@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

@Plusnet i have router 2 but it is not allowing me to name each ghz which causes issues to a firestick outside, its set to 2.4ghz which makes it slower, but the cameras need to be on 2.4 ghz so i cant turn 2.4 ghz off

@Plusnet Just now • Visible to anyone on or off @LinkedIn @bt_uk no communication or sign they would pay me what they owe me today. Poor. One of the people I spoke to could barely even speak let alone should be allowed on the phone in a pro manner. Might upload that video to Youtube.

As a @bt_uk shareholder for years I have to checkout the cust service. And overall @Plusnet lacking. My readers worldwide can't believe it.
