@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

Hey @Plusnet Day 8 no Internet after botched switchover. The last time someone SPOKE to me was last WED. Obvs the CEO of BT has no power to prioritise my case… or there are so many ‘priority’ issues, mine is in a long queue. Not good! Phone still DEAD.

@Plusnet I've got issue with my internet and it's been confirmed no line issues and it's most likely the router. I've been advised I would have to pay for that new router? Is this correct?

On top of all the nonsense with ovo energy, we just upgraded @Plusnet to get better internet (because it kept cutting out, and my eldest is doing his GCSEs this academic year so needs that not to happen)… and guess what? It’s still crap.

@RenjiPls Hmm I'm with PlusNet and they're owned by BT and apart from the internet dying for almost a day a few weeks back I've not had issues. Hmmm.

day 5 of our client (a charity) having their line go up and down, up and down... @plusnet's response to no connection (and no phones due to shift to voip) is "well, openreach is on strike" We don't have a contract with openreach, so that's your problem not ours.

@Plusnet ...account. They have ignored my emails about escalating. This is 'award winning customer service' apparently. So, one more time @Plusnet, how do I escalate this to complaint to @ofcom?
