    A few annoyances today, overcharged by a few pounds by Plusnet (a charge they said they'd apply in July) and the incompetent morons at Northern Powergrid sending me emails about the future of the network that they fail to maintain, not sure how the latter got my email address

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

    No @SkyUK TV until engineer can get here on Monday 20th my dish is flaking/rusting away, but now for the first time since I’ve had it @Plusnet fibre is having issues. So we can’t watch Sky online either. My four children about to have a meltdown no TV & no internet.

    @blondiesa @KnightAngel45 @Plusnet I had no problems in Glasgow but the service is too poor to continue with it here. Have tried for 9 months now so they are gone

    @plusnet. Where is all the help you brag about, I've spent hours on hold trying to get the BT sports app to work. Poor, very poor.

    @lottyburns @BT @Plusnet have excellent customer service, one of the few ISP's where if necessary you can speak to an engineer rather just script following call centers.

    Three days without broadband or phone now. Not @Plusnet ‘s fault - BT Openreach seem to have issues. Lovely timing when I’m isolating from my partner. Doing much more book reading though.

    @Plusnet my internet speed keeps collapsing (I have fibre with you) to download speed of 1mbps, if I reset the router it works fine for a few hours then stops working again. Has been doing this for a few wks. Please help, i’m working from home and it’s so unreliable.

    @Plusnet @haul_beer ANSWER YOUR PHONES! BEEN RINGING/ON HOLD FOR HOUR!! FAULT WITH TV PACKAGE BUT YOU NEVER EMPLOY ENOUGH STAFF!! **DO** SOMETHING. VILE. NEVER SIGN UP WITH PLUSNET
