@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

@Plusnet it says on your end everything is working fine and well yet from 4:05pm my net went down we reset router 10 times switched the router off at the back left off for 10 minutes and also from the plug yet still not connecting we get the first blue bar then goes solid orange

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I’ve had no phone/internet since last Thursday. I’ve spent 3 hrs on the phone, assured the fault would be sorted in 48 hrs, been told someone rang me on Sat (they didn’t), been told I’d been registered as a priority welfare case; today told I wasn’t. Poor.

@teamjohntee @Plusnet Terrible service right!! This is the 2nd time they have done it to me. I got onto citizens advice bureau and they said they are in breach of contract as they have twice denied me the adequate amount of time to pay my bill. Get onto someone about it so they can't get away with it.

@B__Rani @virginmedia I've used PlusNet many times over the years and never had a problem. Saying that, Sky and BT have also been OK if more expensive

@Plusnet the executive I talked to today regarding Hone move was rude and disconnected the call in the middle. It is taking ~20 minutes to speak to an agent, can you please check this & ensure I am contacted reg this? Worst customer experience ever.

@ColinBrown1968 @virginmedia Thats because their standard routers are ****. Moved to Plusnet with what is effectively an old BT router model and still got a loads better signal than ever got with Virgin.
