    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Plusnet so I make an appointment and book the day off work for broadband installation. Then 1930 the day before you cancel and just push my appointment back two weeks. How is this acceptable customer service? #plusnet

    @Plusnet Still waiting for my emails to be recovered. I am sure if I stopped my Direct Debit payments as quick as you archived my emails you wouldnt like the restore time to put the direct debit service back to receive payment. #whatsabetterISPtomoveto #thatlldo #thatneedsimprovement

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp rang for update on my ticket to unarchive mailbox.turns out the tech support filed incorrect ticket and it was rejected so new ticket needed to be raised. almost 24h later and nothing has been done with my ticket #nothappy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
