  @rktecture @Plusnet @Plusnet The service to get help is terrible. No agents to talk to, so have to text, but text says no account, so text advisor, no one responds. No statement or info. Awful service.

  @Plusnet @DamienRawlinso1 Your customers need a rough ETA please so we can plan our day. You've got a UK wide outage, you must have *some* idea of what the problem is and/or how long it will take to fix.

  @rbiondin1 @Plusnet You're not alone. Mine's been down since around 10:35 this morning. Sync is all fine, but no routing, and bouncing the connection gives the wrong (RFC1918 !) IP. Phoned support and their opening message says it's a general problem.
