@GurpreetMudhar @MarkmaccaMc Sky, Talk Talk, Plusnet, Vodafone & literally 99% of all isp's use BT lines. I'm not being biased as a VM Network Engineer 😁, but you won't beat VM for speed. A WiFi extender is all that's needed. 👌

Hold we have up. Why don't tell people where they are in the queue when you ring up? I have been so disappointed with @Plusnet today I really kicking myself for trusting you. Your customer service was the main reason I signed up and now I find out it's all lies

@Plusnet Just updated my ticket, had a Plusnet engineer out today. A) Paying for 36Mb/s, guaranteed 24Mb/s B) pre engineer 14-24Mb/s down and 4Mb/s up C) post engineer 10-14Mb/s down and 0.3-0.5Mb/s up. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Another day, another problem with @Plusnet Internet connections. If you're looking for a new isp then I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

@nelliecarty I was with EE sim only £18+ moved to plusnet £6.50 and they use EE network, I gather only about 3 networks that everyone use so worth looking (I looked at Martin Lewis site)
