    @GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer ๐Ÿ˜, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    @JamesNewbon @Plusnet Ive got no service either also in Chippenham. It's the orange light with the red broadband symbol, but troubleshooting claims it's my service not being active yet... Even though Ive used plusnet for years.

    @Plusnet Any idea when I might be able to login to webmail? I've had no access since Tuesday! You keep saying it's fixed but clearly it isn't.

    @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

    Major service outage at @plusnet . Broadband in Huddersfield died on 27 August due to an exchange fault. Am now told service will not be back until 9 September! Unacceptable. Will be cancelling asap

    @joclegg @plusnet I'm in ME8. They've told me its a major outage but will be fixed by 6.20 pm. That Downdetector is rubbish.

    As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying ยฃ35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Havenโ€™t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

    @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever Iโ€™ve had issues with Virgin itโ€™s never been a UK call centre Iโ€™ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
