@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@rebelpaws @Plusnet Try Vodafone. I pay 20quid and get 82Mbps. Never let me down once.

  • IBaxterSoundArt Ian Baxter (@IBaxterSoundArt) reported

Coinciding exactly with an email about price rises (CPI plus a magic 3.9%) from Plusnet my broadband goes down. Sometimes it feels like the whole country is run by gangsters.

  • Mariusz_MHS Mariusz 👷 (@Mariusz_MHS) reported

How hard can it be to reply to your customers? My internet signal disappeared - I'm working from home and just had installed "award winning" fibre broadband from #plusnet I've reached out to troubleshooting tool online and the CS chat - no luck. Happy Valentines Day #plusnet

  • SurreyBlue1967 APartridges Ideas Man (@SurreyBlue1967) reported

@Plusnet my plusnet connection is unbearably slow for last few days, is there a fault.

  • hwoodiwiss95 Hugo Woodiwiss (@hwoodiwiss95) reported

@Plusnet is there any way to track an ongoing incident on your network? My connection is impacted by an incident in my area, but the incident isn't show on your service status page.

  • inacentre Ian John (@inacentre) reported

@jmdlollollol @Plusnet @plusnethelp Since lockdown customers appear to become inconvenience that companies tolerating as sideline to them taking our money. Have you noticed always them who have charged us too much or charged us for a service they've failed to provide thinking when they say "Sorry" that's enough !

  • TropicKnight Graeme Pugh (@TropicKnight) reported

@ThreeUK’s network is appalling. London Bridge and I can’t even take a phone call. Expensive for a service that isn’t even fit for service. As for your team that said they’d fix the problem, all lies. Looking forward to starting with @Plusnet in a day or two.

  • IlseHoward Ilse (@IlseHoward) reported from Richmond, England

@inacentre @Plusnet Definitely change provider. Even if it ends up the same you’ll at least get a discounted time as a new customer 👍🏻

  • writer_paula Paula Hammond (@writer_paula) reported

Finally have one bar on my mobile after a week of no service @Plusnet No warning it was happening. No updates. No easy way to complain. No way to do business or contact people in emergencies. But I notice @Plusnet has no problem billing me for the full service today. Shocking.

  • GrahamAuld2 Graham Auld (@GrahamAuld2) reported

@Plusnet - any update on when I might get a working telephone service again... 2 weeks since you started looking into it and no news. Hopefully when the bill turns up you won't be attempting to charge me for a service you're not supplying?
