@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@Plusnet any idea what’s going on? Been unable to get any service at all the past 18 hours or so on my phone. Other SIM cards have been fine in my phone.

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.

And @Plusnet cst services doesn't like being shouted at. For info wasn't shouting just livid. Also Manager was going to call me straight back and they never bothered. Says it all really
