    I’m going to be taking great pleasure in cancelling my @Plusnet contract very soon. Three line resets so far this evening. Very unreliable service for a couple of years, many attempts to fix, but no improvement. Do yourselves a favour and don’t ever use them.

    @Plusnet my internet has been terrible. I am new customer and since I moved to plusnet the internet stops or is very slow. I spend all day on zoom working and can't have even one normal meeting!!! Very disappointing

    @Arian06Hbr @Plusnet The worst Internet ever since we joined this service. Most of the time wifi is down with slow or weak signals. No wifi for more than 2 hours.

    @Plusnet The worst internet ever , it’s always dropping and is so slow , it has been an ongoing problem ever since we join and every time we call you , they always say there is no problems , terrible internet and customer service

    @Plusnet Whatever we throw at you? I'd like to throw my laptop! For the past three days we've had virtually no internet. Can you explain how you keep on taking our money but provide no service? This counts as fraud, in my book.
