I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

please i am only 1 of alot of people who joined PlusNet broadband who has had nothing but trouble from this broadband provider, I would like every one to check them out before signing up as you will get problems and i mean big problems me and 2 disabled brothers been treated bad.

@Plusnet It is now the 30th December and you have only just sent us a new router!!!!! 6 days after it was ordered. We have had to buy a new router this is the worst CS ever

Hello @Plusnet 👋 still no #broadband i want my 50quid back-paid for full installation,get left without any service!Your CS rep very unhelpful! I thought #virginmedia were bad,at least I had broadband! Full installation should include checking the line - no?! 🤔#Rubbish
