  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England

@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

  • adechapmanlaw Adrian Chapmanlaw (@adechapmanlaw) reported from Bournemouth, England

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • kittyhunt Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@PaulKozinski I use plusnet, it’s fine but uses BT Openreach lines so if there’s an issue it can take a bit longer to get resolved. Going to switch to Vodafone probably when renewal is up as they’ve just laid down highspeed fibre on my road.

  • OLLYW00D sky wifi hate account (@OLLYW00D) reported

@StylistUltimate @kaleb14144481 my family switched over to plusnet like 2 days ago, but still it’s quite slow so might be an issue in general? but also sky wifi sucks *** so i’m not surprised in the slightest that it’s down 💩

  • darbs63 Nick Derbyshire (@darbs63) reported

@plusnet are one of the worst companies on this earth. They are claiming that my elderly disabled parents have made an 18 hour phone call, which as they well know is an almost impossibility. They are wanting to charge them over £90 for this call and they have

  • CongletonCW12 Michael 🇮🇪 🏳️‍🌈 (@CongletonCW12) reported

@Plusnet will I get a refund of any kind bearing in mind I have transferred from #skybroadband to #Plusnet as my chosen broadband service provider? You see the problem is I have no service ... no broadband/internet and it's only day one

  • MatthewAmirRich Matthew Amir Richardson (@MatthewAmirRich) reported

@Plusnet down again. On phone for ages. Sick of this. Time to change again. All those awards mean nothing. How on earth can we trust which provider to use? And of course plusnet would never compensate me for lost business. #plusnet #internet #broadband

@plusnet Who chooses the infantile hold music your subscribers are forced to listen to whilst they wait for one of your operatives to pick up? Is it part of a cunning plan to get people to hang up as the irritation factor becomes unbearable? Even Greensleeves was better than this
