@JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

@Plusnet My 85 year old mother would love to check in with her family but @plusnet has left her with no internet service since 19 Nov and nothing more than a trite text from a bot "sorry for the inconvenience". Appalling service and attitude.

@Plusnet @Plusnet can you reply to this query please? I reported the issue on the 17th and it was fixed on the 21st, I was without broadband for all that time. Can you confirm compensation for this loss of service will be added to my account?

@Plusnet I recommended a family member to plus net broadband, filled out my username etc at the point of signing them up… I don’t appear to be getting any benefit of the recommendation… their service is up and running etc…
