Daniel Turner (@DanielTurner27) reportedGreat service from @Plusnet this week. Gave notice on our account and they 'mistakenly' tried to take a £60 cancellation fee they weren't entitled to and now they seem to have closed our service three weeks early. So I'm stuck listening to the ear-bleeding hold music now.
