Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

When Open Reach turned up (5 days later), a fault at the exchange was identified. This 'fault' was never rectified! Switched to @Plusnet. Internet restored in 5 seconds!
