A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

Hi @Plusnet your mobile network has been down for two days now. Are you going to do anything about it? I need an SMS code to sign in to the app and as much as I appreciate your website telling me to call you, I can't. Because there is no network.

@Plusnet my internet has been down for ages now, any idea when it’ll be back up & running, it’s not like we don’t pay enough for the service!

@Plusnet you're all "arent we kind by giving yoi a reduced price to renew again". You should give loyal long term customers the cheap price on a 1 month contrast and rely on your "service" to retain them. But you can't do that can you? Wonder why?

@Plusnet @BTSopenreach don't know who is causing our issues but no service for a week since we were due to be switched over. Compensation means nothing when we can't get any work done/watch tv/basically do anything. I've been patient but it's getting silly now

@Plusnet terrible customer service over a prolonged period. It seems no one from your team actually has any desire to listen and help. Zero care, zero service (no wifi of any kind) and yet told we still need to maintain our payments. Totally unacceptable.
