Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

@Plusnet i will note, i do not require a super fast speed here, only stable latency - im trying to play a game and this fluctuation makes it borderline unplayable, seriously considering forking the extra money and moving back to BT, never had this problem before

@Plusnet I signed up for a further 18 months, you offered to send me a new homehub and then bill me for sending it? No mention of this when we ran through charges. Am not a happy customer.

@keldaaa I’m with plusnet been with them for years great service and under £30 a month. Also there is now Zoom that lm told is a good one fibre broadband also under £30

told me they are really good? I'm so fed up with the rubbish from these internet/phone providers who slow down the speeds. Do not touch plusnet as they told me once they had given me fibre, (when I had a brief pause from vodafone) and it turned out they hadn't give me fibre at
