    @Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @Yorksims @Plusnet @giffgaff Thanks for the heads up. I rarely need to use them but when I do at least it’s good to have the option. I realised last night that even things like British Transport Police use short codes - massive fail from Plusnet.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky, I got new broadband with @Plusnet 5 days ago that doesnt work and they can’t seem to get an engineer to me in an acceptable time. How fast can you give me WiFi?

    Wow Imaging sending my 90 year old aunty with Alzheimer’s a bill for over £400 after she was put In a care home because her husband died. And when we try explaining that we had previously informed them being absolutely vile. @Plusnet obvs needs to learn customer service! 😡

    @Plusnet the worst ISP ever. They will take your money but have no valid methods to contact them should the internet stop working.

    @CWUnews What exactly do Plusnet get help for as all the pay dispute seem to mention Openreach, BT and EE. I am considering joining but do we actually get anything out of it first? We’re all in this together but we’re not mentioned.
