    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    Can’t believe I’m on 6 days of having no broadband with plusnet and they still can’t tell me what’s causing the outage in the area. 6 days.. You’d think openreach would tell them why but nah... it “should” be on by Friday 9pm.. should take some bets it won’t be on tonight.

    Multiple missed dates of completion (told it’ll be fixed 9pm that day 3 times) to be then told Friday 19th 9pm latest. That has been and gone with no service. To be fair plusnet can only work with what they’ve got but every agent telling me an outage of this length is unheard of.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp FYI before you send a stupid reply, my laptop is in the same room as the office and I'm connected over ethernet not wifi! Also computer support is my profession so I actually qualified to know what I am doing 🙄

    @virginmedia @virginmedia disgrace of a company. Installed virgin media business 4+ months ago.Service has never worked. 20 phone calls at 40 mins a time. Still not sorted.Been using old provider whole time as lines hasn’t been transferred have to pay both virgin and @Plusnet. Day 4 no phone

    @plusnethelp A joke to give £10 for elderly people as faulty line. What are elderly suppose to do know, cannot go out as of Corona, watching tv all day is boring as rubbish on tv. Plusnet is terrible waited just over 30mins on phone just to hold

    @Plusnet Hi. I left your mobile company on Jan 6th but you're still charging me. How the heck can I contact you to discuss this problem when I can't call the 0800 or 0345 140.. numbers from Sweden? You don't have any other method on contact on your website.

    @plusnethelp Why is the #Plusnet broadband service so flaky ? I moved from a superb service from #BT to a much lower than “guaranteed” PlusNet service to save money...false economy. You get what you pay for...One day the speed is ok, the next it’s below 10Mbps

    @plusnethelp for the past 7 months since taking up your broadband I have had really poor wifi from you that isn’t fit for purpose and getting worse. I’ve upgraded my contract, had an engineer out and bought myself a wifi booster to no avail. #Plusnet #Wifi #poorservice
