@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

@plusnethelp Hi Alisdair. Having considered things, I would just like to terminate my contract with Plusnet now. Could you please action that? I have looked on your website and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it online. I'm just not happy with my number already being known by people.

@plusnethelp I have signed up to plusnet and service is due to go live on 28th, have received the router, but as yet no date for fibre installation. Shouldn't this have been installed by the live date?

Would not advise anyone to ever deal with @plusnet the service is abysmal. Half the staff are clueless, trying to resign me up when I've cancelled already. Being charged near £37 when I signed a contract at £22.99 For the love of God do not bother with this shambles of a company

@plusnethelp Why isn't anyone at Plusnet attempting to fix Broadband Safeguard not working? It has been nearly a month now. It really is disgusting that porn and other stuff is easily available to the kids in our house on the internet due to Safeguard not working.🤬
