@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

And once again for the 10000th time since joining @Plusnet the WIFI is down again 😡 absolute joke!! Worst decision we ever made was switching to you in October ! @plusnethelp

  • maaverix GeoS (@maaverix) reported

@plusnethelp hi Team. We have been affected by continuous outage today. We have tried to reach out to Plusnet Customer Care and the line is badly busy. Please could help us sort our fault out?

  • rebeccap940 becca pards (@rebeccap940) reported

@Plusnet not sure what service I pay for because I am never able to use the internet, just to check emails or have a word document open, for more than 2 minutes without connection cutting out. This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

  • SianyLouP #HelloMyNameIs Sian 💙 (@SianyLouP) reported

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp you were due to come & install our new phone line and broadband today between 8am and 1pm. No one has turned up and your telephone customer service adviser was quite frankly useless. My partner has had to take a day off work as he is wfh &needs Internet

  • CaitClick Cait (@CaitClick) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp In the past we've been able to have someone check our account to see if we're getting connection drop outs, can someone run a check for us? Our Internet has gotten really slow recently! Thanks.

@blazingskies @Plusnet @Greyfore17 Ta. We always had pretty rubbish Internet here, but its been especially bad this past week.

  • kirstyegraham Dr Kirsty Graham (@kirstyegraham) reported

@santilofish £18/month :) talktalk were going to put ours up to £19/month and still not fix our line problem, so we switched to plusnet. Happy so far, but 🤞

  • ReasonAboveAll Pablo Von Helsing 🏉🎸🏒🍔 (@ReasonAboveAll) reported

I have spoken to 3 Tech Support lines this week. @Plusnet were fantastic @NuanceInc were very good on the phone but the website needs work. @TPLINK were rubbish. As in 'it was easier and cheaper to throw away their product than deal with that level of crap' kind of rubbish.

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had similar issues with BT. If you're changing I reaaaaaally recommend Plusnet. Every time I've call them up for an issue they literally answer the phone within 2 minutes. It's amazing.
