@NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.

@Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?

Day 15 since no access to my mobile phone number, texts and data when porting from @EE to @Plusnet mobile 😱 @Plusnet are sending no updates on when their problems will be fixed and when I call they have no clue to a fix or an alternative solution #UnhappyCustomer

My Mum phoned @Plusnet again this morning and this time got someone really helpful, she only renewed Sunday so still in 14 days but has got right package. Issues should be sorted within 24 hours if not she’s to phone back. She sounded much happier just now
