Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

Simon Parker (@mrparker666) reported from New Milton, England@ejames500 @Plusnet Basically seems like a choice between Vodafone and Plusnet TalkTalk have many bad things said about them.

Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.
-
stewarty (@stewarty1972) reported@tii_bag Ffs your lucky my home Broadband can’t even run 1 ******* device appropriately from @plusnet leaving in November and never coming back
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
-
Sakana San (@san_san141627) reported@Plusnet is there any way I can just text or email you as I am too distressed to phone you. Things have happened and I need to cancel my contract
-
Emma B (@EBGBeee) reported@Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.
-
Aethyr Heartsong ΘΔ🐺🌕 (@AethyrUlf) reported@Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

BSox T (@BsoxT52516) reported@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get Plusnet - part of bt - so problems dealt with quickly
