    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    @plusnethelp why is there no email address to send formal complaints? moving to #plusnet is the biggest mistake i have made this year. Absolutely dreadful service. drops connection daily and wifi not strong enough for streaming. Sort it out or release me from this contract.

    @OpenreachHelp They said you have been working on a fault in the area since Sunday and you have estimated a fix by 9.40 but your saying there’s no outage or faults in my area, btw I’m with Plusnet not sure if that helps you look into it more

    @Plusnet three days since you activated my broadband service, still no router to use it and no reply from your customer services. Shoddy!!!

    @plusnethelp hi! Recently joined plusnet, no issues at all with our broadband. However I switched from Sky and read you would inform them that we are leaving as they don't use cable. Could you confirm this please? Thank you

    @OpenreachHelp I have. Connection broken on Friday after engineers strung new adjacent overhead section. Reported to Plusnet, told would be remedied 2day but OR men in Rd didn't check - not on worksheets! Expensive revisit needed when your men could have sorted today. Very poor show really,

    @Plusnet You are the ones causing me to face difficulties. My Internet has been down for nearly month. I cant work from home. I call you every day and nothing gets done . You wont even let me leave my contract. You're basically just extorting me for money.

    @plusnethelp the worst customer experience I've ever had! My home move is now 3wks delayed. Hours of calls and still not working. Line is active now, but PlusNet can't seem to link to my new account, after cancelling my old one for no reason it seems. Absolutely useless!

    @plusnethelp @SpotMonkey I'm having exactly same issue constantly dropping out I'm now using my data as I've given up with the CRAP PLUSNET WIFI all I want to do is now LEAVE and go back to sky
