This is impacting on my ability to earn a living. For god's sake Plusnet either fix it or let me take complaint to @Ofcom. This is beyond a joke.

Bridget Chapman (@BridgeeCee) reported@Plusnet Confirmed. The engineer just didn't turn up. It's 2nd time I waited in for an engineer sent by @plusnet who didn't turn up. No one tells you. No one apologises the hours of your time wasted completely unnecessarily. No one says "This is unacceptable. 16 days? Now we will fix it."
