@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet @UswitchUK Constant WiFi dropouts (4 today so far). When I complained I got a list of instructions to alter router settings which I'm not competent to do. Plusnet's answer to my issue? Apparently, solve it yourself. Contract ends July which is when we part company!

@Plusnet once again you are unable to provide me with the internet speeds I pay for. It's always 15-18mb. Always. Literally the worst internet experience i've had my whole life is the 8 months I've had the misfortune of choosing Plusnet. Absolute disgrace

@phil_wiffen @Plusnet Ah lucky you. I get a different story depending on who answers the phone on their side! To be fair I’ve been with them years and never had a problem but now is the time customer service matters! Down 60 hours and counting!

@LizParkin3 @Plusnet I have been with them 1 week. Their router is terrible. I am pretty PC savvy and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Was with BT but they got very expensive. Their router was Brilliant. Never lost a signal.

@Plusnet only had your Internet a matter of weeks and nothing but issues 😭 the time I get in from work, the online chat and customer services are closed. Router showing red and flashing orange and trouble shooting not resolving. Feel like I'm paying for a non existent service.

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Difficult to believe that in 2021 you they can't supply a service that just works. The technology has been around for a long time now.

How come @Plusnet's routers audibly hiss when something connects to the 5GHz network? It sounds like my old 14.4K modem...
