    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet ordered my internet on 23 February. Was meant to be live on 28 March. Open reach told me it was all fixed on 8 April. Still no internet. Escalation team never updates me. Awful customer service.

    @Plusnet just joined and have my service activated (loving the service btw); just one thing needing clarified my billing page shows my bill for this month as (-£29.96) I assume this is nothing for me to worry about or do I owe u guys (29.96)?
