@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

Monthly bill suddenly went up by 77.5%; made phone calls to @plusnet today (at 09:38 & 17:19) seeking explanation. On each call, I waited for 25+ minutes and yet none of these calls was answered or attended to. Certainly NOT award-winning service @plusnethelp #plusnet #fail

@Plusnet ANSWER your phone, you are wasting time. You over charged me for no reason. Contract updated last month, but you are charging me as if the contract ended. I will cancel my direct debit, and make a complain to my bank if you don't call A>S>A>P
