My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.
