  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

I could never get involved in a virtual TV audience, my Internet cuts out way too often, cheers Plusnet 🙄👍. Would love to know what broadband providers the #SaturdayNightTakeaway audience use lol

  • ShiningMoogie Mariska Nielsen (@ShiningMoogie) reported

@Plusnet are there problems on your mobile network at the moment? I've got no bars this morning and nor have my local family members either :/

yesterday I called plusnet about our broken internet and then john lewis about our broken telly.... i am woman of action

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@cbr1100xxmark Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. -Anoush

  • jatroa Jatroa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@jatroa) reported

@plusnethelp Thank you. But, oddly enough, I am capable if looking this sort of thing up. Do you always assume plusnet customers are this stupid? - Note the ‘no comment’ on the routers tho’.

  • kirstin_leese Kirstin Leese (@kirstin_leese) reported

@grezwell19 @Plusnet Put in a complaint online. I got told by the technical team to “just google” the ombudsman, the complaints team let me out of the contract with no fees. They have no control over what the technical team are telling people.

  • Grizzle8814 Grizzle (@Grizzle8814) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Sent a message to the help page regarding an issue with my activation date. Says on my account page that my broadband order should take a week to complete and I haven't received any emails or information about my router and my activation date

  • Echo_Cafe Echo Cafe (@Echo_Cafe) reported

@plusnethelp I have been a Plusnet customer for over 5 years. I have a very old modem with separate router. I get around 30mbps speeds with wired connection but 15mbps when using wireless (& it drops). Same on all devices, even if next to router. Please can I have a new one? 🙏

  • blidwize_united Adam Balkham (@blidwize_united) reported

I recently switched to @Plusnet leading to many drops in connection. Their advisor blamed the issue on the hardwiring and said that an engineer would cost a significant fee! (1/3)

  • blidwize_united Adam Balkham (@blidwize_united) reported

I am disappointed @Plusnet did not recognise the issue, quickly apportioning the blame. How are less tech savvy customers expected to manage? (3/3)
