  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@Plusnet is yr 📱 app not working ? Can’t get in via WiFi or 4G! Like to keep an 👁 on data usage. (It just 😵‍💫 rather than load)

  • Chanlouise94 Chantelle Louise (@Chanlouise94) reported

@Plusnet having a lot of trouble last few days. WiFi was off all morning, any idea what’s going on?

  • WorldOfWoe Nigel Rodford ☠🤘🏼 (@WorldOfWoe) reported

@Plusnet still can't access the admin site.. any chance you could help with the DMs I've sent? Work is getting the **** with me not being online

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@plusnethelp @plusnet if this page was shut down in May why is the feed still here why have an account up which no one checks?

  • Scampboi Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

  • WorldOfWoe Nigel Rodford ☠🤘🏼 (@WorldOfWoe) reported

@Plusnet Sorted! I'm up and running.... next bit... and my original issue.. my connection speed has dropped off the face of the earth, and is now only 2.9mps....

  • JamesHobbsUK James Hobbs (@JamesHobbsUK) reported

@MoneySavingExp Do you know what the impact will be on networks that piggyback on EE’s signal. I’m with Plusnet Mobile for example.

  • igfield73 Ian Greenfield (@igfield73) reported

@Plusnet As with everything provided by Plusnet in the last year, this was of no use whatsoever. Self help guide that I've been through numerous times. On a night after 10pm I'm lucky if I get 6m. Can't wait to leave. Your customer service used to be fantastic, it's awful now.

  • eyewrit E (@eyewrit) reported

@TriTim @Garybro82547780 @MartinSLewis And once Vodaphone follow, effectively the remaining operators will have no choice but to do the same. Take a look at who BT Group, Telefonica, Vodaphone and Deutche Telekom own. Then you've got the smaller providers like Plusnet who use EE's network, so will be the same.

  • michmosh85 michelle proffitt (@michmosh85) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp any chance of someone answering the phones our business broadband has gone down and we can't get any assistance
