    @plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

    @plusnethelp @RRS91718 All sorted. Called customer service. Still not happy about time taken and lack of information from plusnet mobile though

    @plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

    @Plusnet Is there a problem with email? None all day. Would expect at least 20 or so.

    @Plusnet Have had problems with internet connection all day. Off and on for hours at a time. Very slow - 10 minutes to connect. Really bad. Speeds were averaging 5 at one point. When BB came back properly it was averaging 16. I pay for minimum of 30.

    @Plusnet why are you so rubbish at dealing with customers? My mum has been waiting for a compensation cheque from you for over a month. Awarding winning customer service? I think not! Our next step will be the ombudsman.

    @SilvermanCarol @BBCBreakfast It runs over the BT Openreach network (like TalkTalk, Plusnet, etc.) so you'd only ever get as fast as you could with BT.
