    @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. πŸ‘Œ

    @JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

    @Plusnet Any idea when I might be able to login to webmail? I've had no access since Tuesday! You keep saying it's fixed but clearly it isn't.

    @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

    @Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Β£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.
