@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

Hi @Plusnet Are you ever going to introduce wifi calling? We get very poor or no reception where we live ever since the Orange merger & removal of one of the masts around here. My contract renews in January and this time I do need to have wifi calling, or go elsewhere to get it.

@OpenreachHelp Yes. Plusnet say OR is telling them the order is wait in on external works. These have already been done last month. Plusnet don’t seem to be getting the right answer from OR. Maybe OR thinks the previous Vodafone order is still active? Plusnet can’t seem to help.

@DemonTomatoDave Do you use a Plusnet router? I found that to be the issue. Got a cheapy BT one off eBay and never had any issues after that.
