    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Jimmc82 @Plusnet Plus net has a DNS issue. If you set your DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 on your router under Advanced Settings, IPv4 Config by turning off Auto DNS Servers and entering 8.8.8.8 as primary it will work until they are back up

    @status_is_down Yep down for me, tho if I change my dns to 8.8.8.8 for Google, everything working, so plusnet possibly has a dns issue?
