@plusnethelp I helped my father sign up to plusnet through the online process & you took his money okay 😠 Promised no loss/delay of internet access. Still not online & had to disappoint his employer, being unable to work. Paying for a service he's not even receiving. Shocking.

  • lij1987 Laurence Josephson (@lij1987) reported

@antjo1987 @ThreeUK I left because I stopped getting service at my apartment, remember. Took many many phone calls for them to let me leave my contract early. I find PlusNet (who uses EE) has great signal. I get reception throughout the hospital, which I never used to. Not sure what's best there.

  • Bohemiangirl DoctorBohemiangirl (@Bohemiangirl) reported

  • frederickwake Skratcher (@frederickwake) reported

@discord keeps disconnecting when I video call or start sharing screen. I'm with PlusNet. I've heard there were issues with PlusNet and discord. Have those been resolved? If not what can I do?

  • bitoclass Paul #DistantSocialising (@bitoclass) reported

Wow, after 20yrs with @plusnet they've just emailed to say their prices will go up by 3.9% plus CPI every year from this year! Sounds more like a government formula for rail fares than a consumer service price in a functioning competitive market 🤪
