  • paulm19822012 Paul McGee M0WNU (@paulm19822012) reported from Richmond, England

A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@Plusnet , Internet is still down. How is it that you're allowed to charge me money for a service you don't provide? Especially when it happens multiple times a week!! I know you only care about new customers but this is a joke.

  • Bladorwen Bladorwen (@Bladorwen) reported

@Plusnet you've just raised our monthly bill by over £6.80. We will be ending our DD unless we can get through to a human and not your stupid chatbot.

  • Jauntyboyz_Inc Eric #FBPPR, #FBPA (@Jauntyboyz_Inc) reported

@moonlustie @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia I have a full fibre contract with Plusnet for £34pm. Fibrus called at my door to offer the equivalent service for £25pm fixed for 2 years, free for the first 3 months and will pay any early termination penalty up to £450 - Plusnet would only reduce my fee by £2pm - woeful.

  • carolbradycpcm Carol Brady MBE (@carolbradycpcm) reported

@nocaresgiven22 @birmingham_live No plusnet. The wifi and hub is fine and all other devices and tvs working. Known issue with Sony apparently and it’s driving me nuts as we can’t watch anything other than terrestrial tv 😖

  • _Brian_Hunter Brian Hunter (@_Brian_Hunter) reported

PlusNet service seems to be poorer than it used to be. My friend has moved house and signed up for PlusNet fibre broadband. All went well until it stopped working. 1st person: told him it was a fault in his house, the engineer would visit in next 5 working days.

  • Schnee_Plushfox Schnee_Plushfox (@Schnee_Plushfox) reported

@BearNoiz @Plusnet Apparently, there is newer fibre available here from BT. Will look. The existing underground #virginmedia installation here remains untouched from when Bell cable media installed it 22 or 23 years ago. No wonder virgin have issues. #VirginMediaoutage #virginmediadown

  • nigebill Nigel Billington (@nigebill) reported

@Plusnet presently in France, I can use data but unable to make calls, can you help.

  • peach_swamp LouisianaSwampPeach 🌸 (@peach_swamp) reported

@Plusnet my broadband has been switching off for up to ten minutes - usually only 2 or 3 - a couple times a day for nearly a week. Always outside of support hours. How am I supposed to get help?

  • hellofthedevil Tommy Haddon (@hellofthedevil) reported

@itsalgordon @virginmedia @bt_uk i feel sorry for you, atleast go with a company that gets leased lined from BT, i'm personally with plusnet business and haven't had an issue with them personally ever, the only issues i've had really was with BT hardware in the telephone exchange
