I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

Fed up with @Plusnet ****** customer service. Still no broadband after ordering 25 Aug, was due 2 Oct, have contacted three times since with crappy responses each time. Why do I have to keep phoning to chase up? Terrible, terrible, terrible.

@Plusnet Help please. All incoming calls on both my phone and my wife's phone are being diverted straight to voicemail. We can make outgoing calls without issue.

@Plusnet I phoned one of your operators and they said its a known issue and affecting your Network, no one can get incoming calls? Can you confirm this is correct and should you not put this up to tell ones? Also how can I tell when fixed?

@Plusnet why can’t I get any support after 8pm and before 8am ? .. I need my internet at 10pm but have to wait 10hrs - not good enough - when you reconnect me I will weigh up other options !! - compensation ???!

@Plusnet I am no longer able to receive incoming calls since I changed contract , I have had to turn off 4g and back to 3g where it works ok , with 4g on calls are going straight to answer machine , is there a fix for this ?

@Quickos @Plusnet Service status still telling lies! All Good. Clearly not. I have 5 mobiles on plusnet and half can’t calll each other but others can. Offnet and on-net calls the same. Admit there’s a fault, there clearly is otherwise your call ctr wouldn’t “be receiving higher than usual calls”
