  @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

  @JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

  @ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.
