Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Ok why when I try to reset my Plusnet password on your login site, I typed in my new password twice to reset and pressing on reset button does jack?! I'm trying to renew my broadband for another 18 months...I am thinking twice now!

  • Brian90862815 Brian (@Brian90862815) reported

@Plusnet Hi, Thank I tried this, it works for a while then promptly reverts to cannot connect and a the process is repeated. However, I managed to stay on a bit by sharing my wifes password which is exactly the same, and this seems to have broken the loop!

  • OllieHand Ollie Hand (@OllieHand) reported

Hi @Plusnet my internet connections been very unstable lately. How would I go about getting a new router?

  • WilksBecca The Autumn Enjoyer (@WilksBecca) reported

My wifi is at 2004 dialup speeds, and before I can access tech support from Plusnet, I must: - Plug in a landline phone (which I do not have, it's 2021) - Plug in a different router (why would I have 2 routers? ) - Connect to a test socket (again, do not have this)

  • andy17467869 andy (@andy17467869) reported

@Plusnet Its because the routers are rubbish ...I have to turn it off and back on every other day sp an engineer won't help cos like last time he will just say its the routers there not good enough
