You only get one chance to make a first impression, @Plusnet. Very disappointed in the the complete absence of customer service. May re-evaluate before I'm tied in.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Switched back to previous provider (Plusnet) and now been sent an enormous bill from BT for “breaking the new contract” that I’d tried to cancel twice. The saga involves all BT companies: EE, Plusnet, BT residential and BT business. 2/4

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Only Plusnet have acted professionally and tried to help - they were at no fault and have served us brilliantly for over 20 years. For such a large corporation BT your service is shocking. Please take ownership of the problem and fix this. 4/4

@Plusnet After ringing 6-7 times in one day and being lied to, misled and having a couple of meltdowns, I decided to cancel the contract. It feels like all the UK's ISPs customer service has gone from bad to worse. Disgusted! "Award-winning customer service". Clearly, not!

Anyone with “verbal contracts” with @Plusnet here? Never heard of this before. Never signed a contract or anything and always complained about horrible Wi-Fi connection and now I’m being charged £138 to leave! What’s this?!?!?!

@Plusnet called and messaged you today, our phone lines down and won't be fixed until Friday, even though its a business land line for a hairdressing and beauty salon, I was told it takes atleast 2 days to get an engineer out. Wonder if you'll reimburse for the customer loss.
