@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

Turns out changing any network hardware completely breaks your @Plusnet pppoe setup. And their solutions (forum noise) all appear to be dogshit.

@Plusnet Because of poor signal in my area I have been forced to leave plusnet sim only - account number 15838887 - I am now in credit - will you please pay the credit back into my bank account - will come back as soon as signal is better

I managed to get through to plusnet customer service - the transfer will now happen on the 30th But they'd sent me emails that haven't arrived (he failed to get one through while I was on the phone - except via the John Lewis account) and don't know why for that either *frets*

@Plusnet My WiFi keeps dropping and has done for the last 2 weeks adt random intervals and varying times. If I wanted rubbish WiFi i would have stayed with TalkTalk. Please fix this.
