@MoneySavingExp Remember that these MVNOs may not have access to all frequencies and facilities from the main network. Worth checking before switching. For instance EE supports 2G voice for wider coverage, and WiFi Calling. Plusnet does not so where I live they would not be suitable.

@Plusnet moved house on 30/11/22. Still no broadband transfer. Multiple calls on hold for @Plusnet to acknowledge that they can ‘see nothing has been done since 30/11’ but no explanation/solution offered. Public sector worker unable to work from home. Appalling service!

Can someone tell me how easy it is to change broadband provider? Plusnet at beyond garbage but the thought of being without internet is stressing me out haha
