@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@Melon_R6 @virginmedia Yeah my ping went from 25 (on plusnet) to 50-70 with spikes up to 150. Outages every couple weeks, and when we call to try cancel they offer 5 percent off of an iPhone. They're dogshit

@Plusnet I reported a fault on behalf of my mother and was advised an engineer would visit her property on Thursday between 1pm and 6pm. No engineer arrived and we have heard nothing from Plusnet regarding the fault. The landline is still not working and broadband is erratic
