    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.

    @Plusnet thought my connectivity issues the past weekend were on my end but I’m seeing that many customers are having issues with intermittent drop outs. This evening has been frustrating. Already previously logged under Q number 232950185.

    @MaxWolfeUK @Starlink Plusnet had few years ago, they kept putting the price up, ridiculous. At least I know with starlink I just done pay next month if I wish to cancel.

    It’s driving me insane at the moment trying to sort out my parents phone and internet - at a distance because they live 200 miles away. @Plusnet your customer service to two 81 year olds who don’t understand the tech is appalling.

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

    @Plusnet I’ve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband I’ve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. I’m disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
