    ..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

    @plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

    @VodafoneUK full fibre is literally the worst internet connection we have ever had. Even bloody Plusnet was better. Every time I pass the shop I want to run in and stop the poor folk from signing a contract. #Vodafone

    Well done @Plusnet leaving me without internet for 5 weeks so I cannot do my NHS job, be in my home that I’m paying rent on and still charging me for the privilege of no internet and to call them for 40minutes …and I can’t cancel it - what a way to treat people

    @Plusnet The fraud team told me at the time the credit search would be removed from my credit file - that was in July - its now November and the search is still there. No one seems to every answer on the phone number i was given to contact. Please help get this removed from my file

    @Plusnet am at the end of my tether with crap broadband, minimal connectivity & continually dropping out 24/7. No help from customer service. Can't upgrade Apparently can't leave Are you going to do anything about it or just take my money?

    @Plusnet terrible experience trying to get your broadband into our new house. Misinformation followed internal errors at Plusnet cause major delays. I need BB for remote working, spent my first week in a hotel (at my expense) ... wonder if you're prepared to reimburse? Doubt it.

    @Plusnet Of course I need my internet fixed because to leave you I have to pay the full two years of bills even though you were NEVER able to connect me. 21st August this started but 3 weeks tomorrow of no internet/broadband.....all thanks to you

    @GigglyMunchkin Plusnet promised to keep us updated, this is has not happened. Say they will call us back, this has not happened. Customer service non-existent. No broadband, but will not let us leave contract unless we pay for service we have not received
