    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for £10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    Wow #plusnet been a loyal customer for 10 years and because I want to leave one month before my contract ends you can't forgo the early exit fee of £8.46! Looks like I made the right decision to sever ties with you!!!

    @Plusnet You got to laugh. You’re increasing my internet price yet I get a poor service. Then tell me you have a deal. I look at the deal and it’s £7 MORE than I’m paying now. What a joke!!!!

    @Plusnet Hi are there any issues with connection in the NR30 area? Since approx 11am my internet has been on and off more times than I care to mention... its happen twice in the last 5 mins!

    @Plusnet my signal has deteriorated since we moved to our house nearly two years ago. Twice this week I’ve had people call me but I’m none the wiser, I don’t even get a belated missed call notification. I can’t be out of contact like this, what can you do before I look around?

    @Plusnet You don’t have to increase the price. The cpi is merely an update. Companies don’t have to pass this on to the innocent customer.
