@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

  • TimMarcus76 Tim Marcus (@TimMarcus76) reported from Swanage, England

@Plusnet no internet since 1am! What’s going on? Down detector reports multiple issues…

  • GoonerKal Kal (@GoonerKal) reported from Poole, England

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

  • HannahBeanbag83 Hannah Webster (@HannahBeanbag83) reported

@Plusnet so disappointed in your service. I’ve recently upgraded and you still refuse to honour the £70 cash back you offered when I first signed up. Slowest customer service ever. You’re happy to take my money, just not honour your own promises.

  • YijArt YijArt (@YijArt) reported

@RebecaQuental @Plusnet 100%, had so much connection issues the past week, and it's been happening every now and then since we started using them. Makes it worst alot of us are working from home and trying to homeschool people.

  • housley5 5arah (@housley5) reported

@Plusnet confused how you have 'lost' my parents house phone number that they have had for 35years by renewing their existing contract but claim they are now new customers? Surely you can re-asign it back to them - who doesnt remember their home tel number....???? Help pls

  • jazzabellediary jazmine marie rocks (@jazzabellediary) reported

@barrijayne @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp yes many, it’s been an ongoing process and seems to be more on openreach’s lack of service...

  • CJ_Marston Connor Marston (@CJ_Marston) reported

@MartinSLewis Didn’t need to switch! Quoted Post Office new customer price to Plusnet’s disconnections department and they agreed to lock us in at that price for 24 months! Old contract was due to end in a few weeks #bingo
