@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Hey @Plusnet why the hell does my Internet keep going down when I’m trying to stream!?!? Never had an issue before but the last week has been shocking! Works perfectly normally then drops like I pulled out the cable! Frustrating as all hell!!

@VickyGrut @virginmedia I did manage it a couple of years ago when we switched to Plusnet (much better IMO). I had to get fairly foreful and tell them it was my right to cancel.
