Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards

  • calumwebb0 calum (@calumwebb0) reported

@xoalexo @virginmedia @Plusnet Tried switching to Virgin because it's the only ISP offering more than 60Mbps in my area (which definitely isn't enough for 6 people doing online uni). Of course, they only offer 18-month contracts for anything above 100Mbps, so I'd have to cancel 6 months early for fast WIFI

  • puppimaxine lucy’s puppy !! (@puppimaxine) reported

@THEH0TBESTIE **** the seen, WTF IS A PLUSNET

  • xoalexo Alex Manthei (@xoalexo) reported

Shockingly poor customer service from @virginmedia. Hello, @Plusnet!

  • celestialteapot celestialteapot (@celestialteapot) reported

@CarrieHFletcher I'm with Plusnet. No issues. I'm on a standard line and get really good speeds.

  • Alexpletives Alexisms (@Alexpletives) reported

@lauradmcbryde @15minutegamer @virginmedia I'm with Plusnet and their customer service has always been very good.

  • _dAveFletcher_ dAve Fletcher 💙 (@_dAveFletcher_) reported

@aliengirlludii @CarrieHFletcher Think I said that in a round-a-bout kinda way, which is why I suggested checking with BT on performance issues. I used to work for Plusnet when they were Force9 Internet, their customer service is one of best around might work better for getting things sorted if no joy from BT.

  • EllieWest11 Ellie West (@EllieWest11) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Had no broadband for over an hour... TN33 area. Making working from home tricky. Please advise. Or better still, fix it please!
