    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

    @1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.

  • Andrew_L1 Andrew Lane (@Andrew_L1) reported

    @btsportfootball @Plusnet signed up for BT sport extra on plusnet wifi... linked to my BT account but no activation code and sport not working 25 hours later. Very frustrating... How can I resolve?

    Judging by the call my retired teacher mother just had with @Plusnet its less ‘good, honest’ broadband from Yorkshire & more ‘angry, rude, patronising’ broadband from Yorkshire Anyone else been on the receiving end of this fabulous shining exemplar of customer service? #PlusNet

  • pinks_tribe Jo 🏳️‍🌈 (@pinks_tribe) reported

    Sweet baby Jesus, what does one have to do to get @plusnet broadband working? 1 month of crappy, slow service and endless cancelled engineer visits & still no end in sight. Slow hand clap for @plusnet at a time when working from home is necessary #notworkingcositstoobloodyslow

  • 0xj3lly 0xj3lly (@0xj3lly) reported

    @Plusnet I have had intermittent connectivity issues for months, so to be charged £65 for a engineer to do nothing is like rubbing salt in the wound

  • mick3950 Michael Wilde (@mick3950) reported

    @Plusnet Poor download speed again

  • Pauline54232922 Pauline Turner (@Pauline54232922) reported

    @MaggieP31069 It sure is. Some service providers have a blocking service. I'm with Plusnet but I've now used up my allowance. I've recently bought a new landline phone which can block calls but I haven't tried to do yet. It makes my brain hurt!

  • warringtonhub WarringtonVeteranSupport (@warringtonhub) reported

    @plusnethelp I renewed my fixed term contract yesterday 17th Feb, it was due to expire today 18th Feb. However on my account I see a cessation charge being applied???? Why when I am still a Plusnet customer??
