@Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

Can't believe I've had a #whamageddon fail on only day 6 due to @Plusnet hold music. Surely they should warn you?

The most pathetic network provider award should go to @Plusnet! I have not been able to use any kind of social media on my phone on 4g for the past 17 days! This is beyond ridiculous. The only excuse they can come up with is mast issues with @EE towers. For half a month???

Turns out changing any network hardware completely breaks your @Plusnet pppoe setup. And their solutions (forum noise) all appear to be dogshit.

@Plusnet Are you able to check if my service is starting today? Previous ISP talk talk cut our internet at midnight last night and I’m an NHS worker who works from home exclusively. Not yet had a text to confirm I can plug in our router. Help.

@virginmedia Hi again VM - just trying to cancel my service via Whatsapp. Plusnet being installed on 3/01 but keeping our number. Agent is saying I cannot give 30 days notice until after the ‘exportation of the number’ - is this correct?

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply. I’ll press ahead with my request for a PAC code and move to a network which offers WiFi calling.

@Plusnet really frustrated with the poor service from plusnet for an elderly couple. Order that was initially supposed to be activated on 16th Nov still not active. Pathetic customer service. Previous provider @johnlewis and @plusnet both taking payment.
