@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@Plusnet- To activate the broadband it takes 10 days and never mentioned about it before. We live in a developed country and it takes 10 days to activate broadband. While some of the developing countries takes only 24hrs. Plusnet is shame for this country

After assuring my elderly parents they would not be charged in moving to BT for FTTP after getting terrible BB from @Plusnet, they were still hammered with a massive cancellation fee? #ShoddyService Really disappointed #Fail

@plusnethelp I have a client who's emails are regularly blocked as spam by Plusnet recipients. They are not blacklisted nor do any other recipients have problems - only Plusnet

@OpenreachHelp Hi - My broadband has pretty much been unusable since Monday AM. A fault has been raised by Plusnet for Openreach to have a look. Issue is yet to be fixed and Plusnet aren't able to give an update. Mega annoying as WFH. Is this something you can have a look at?

@SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!
