  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

@midslibrarian Hi Midlands Librarian, some customers are experiencing problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We are working quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Mike.P Sheffield

  • dresdeb Beccy Dresden (not giving up masking anytime soon) (@dresdeb) reported

@Plusnet @midslibrarian I've had no internet since 10.30am, WFH full time & am freelance. That response is a bit different from the phonecall I had earlier to say that the problem is at Plusnet's end, affecting loads of customers, and they're working on it, but they don't know when it will be fixed!

  • pfrr Paulo Ferreira 🇵🇹🇪🇺 (@pfrr) reported

And service is back on now!! It appears that I am doing the customer services social media upsates for @Plusnet. I will send them an invoice for this.

  • radek_ratel Wzlet (@radek_ratel) reported

@Plusnet Not sure who's been telling you that, but it's one Heck of a reduction. Every reply I've seen on here is variations on 'connected, no services'. Your c&p is technically correct, but far understates the experiences reported. Resolve/traffic problem, not a connection one.

  • DrHayeLo Lorraine (@DrHayeLo) reported

@xxChoz0079zz @Plusnet Yes I'm having the same issues up north.

  • SweetCattyKing2 SweetCattyKing (@SweetCattyKing2) reported

@SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.

  • AmyTurner1316 Amy Turner (@AmyTurner1316) reported

@Plusnet @JonBushby77 It's not just some!!! It's clearly all customers how about actually providing am update instead of a copied message? Ridiculous paying for this and rude customer service over phone

  • elliotstradling Wee Man Rhymes (@elliotstradling) reported

@RickieTrades @Plusnet You’re doing the lord’s work big man 🙏 Plusnet customer service is always abysmal

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@PretzlePretzle Hi Emma, some customers are experiencing problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We are working quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • ozzystuh Stewart hamilton (@ozzystuh) reported

@Plusnet That was down for nearly 2 hours - Nationwide judging from Twitter - Yet you didnt Post on Twitter and were telling 10,000's people (pointlessly) to factory reset and check their router set ups ! #Plusnetdown #plusnetup
