    A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet just wanted to say how lovely the customer service staff are especially the lady I spoke to at 8.18 this morning over a moving to EE mix up (this is why I can’t leave you!!).

    @Plusnet trying to cancel to travel abroad will have no fixed address, I waited for 15 mins on the phone then got cut off, I dont think #plusnet want me to leave. Is there an easier way to cancel thanks.

    @TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same Β£ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?

    @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about Β£90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

    @LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.

    Dear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!
