    So @Plusnet have won the award for worst customer service. No update for weeks on my full fibre followed by 20 unanswered minutes in a queue. Apparently BT are happy to help buy out the rest of my contract so not all bad

    @Plusnet 4 weeks without Internet after moving in with no date for a connection. Do not use this company. It also takes an hour to get through to customer service on the phones.

    @Plusnet I need help with my account, I am supposed to have an engineer out today as I’ve moved home 2 weeks ago, this was arranged for today, I have taken time off work to be emailed just now to let me know it has been changed now to the 15th. Compete disgrace.

    @Plusnet I'm afraid we are experiencing terrible customer support from @Plusnet at the moment, anyone else in the same place? Our internet went down a week ago now and we run our business from the house and have been losing clients and money daily as @Plusnet have not fixed it.
