@JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

My 2 wishes for 2020 1) @Plusnet learn customer service and actually acknowledge a complaint 2) @WeAreOpenreach actually sort my broadband instead of giving a useless “update” every week 🙃🙃🙃

@Plusnet I'm in the final week of an incredibly time-sensitive project and am forced to camp out at my mother's flat so I can use the internet to work. I don't know what on earth that customer service award can have been for but it's looking as though changing supplier might be faster.

Plusnet is absolute dog ****. People moan about Virgin, we have Virgin at home, never a problem. We have Plusnet at work and I reckon honestly it's down more than it's up.

@Plusnet We had an engineer visit us not long ago and all was ok going out of the house and I think ok with the external BT line. There was/is a problem that couldn't be identified our end. You will have to read his report.

Been with #plusnet for 13months & not one day of reliable internet provision. Spent hours on the phone, promises of call backs, we'll do our best, we'll fix it. Spent an hour on phone yesterday, was told i'd get an email with summary of the fault but got nothing. 1/2

@Plusnet Nope couldn't do it so still at square one ..I've spoke to a guy today he said the new routers should be out soon so I'm going to hang fire ..and he promised il be priority for a new hub which should fix the problem he said
