    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    So @Plusnet has told me I'll have no broadband for 2 weeks due to a major service outage in my area & there's nothing they can do as it's a @OpenreachHelp fault. 2 weeks?! I work from home, now can't. Are either of you going to compensate my lost wages during this outage?

    @Plusnet can't get in touch with support over the phone or online. Been trying for 3 weeks, on hold for over an hour each time without any answer. Can someone DM me asap. Need to rebook an engineer.

    @Plusnet all wireless devices have been disconnected from our hub2 router. Tried turning off/on, reset button and nothing is working. Can see the network available but can't connect, help please 🤯

    @Plusnet i have tried day after day to speak to someone about several issues. You have booked an engineer to visit me next week and I can't make the appointment. Also my bill is wrong. Any chance of someone,anyone, answering tbe phone....?!

    @Plusnet My mums been without internet for two days. Promised a phone call by end of play both days. Both calls did not come. Unable to get hold of someone that can help. Awful customer services. Ill be calling tomo to cancel the activation.This was meant to make her life better!

    @Plusnet hi, our router is showing blue and the WiFi connection is still available but it says "connected without Internet" and just isn't working. I've tried resetting it, usually it goes orange when it's down?
