Can't believe I've had a #whamageddon fail on only day 6 due to @Plusnet hold music. Surely they should warn you?

@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@virginmedia Yes it was a fault. No, I'm in work so rang on my mobile. 2 hours for them to FINALLY send an engineer out TOMORROW. No money off my Virgin bill, no help with my Mobile phone bill. I'm gonna go with Plusnet or someone else now. Your customer service 'team' are useless.

@OpenreachHelp Are you nuts and just completely ignore the facts that I have given you! It may have been booked by my service provider but I have automated voicemails from Openreach and texts that state that they will be attending on the specified date. Not from Plusnet but from Openreach

@Plusnet @plusnethelp have got to the worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with and haven’t even managed to use their services yet! Signed up with them 3 weeks ago, two routers shipped to a home and work address. Neither delivered and no reason why from them!Wouldn’t recommend

I have never EVER come across a more disappointing service than @Plusnet meant to be unlimited fibre and it's absolutely awful. I lose connection EVERY DAY to everything, having to reset the router more than I should need to. I would never recommend this provider to anyone!

@Plusnet trying to get a problem resolved on your website's Help page is like trying to leave Hotel California. It's almost like you expect most customers to give up and accept things don't work properly because it's less hassle...

Anybody I know who is with Plusnet and who has replaced the standard router (if so is there a router you recommend)? Seems standard one has bad reputation for dealing with multiple devices - I'm thinking it might be at the route of my Zoom and Teams calls being constantly dropped

@bt_uk Please can you give me the exact reason why you can’t provide the service as plusnet and BT supply all the houses around us?
