    @JessSloss @Plusnet My year with @Plusnet was the worst. Terrible WiFi, useless customer service. I moved to Sky as soon as possible. I take their £9 and run-they don’t care!

    @jonnymain2011 @MillieWiller @pobski4 I done it got Plusnet fibre extra and not a problem with buffering considering the amount of Wi-Fi stuff cameras doorbell lights Alexa and a few other bits very happy👍

    @Plusnet have tweeted and sent DMs but you have failed to respond to either. First time customer with new connection and you can’t be bothered to even respond! You advertise having great customer service, #proveit.

    Man I have never had such bad service as I have with @Plusnet . Internet on 16th Aug? Try Sept 15th! Just lies and broken promises everywhere. Avoid

    @_charlotte_e affecting the performance. I've increased the SNR margin to try and resolve this. Please allow at least 24 hours for the change to settle in and let me know if you continue to have problems after that. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

    I’m out of contract in two days with O2. Worst coverage I’ve ever had. Going back to EE. Do I have to end my O2 contract or just switch? I can never remember. Also any suggestions on who to go with? I like Plusnet and I think EE provide their cover.
