    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

    @Plusnet upgraded a week ago my router still hasn't arrived, you've taken payment but I don't have any internet. Long wait on phone line. Any chance you can fix this sooner rather than later.

    @Plusnet, I'm immensely disappointed with your overall service. I'm a new client, with no internet speed as promised, advised by your team to buy a private router (only works by cable), and just now a member of costumer service denied to provide his details/ended the call on me

    @Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

    Well, that's @Plusnet on their way out of my life. Tips for the future: if my issue was your beyond bad customer service, then in your email listing reasons to stay, don't list customer service 8 times... See you soon @TalkTalk

    @Plusnet just set up and broadband v. Slow trying to get help have to text but can’t remember home number can anyone help ?
