Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Please, please give your customers an option to choose the date an phone number gets ported to your account. The date you chose for me falls on a day I absolutely can't afford to loose my service, and there seems to be no way to change it on your side.

@Plusnet This doesn't matter now, and has nothing to do with me wanting to cancel my switch.

AH ok this is the *old* account (the "broken" one), which has been closed... but the website won't let me remove the payment method. Help @Plusnet ? (I'm still on hold, with absolute grim hold music)

@Plusnet Hi, as a long standing customer really disappointed with the treatment I have received from plusnet. Essentially you are taking money for several weeks of no service. Very misleading upgrade sales call.

Credit where it’s due - @plusnet were incredibly helpful when I was helping an elderly neighbour who’d forgotten his password so couldn’t log in after switching from IE to Edge. And hold time was less than 30 seconds. Brilliant service.

@Plusnet I am a new customer about to have my number ported to a new Plusnet SIM on 6/5/22 but I’m abroad with no access to the new SIM until Monday. How do I delay this & my current SIM from not working? Sent DM and email - no reply! International helpline not working! Help!

@Plusnet Unfortunately I'll be moving to another network and staying there, moving elsewhere and then moving back is a lot of messing about and if I'm honest, I just can't be bothered. I also think it's a really bad policy to just cut off someone's phone at a time when they probably need

@Ofcom @Plusnet @JohnLewisRetail Try taking a contract with them and after a few days, you get cut off then spend 8 days speaking to different people who tell you they don't know what the problem is but you have a contract so cant go elsewhere
