    @Plusnet I didn’t receive a gift card when I signed up with plusnet via uswitch. The chap on the phone said they aren’t linked. If that’s the case why are they still showing in uswitch. Poor show.

    @KarakDesi **** sorry didn't see this reply! I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.

    Another day, another disappointment. @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp The order is with the directors office, the engineer has switched it on and meanwhile we sit and wait for somebody somewhere to give a **** to sort this mess out. Totally embarrassing!

    @Plusnet How do I cancel a engineer appointment? Just received a new hub so my wifi is working fine now so I won’t need the engineer pre-booked on Saturday in case the new hub didn’t work out .

    @Plusnet why does your service status say there are no problems with broadband services, yet your text diagnostic bot told me there was an external problem. I've wasted an hour trying to solve the problem myself.
