I have written confirmation from Plusnet that the bill is wrong. No help from customer services after 7 days. Appalling service.

We were promised 9 days ago this wouldn’t happen as our account was closed down in error and they are dying to charge us termination fees despite still being a customer. We were assured over and over again!
