@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet hello how do I remove the BT Sport App from my Add Ons - my online account says it has never been activated and doesn't give me an option to cancel it

@AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

@WorkTheSpace this is an issue across the network with logging in. Either EE, BT or Plusnet.

@musicmanleeds @Plusnet Useless!! I've had enough.Still waiting for them to explain why we're paying £40 for rubbish internet connection? We were pushed in to renewing 24mth contract all because we'd moved down the road and it would have cost loads for this move unless we renewed! Appalling.

@PScotfree @Plusnet @Plusnet Just letting everyone know that after being with Plusnet for 5 years, terminating, paying my bill and having my account closed, they just sent me TWO emails asking me to set up a Direct Debit as I'm a new customer! Funny, or Useless?!

@KateKirk79 I'd definitely recommend speaking to our Customer Options team to see if there's anything that they can do in terms of your current cost. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

Come on @Plusnet. Over a week now with no or intermittent broadband. Twice you've told us that it's resolved when it hasn't been, 2 days waiting for mystery engineers to never show up. Still no internet access and paying a fortune for a service I'm not receiving!
