    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    Just been stung for £65 for an engineer visit in December where the engineers blamed the Openreach modem which I have had for 8 years. @plusnethelp @plusnet are really not interested in customer loyalty. Line fault was detected before the visit and has been OK since. Strange.

    @plusnethelp been having issues with internet connectivity in NR14 all day today. Packets keep dropping at the 3rd hop within the Plusnet network. When will this be resolved?

    Trying to cancel @Plusnet broadband: Me: Hi @plusnethelp. I have moved out of my house and would like to cancel my contract. I tried to do this on your website, but couldn't find the option. I tried your website chatbot, but when I typed 'cancel' it cut me off.

    @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach The single worst business in the world. How has it taken 1 month for your engineers to fix a fault, that no one knows what it is. We have cancelled 1 broadband contract already and having the exact same issues with @Plusnet.
