    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @bt_uk Hi, my broadband recontract "offers" are higher than what I'm currently paying, and what I'm currently paying is far higher than offers from Sky and PlusNet. Can I cancel online without having to phone BT, as I'm always left waiting in a long queue?

    @Plusnet Hi, my broadband has been down since yesterday following me advising you of that I’m changing my provider at the contract end date. I raised a support request early this morning 218661001 though still no response.

    @Plusnet my internet is super bad, I constantly have to wait for it to load or get stuck on a loading screen. I’d accept the occasional one but when it’s every day it’s annoying!
