Stu Watts (@StuWattsEsq) reported from Kingswood, EnglandI’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Stu Watts (@StuWattsEsq) reported from Kingswood, EnglandAaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

That Barney guy 💖💜💙 (@barney_parker) reported from Charfield, EnglandHey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

zoe engstrom (@zoe_engstrom) reported@Plusnet my husband cannot work from gone because of the atrocious connection and speeds. I am making a complaint to OFCOM, and I would like to discuss early termination as you are not upholding your end of my contract.
-
Toby Holleran (@TobyHolleran) reported@OpenMindMH If speed is an issue it could be an OpenReach thing, so you should avoid NOW/BT/TalkTalk/Plusnet etc Sometimes if your router is on an "auto" channel it can get interference from your neighbours' routers which can make the internet cut out.

Rob Cowham 🇪🇺🇬🇧 #FBPE #FBPR (@RobCowham) reported@supertanskiii I’ve been with Plusnet for a long time. Their routers are pretty poor. Try Netgear, they do router/modem combined. Always found they perform well. If you’re on fibre their Orbi system I superb thi gives you mesh’ Wi-Fi which negates the need for extenders
