Paul McElroy (@AceRimmer77) reported@Plusnet Hello, I have been experiencing really slow connection speeds (less than 10mps) for a couple of months even with the pro add on.
-
Jeff Povey (@jeffpovey) reported@supertanskiii You buy nothing - I have @Plusnet too - contact them & @plusnethelp and they will probably send you a new router. The new “Hub One” is good. May also help to get a couple of Wi-Fi extenders, which I did, connect the extender to Plusnet and then extender “re-broadcasts” the signal

MKtweet (@MSK_tweeter) reported@Plusnet so when I am not getting the service I have paid for, Plusnet make it impossible to report the issue!! Terrible customer service, and I went with this company because of the reports of great customer service! Boy I made a mistake!!!
-
MKtweet (@MSK_tweeter) reported@Plusnet award winning customer service!! Not sure who gave Plusnet that info! I am a long term customer who’s had no help!
-
Jane (@darcy2010_jane) reported@Plusnet please rectify my internet, working fine for majority of the month but when it comes to the time of the month for bill payment my internet starts playing up goes down. None of the billing issues are my fault, I am over two months in credit.

Roy Cruse (@roycruse) reported@plusnethelp Hi we have 2 plusnet phones in the house and both have no signal today - whats up ??? TR9 6QA
-
dean osborn (@deanosborn42) reported@WilliamNaughto3 @Plusnet Wrong, BT own Plusnet but Plusnet have their own separate infrastructure and customer service. This is not the same as Sky or TalkTalk who use LLU to interconnect into the BT network.
-
Jane (@darcy2010_jane) reported@Plusnet regular as clockwork as it approaches my billing date my internet starts to be intermittent. Or goes down completely as it has done now. Don't tell me wiring your engineer last person to touch it. I am in credit do not need to make payment.

🇪🇺Stevi - Carping still #JohnsonNotMyPM #3.5% (@steviweavi) reported@supertanskiii Surely first stop is ask Plusnet to send a new one. If its shite, connecting to something else that then connects to the router won't necessarily fix the problem
