    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

    Confused, you will no longer be providing a service to me and offered me to terminate fee free and move to BT . Attempted to move to BT , who couldn't provide the service I needed so found elsewhere. You're now trying to charge me early termination fee?? Why? @Plusnet
