Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported@Globalistloon @GavinFreedomLo1 Until I got Starlink I had everything , landline , broadband and email address through Plusnet but had so much trouble with outages that I dumped Plusnet broadband . Starlink is superb but of course no landline .

Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻
