  A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

  with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

  @LeTwitteur @Plusnet According to the Express they are getting 500 calls every few minutes so it may take some time for them to get back to everyone. Awful for those with business emails, I'm less inconvenienced as mine is mostly personal or subscribed stuff.

  @Plusnet, can you confirm whether any email *sent to* Plusnet/F9 customers during the current outage will be delivered when service is restored please, or whether this will have been undeliverable/permanently lost?

  @pigsruleok @Plusnet I thought it was just me! Should have checked on Twitter earlier. Have you also had problems sending and receiving emails? It's been dodgy for me all week, even before I was locked out.
