The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

He's getting 40mb down, 20mb up and a £12 per month saving on what he was paying for a poor service from Plusnet. So I'd just like to say thank you.

Even a small outage is a nuisance when I'm working from home - I work with video so it breaks huge uploads/downloads & breaks the VPN, costing time. The account is in my housemate's name, I'll have to get him to get in touch when he has time.
