    @Plusnet This reply is ingenious. You were down from midnight through to the point of resolution. To say it was a short time rub salt into the wound. I suggest whoever signed off on this generic reply revisits their customer service training. #plusnetdown #plusnet

    @AndrewGalvin14 @Plusnet Same in Havant, north of Portsmouth. Only thing I can see that @Plusnet have done is switch off the customer service line so they can't be called. Rubbish!

    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄
