Catherine 🏴🇬🇧 (@katie4249) reported from Paisley, Scotland@plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

I’ve had someone from MJ Quinn out this morning for our fill fibre install, but they’ve been unable to finish at the pole where the fibre runs from is full. He advised someone needs to install a new CBT on the pole so we can get up and running Can you help?
