@Plusnet how do you get award winning customer service from the most reliable broadband provider when you can't reach anyone on phone / email / dm and you have been sold a contract for a service you apparently cannot provide! #broadband

@Plusnet Cost? A bit like tethering then? I'd not thought of that. Considering the earliest date for reconnection is to be the 28th March (from the 1st March outage) and it could be some time in April, if it is a gift the. Yes. If cost involved, no. Could I tether to my android?

  • Jamie07483119 Jamie (@Jamie07483119) reported

@Plusnet Please contact me IMMEDIATELY had enough of you swindlers, make it impossible to leave your service then told twice by your staff that my service would be cancelled then NOT cancelling it, meaning you're forcing people too pay more and gaining money by unlawful means.

  • Stewarthanson18 Stewart hanson (@Stewarthanson18) reported

@Plusnet Your putting your prices up in April, then next April, love to know where you think I am getting the extra cash from. 18 month contracts, never again.

  • Barnabus73 🇺🇦🌳⭐⭐GReG_FOReST73🔴🔴⚪🔴💙 🏹 🇬🇧🇧🇻 (@Barnabus73) reported

@MattDavies_NP Plusnet were a nightmare for me. They guarantee a great connection speed but can't guarantee the WiFi signal.Problem being is, by the time you get to activate the router, you will be outside the 14 day cooling off period. Have found EE to be good, as they use same hardware as BT

  • SarahTu11006294 Sarah Turner (@SarahTu11006294) reported

@Plusnet could someone please contact me regarding our patchy Internet, I'm about to give up and go elsewhere, you are impossible to contact and I'm not happy with the service at all. Stitch1980
