Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet still waiting for new sim "in the post" 2 months ago. Poor coverage and no signal for me in most of my area. I'm off, Lebara for me.

@Plusnet I have just reported a SIM porting issue to your mobile support team. Although they were helpful, they said I should prepare for the issue to go unfixed until after the bank holiday weekend. That's disappointing - being without mobile signal for that length of time!

@Plusnet service down De45, impossible to get hold of anyone, tried all troubleshooting advice. Can get hold of someone to upgrade though or buy other services. Which is nice.

@WhichUK I’m with Plusnet and I wish they would offer a social tariff but I rang up and they said they have no intention of offering one. I could switch to BT but their customer service is notoriously bad.

@Plusnet Telephone and dialling tone not working for my Mum, who has an auto alarm service that’s not operational without an active line. Customer service is closed! Is there an out of hours contact service for housebound customers?

@Saintstepgar I never had a problem when I had sky broadband. Switched to plusnet and it happens a lot

Slightly disappointed that @Plusnet signal isn’t as good as @EE - swapping between sims two bars on EE zero on PlusNet, is this due to you not accessing full range of frequency? Sent you a DM to cancel within 14 day cooling off period.

@PaulbernalUK @Plusnet @BTGroup May I ask what the actual problem is/was? If you've mentioned it specifically already I'm sorry I've missed it.
