Catherine π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώπ¬π§ (@katie4249) reported from Paisley, Scotland@plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

Catherine π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώπ¬π§ (@katie4249) reported from Paisley, Scotland@plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet Day 6 now of no internet. Open-reach dug up the pavement last Wednesday no internet since. We have contacted Open-reach and Plusnet. Told Tuesday is the earliest an engineer can come out. We do everything on line ,banking, health, paying bills etc etc. Communication with family and friends. We have no landline. Through no fault of our own no help from either Open Reach or Plusnet. Our neighbours have not been affected . I am using mobile data but I assume for security reasons I am unable to pay bills via my bank. To be without the internet for so long in this day and age is a serious customer failure and one that should be taken seriously by service providers.

Frog Princess πΈ (@TheDivineFrog) reported@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long youβll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry π
-
ImDEADasHell (@LeoIncorp) reported@Plusnet Hello! I recently bought a phone off eBay and it said it was locked to your provider! It says itβs still locked but has no name of what provider. Is there a way you can contact me and help me unlock it? Thanks!
-
Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported@Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks
-
Darly (@darylh49) reported@tandleman @Plusnet Hi Plusnet. I am getting a login to server error on my email client. Also can't get into webmail on your website. Any news please?

Caroline (@CraftyGirl1460) reported@Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please π₯
-
Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reportedI swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
-
GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

Helene Lens (@HeleneFrenchie.bsky.social) (@HeleneFrenchie) reportedForced to change from @Plusnet to @EE last week. Phone did not work for 4 days. Now emails not working, can't send emails out. Do you seriously expect us to be paying for your non-existent service??
