Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

Wesley Sanders (@wesleysanders7) reported@Peachtree_5 @Plusnet Another alternative is using a 4g signal for the entire house- I lived on Dartmoor for about a year and there was no fixed internet, but we could get 4g in a certain corner of the house, so just put the phone there as a hotspot. It actually worked OK

They were insistent that everything was fine & there was no fault either with line or router. Having switched to vodaphone, I've had seamless service on the same line. Have concluded that plusnets routers are badly made.

Peter Morris (@haveablowtinman) reported@Plusnet I did that 3 days ago. Was told there was nothing you could see at your end and it's a @btsport issue. Funny cos when I spoke to BT they said it was a @Plusnet issue. Closer inspection BT discovered it was a known serious incident and said they were working on it.
