@BeansInYourBum @MatthewStadlen @CentreLeft_ Though Sky and TalkTalk do have a switching service for user email accounts, you can hold on to your Plusnet and BT for an additional monthly fee after your service switches.

  • rhystimson Rhys Timson (@rhystimson) reported

@Plusnet Hi! Can you please explain why you sent me a bill for £200 to close my account when you were supposed to transfer the account to my new address? Bad enough I had to wait two weeks for WiFi at the new property despite me notifying you well in advance. Thanks.

  • 141percent 4thTimeLucky (@141percent) reported

@CountBelASD @IAFuller I did the same about 10 months ago, made all the difference, however, last few days the Bt hub has stopped working- I can connect to it but it’s not connecting to plusnet broadband. Have you experienced any issues lately? The old plusnet router is working, so it’s not the service

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Social_embryo Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We wanted to let you know that the fault you reported to us is now fixed. Please turn your router off and on, and your service should be fully restored. Thanks for your patience

  • Joemar14 Joe Marczewski (@Joemar14) reported

@Plusnet I am having to reset my internet repeatedly each week to avoid dropping out in the middle of calls for work. Had no issues like this with my previous ISP but since switching nearly a month ago, I have had nothing but trouble with inconsistent & at times unusable service

  • LexiLibrary Alex (@LexiLibrary) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hello, Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk and BT all having problems (namely all have no broadband) in KT5/KT6. That would seem to be everyone on Openreach lines. Is there a known problem please as my provider had no info?

  • missedmycue Peter Lyall (@missedmycue) reported

@Plusnet Hi.I upgraded my broadband last month to the 58-63Mb download speed but I am still only running at 16 to 17 Mb but getting charged more. So in essence I am paying more for a worse service. Can you improve this please?

  • macronencer Mike Torr (@macronencer) reported

@Plusnet I've been waiting on your sales line listening to music for over twenty minutes now. I can't use the customer service line because I don't have a landline yet! What can I do? I need help with an order.

  • KayleighRT91 Kayleigh (@KayleighRT91) reported

@Plusnet I haven't heard anything since joining your service on the 28th of September. Cant get through on the phone either. Please help I've been without internet for several weeks.

  • coolhandle01 Vacci-Nathan (@coolhandle01) reported

@Plusnet Let me rephrase - Are there any known faults issues or bugs that would allow the router password to be reset by some means other than the person who has the admin password for 192.168.1.254, and what is the likely hood of that occurring? I did not alter the password.
