    @plusnethelp 4 conversations over plusnet online chat with poor service and 5-15 minute pauses between each contact during a chat and 4 days with no decent internet... Very disappointed with @plusnethelp Will definitely be looking to change suppliers when the contract is up..

    @Plusnet hi I’ve been on the phone over 30 minutes and all I want is a refund that you owe me for my bill as i am no longer a customer. You should have given this refund by now, but instead I’m having to chase! It’s terrible customer service.

    @Plusnet Award winning service the girl Jasmin I just spoke to couldn't have sounded lesso tethered if she tried, my first day with you it's 6pm and I STILL have no I ternet, despite you cutting my existing provider off at midnight!!
