@plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

@Plusnet Hi again. How do I report a coverage issue? ST14 5HF used to be ok if a bit weak but now Alton Towers is back up and running it’s dreadful. Can rarely make a call without it being dropped. It definitely needs a boost.

Folks avoid @Plusnet for Internet. Dreadful service. Fobbed off time and again with every excuse they can think off before you get ignored and promised return calls go unmade.
