    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

    @Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

    @supertanskiii If you're still in your contract then PlusNet should really sort you out with a replacement. Found out that the broadband companies actually use refurbished routers a lot, which is great for reducing waste but means the customer thinks its packing in early

    @WilliamNaughto3 @Plusnet Wrong, BT own Plusnet but Plusnet have their own separate infrastructure and customer service. This is not the same as Sky or TalkTalk who use LLU to interconnect into the BT network.

    @Plusnet please rectify my internet, working fine for majority of the month but when it comes to the time of the month for bill payment my internet starts playing up goes down. None of the billing issues are my fault, I am over two months in credit.
