    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    @Plusnet please can you help! I’m having nothing but issues with the WiFi and I’ve had no help with getting it sorted when phoning today. Unable to use the WiFi anywhere else in the house other than the sitting room. If I cannot get any help, then I will be leaving!!

    @MartinSLewis plusnet about 36 a month all in, get around 70mbps, no issues, no drops out. tempted on trooli on my street for 50 but then also add a phone line for 300mbps but i dont see the point. i can stream and download fine at 70

    In other news, ditched the plusnet router for the old BT one, at 4am, as you do these days. Seems much better initially. The plusnet one was prone to periods of full signal but no data.

    @GuideTwit @Plusnet You are not alone. There are a few people in the same boat. All I know have left their service due to them not living up to their promises.

    @MarcAllera it’s time you realised how your plusnet staff lie about refunds !! Cancelled a NEVER CONNECTED contract on 13th feb still waiting for a refund !! Maybe I’ll just start legal action for deception

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp award winning service? really? my broadband hasnt been stable since it was installed a month ago. I previously had really good stable service with another provider, but since with Plusnet, its been crap. Why do i have to keep chasing a fault?

    @Plusnet does everyone else have rubbish service from their broadband. we haven't had a day since we joined with an "authentication error, can't connect, no internet" we use mobile data more then the router. Avoid them!
