@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Are @Plusnet mobile ever going to do WiFi calling? It's now a massive problem for me not having it. Don't want to move providers but will have to very soon if they are not going to sort this. Pretty much everyone else provides it now. #wificalling

Hi @Plusnet in switching from one account with you to another you’ve closed the original and now my parents are without internet until mid-January. You’re doing nothing about this and it’s completely your fault. Absolutely terrible customer service.

@Plusnet Your Plusnet service should go live in your new home within a few days of moving in, and we won't charge you anything until it does. Very rarely you might need a phone line installing in your new home, but we'll talk you through all of that when you give us a call.
