..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

@shezimaster66 @Plusnet Same here, @plusnet has been up and down regularly in the last week (LS27 area). Each time is only for a minute and then it comes back again. Been great for 2 years before this week, now down more in 2 days than it has in 2 years.

@2plus2isjoe Visiting my mum and just spent ten minutes lecturing her on the obvious shitness of her Plusnet internet. Got weirdly animated and emotional about the whole thing even though I know nothing about how the internet works. She must never know.

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.
