Hey nice one @Plusnet my contract ended but you didnt tell me and just moved me on to a more expensive tariff. Quality move there for a company who “do you proud” Really impressed with you lack of giving a crap about customers...

I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

@BennyHawes Hi Benny, these emails are automated and are there to ensure you don't go over your allotted mailbox capacity. If you're having trouble with deleting mail through Webmail, you can always set up an email client and delete mail through this instead. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@nainasavraj Hi Naina, I'm really sorry to hear this loss of service is interrupting your work. If we've already booked an engineer, it sounds like the situation isn't something we can resolve remotely; so we'd need to wait for the engineer visit to complete first. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Update: Just been told that the issue has been going on for weeks and that I need to sit tight... As a new customer, I am really not impressed and don't think I will be recommending @Plusnet to any friends/family.

@Plusnet Do you still track requests via DM. I sent one last evening and still not been looked at. I didn't realise you closed the other support channel at first.

@Plusnet why has my bill increased by £5? You did something similar in July ‘21 and then it went back down. I don’t have time to call as working but this seems the best way to get you attention @Ofcom #plusnet #overcharged #everypennycounts
