    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Plusnet I am getting next to no WiFi signal in the bedrooms at home, any suggestions? Its only a smallish 2 bed flat.

    @Plusnet Hi, can you please fix my internet. It’s been over a week. Spoken to multiple people and you can’t even tell me when you’re gonna send an engineer. This is very poor service.

    @Plusnet Only thing I can't do is check phone as I've never had a landline phone due to no need for it. Router has always been plugged into the master socket (it's only around 5ft from master socket to my PC).

    @Plusnet I am having issues with my speed, since last night streaming is an issue it keeps cutting in and out and I go to download a show and what usually would take 10-20 minutes is listed to take an hour and then just stops downloading altogether, can you help me please

    @Plusnet Not sure what you can access your end, but I did have an issue a few months ago relating to external cabling (general wear and tear on covers etc). Not had another disconnect since around 10:48am. Did have to restart router to get back to normal speeds though
