@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

@Plusnet I placed an order on 13 May and both service and communication so far have been terrible. I'm now on my third phone call in two days, trying to fix this so I actually get broadband, and Plusnet's yet to do anything it agreed that do. Absolutely infuriating.

@Plusnet hi - have been disconnected from my Internet connection this morning (was fine until about 20mins ago) - now have a red light on the Internet connection indicator of my router - I think I’ve logged a ticket via troubleshooter but can’t see any ref, can you help please?

@Plusnet my home WiFi connection gets disconnected from the Internet frequently only to reconnect after a few seconds. It affects my VOIP calls that drop out & require calling back. If this is a permanent tech issue or a company policy for load management I will change provider
