@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

Sat at home no internet from PlusNet, Openreach a waste of time as they failed to mend my internet as they promised and now waiting for them to fix it on Monday but I’m not holding my breath as they let me down last week, time to ditch them and get a better company to do the job

  • JaneRaby5 Jane Raby (@JaneRaby5) reported

@Plusnet my husband is trying to contact you to cancel his sim only deal. None of your numbers appear to be open despite saying you are available 7 days a week. How does he leave you please? He’s not on Twitter otherwise he’d contact you himself!

  • RobL_L Rob (@RobL_L) reported

@AnnPawley @Screwfix It's Plusnet that's the problem. Turn off your router for an hour then turn back on so it gives you a new IP address. Plusnet has a habit of given foreign IPs which get geoblocked by screwfix's website. Mine just did the same when I switched power off. It's a pain.

  • Ribstonpippin1 Ribstonpippin🇺🇦 (@Ribstonpippin1) reported

@rothiemoon I’ve had great customer service from Plusnet this evening too.

  • MarkAWigmore Mark Wigmore (@MarkAWigmore) reported

@Plusnet I'm sitting waiting for an SMS from @sainsburys in order to log in to their website. There's a signal, just, but nothing is coming through. What am I supposed to do now?

  • Tweetyness Nessa Parkinson (@Tweetyness) reported

@Plusnet Still need to sort this , is there a way? I guess I could cancel the direct debit and it might prompt someone to contact me!

  • cb617 Mrs T (@cb617) reported
