-5pm. Today the signal has just dropped again. Is there a known fault in BS24 postcode?

    No engineers appears to be about working on the fibre optic network going in so as of today I will be checking BT Wholesale broadband checker and will be ready to call Plusnet as soon as it becomes available in this area
