@BeanieMacintosh @Plusnet I can’t understand why I’m having to go out elsewhere to get internet to complete the in service training for my work when this crowd get a direct debit off me every month for a service I’m not getting 😡

  • Baron_de_Plants Jeremy Spon (@Baron_de_Plants) reported

@JohnLewisRetail Why is John Lewis allowing Plusnet to market their services under the name John Lewis Broadband when email is broken and customer service useless?

  • FranklyWrites Katherine Franklin has a Kickstarter (@FranklyWrites) reported

Websites that draw your surname from your email address are honestly the worst. Looking at you, Plusnet.

@_JamieMcIntyre @Plusnet Plusnet email down since Tuesday!!!!!!!!!

  • RobertMHill Robert Hill 󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇷🇪🇺 (@RobertMHill) reported

@Plusnet Emails totally and completely down again. Not even accessible through clients that you are so fond if telling people to sign up to. Why can you not just get it fixed properly instead of half on/half off/totally off cycles?

  • clbrl01 Brian Lingley (@clbrl01) reported

@Plusnet I use an email client. I'm receiving and can send emails. However I have yet to receive emails that were sent on Wednesday. I want a statement from a senior manager that explains what has happened. The platitudes that you guys at the sharp end have to issue are now an irritant

  • Jrtyler J R Tyler (@Jrtyler) reported

@Plusnet You say that 'most' customers are back to normal: not the case here. Please put something on the front page of the website outlining the true situation. Very very poor ux.

  • MrMohtas Tom Sturge (@MrMohtas) reported

@virginmedia Too slow, gone with @Plusnet instead

  • wrathofgod Susie M(ais qui?) (@wrathofgod) reported

@Plusnet Hey @Plusnet - desktop email now will not download, which makes it day four of this outage as it affects me (and presumably others). Webmail very very slow. This is not a good look for you.

  • MCKENZIEPICS Allan McKenzie (@MCKENZIEPICS) reported

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Plusnet emails can be accessed using an email client as normal.' No they can't. Email clients using IMAP & POP3 are still getting authentication errors. DM me for an example.
