@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.

@Plusnet once again you are unable to provide me with the internet speeds I pay for. It's always 15-18mb. Always. Literally the worst internet experience i've had my whole life is the 8 months I've had the misfortune of choosing Plusnet. Absolute disgrace

@LizParkin3 @Plusnet I have been with them 1 week. Their router is terrible. I am pretty PC savvy and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Was with BT but they got very expensive. Their router was Brilliant. Never lost a signal.

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@pwh1skey @Plusnet Ah, that's infuriating 😔 I got put through to Sales, and they set me up as a new customer, and moved some of my details over from my old account to speed up the enablement. Have they tried that route with you?

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met
