@Plusnet Morning! Received a txt saying line activation would be yesterday. Phone has switched over yesterday and was cut from Internet around 12ish. On order tracker its still showing {strCustActivationDate} and had no other updates if going to be delayed. Many thanks for help

@TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.

Hi Plusnet, I'm fed up with your lousy customer service three times I've been promised a certain person would phone me back regarding compo on your mistake and again they have not. It's an utter joke.
