@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Pazza_81 Hi. Have a look at Plusnet sim only deals. They use the EE network but are a hell of a lot cheaper than using EE directly.

@Plusnet It should be straight forward but your colleagues sent new router to old address and failed to take down our new contact number correctly so BT couldn't arrange to connect us. Crap service #Plusnet

@kondratiuk59 @Plusnet They’ve just been .. it’s fixed .. also he woke us up .. he’d been told he it was a landline fault .. therefore needed access to main socket .. I’ve made a formal complaint.. they’ve been shocking!! Now got the job of connecting all the devices 😬…
