Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Ashley Cross, England@Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

Amy (@kittyhunt) reported from Poole, England@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Andrew Lloyd-Phillips (@lloyd_phil18432) reported@Plusnet thanks again for cutting our broadband of before the payment date, good customer service NOT 👍
-
ǝǝqspǝǝl 🇬🇧⚛️⚡️💡 (@leedsbee) reported@ziontree @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Quite possibly the worst customer service…in the world (although BT, EE & Plusnet are level *******)
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
TheCureIsWorseThanTheDisease (@cureisworse) reported@Plusnet Ok. I will wait for them to contact me then as I'm not chasing again, given I get ofcom-mandated compensation for missed appointments and delays of starting a service after an agreed date.
-
Sarah (@WriteMindedPub) reportedWarning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
-
Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

Matt Valentine-Chase (@IAmMattVC) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I had a similar issue with plusnet and open reach, still waiting for the fibre to be fitted. I think it's the beginning of the end for this level of poor service, people have had enough.
