Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!

Sean Clarke (@SeanClarke17595) reported@LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying Β£44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for Β£35/m and VoIP for phone Β£4 Itβs the way to go !
