    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    Aaaand our first reset for a while, @Plusnet , the moment I join a Discord server. It’s almost like you have customer aggro scripts in place! Can not wait for my contract to stop next week. So much time and money wasted trying to get any reliability out of your service. #shitshow

    @Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

    @Plusnet Very disappointing, can you imagine we don’t have internet since last Tuesday 31st May 2pm ! On contacting plusnet being answered the issue resolved in 3 days but now more than 5 days. Plusnet ruined our bank holiday weekend !

    @Plusnet I signed up on Sunday, 1st order timed out and didn’t generate an order as far as I’m aware as never got any emails, however I’ve been charged twice. 2nd order was successful

    @Plusnet What's up with Plusnet Mobile? You have failed to port my old number to my new SIM after 10 days. Your call centre says it cannot take calls. Your complaint log email to me said you would reply bu June 3 but I got no reply. How to I cancel as there's no service at all.
