Chris (@durhamchris1983) reported@plusnethelp i know & i've resolved it at my end but your service is appalling. 1 hour on the phone, no tweets/announcements by plusnet. I work in IT support & a basic service would be to inform your users immediately. So so poor & it needs feeding up higher.
