with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@A_Lansbury_Ltd @SkyUK I think that they’re all about the same, ie give us your money. It depends where you live regarding high speed or even half decent speed broadband. I can only get a copper wire connection unless I go with Virgin, (not happening). Plusnet has UK based help.

@Plusnet Awful level of service, pay bill, still restrict the mobile line. Speak to them confirm payment get text saying line restored, now handset blocked from network Got to be kidding me
