@plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for quite a few years now but since moving address in Nov 2018 I have had nothing but issue with the billing system...and it continues...bill meant to be issued 7th Oct...was issued today...system will not let me pay it!!

..without Wi-Fi (probably) all weekend. Wonderful when I have a stack of deadlines and need a stable connection for liaising with clients. Your customer support was a bit underwhelming too! Seriously annoyed already... @Plusnet @plusnethelp. Thanks a blummin' lot!!! #URGH!!!

@AnarchyInTheWC PlusNet was the only company on Uswitch that was offering a better deal. Everyone else was more expensive except Vodafone, and she says that after their piss-poor mobile service...HUMAN! Language!

@virginmedia So, after successive failed attempts to get you to actually give me the upgrade I've paid for since August, & have never received, as soon as my contract is up, I'm off to @Plusnet for broadband and @skytv for TV. Unless of course you can do what you've failed to do since August

@arthur_Dent_3 What irks human is that she KNOWS it is possible for payments to be returned instantly, because it has happened to her on several occasions. The PlusNet fiasco, however, reminds human of the time she went online to book a room at a Travelodge hotel and the website was so slow and
