    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

    @Plusnet Thanks your reply. Have tried Webmail & that is working. Have now also sent test email from phone & that has worked. I can now see the problem is the OctopusEnergy email address, as although I hit reply it is missing the .com ! Apologies for inconvenience caused.

    @Plusnet @ChristopherCWilcock @Plusnet Bad reception last night with lots of buffering. Why is this happening after we subscribed to your fibre? And why worse than BT using the same lines. Sort this out please.

    Dear @Plusnet could you please explain why I am getting better performance using my 4G phone than your broadband service. Happens regularly - unimpressed.

    @Plusnet The problem occurred yesterday - prior to that the speeds were fine. Wired connection is fine. Changing channels doesn't help. Seems to be an issue with the wifi signal itself. New router??

    @Plusnet Thanks, Alice. Tried the coverage - it won't let me put my actual postcode in (says it's not valid). I'm doing it correctly. Tried with similar postcode and it said coverage was okay. Wifi is fine. Still no phone signal. Please investigate and fix.

    @Danny_f1_fan @Plusnet Indeed, we are only about fifteen years behind third world countries on internet access speeds, total embarrassment really, and you notice, they ignore me, second time now = lost customer.
