    @plusnethelp Woke up this morning to our internet speed dropping again. Even rebooting didn't help this time. So enough is enough and we have started the switch to Sky for broadband and mobile. Last 18 months with @Plusnet have been awful.

    @plusnethelp @RRS91718 All sorted. Called customer service. Still not happy about time taken and lack of information from plusnet mobile though

    @plusnethelp We have to reboot our rooter every 3-4 weeks as speed keeps falling. Can't wait till September when we can leave. Nobody at Plusnet wants to take responsibility of this problem.

    @ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for Β£7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.

    @Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took Β£22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, Β£30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an Β£86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
