Mini, ๐Cooper and ๐Doraโs mum (@CoopandDorasMum) reported@NewForestDog Iโve been with Plusnet for 8 years. Itโs only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. Iโd rate them as โgood enough to not leaveโ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerโs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

Tee (@TGunson) reported@johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. Iโll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends
