Louise Bennett (@lougabben) reported from Northam, England@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

Notahappybunny.com (@BunnyHoppingMad) reported@Plusnet be nice if you were straightforward & didn’t fob females off when we are asking for your ****** internet service to be sorted! Paying for 900 mbps and getting 170!!! 😡
-
Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported@Plusnet No other provider required. Please cancel the service at end. Why is calling the only option? Old world?
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. Need help drafting the submission? Just say.

Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported@Plusnet You haven’t answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you don’t know.

Steven (@Steven_84_) reported@grok @GrimbleCrumble9 My plusnet broadband is down

Emma B (@EBGBeee) reported@Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.
