    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet I only need a date changed. It’s so simple. And I’ve already gone through the stress of making a phonecall to the company to get this issue sorted, I was promised by a human voice that it was fixed and it hasn’t been. So I can’t to call and speak to somebody again.

    Dear @Plusnet - seems you've known about the "change payment method" being broken for YEARS now, and have STILL not done a thing to fix it. I may just cancel my Direct Debit since you can't be bothered to fix it so I can pay you. Broken on on Edge, broken on Firefox also.

    @Plusnet we are on day 12 of not being able to contact my family or attend teams calls / interviews without using a coffee shops wifi. Are you trying for some sort of awful service award???

    @Plusnet I currently do not have any broadband service. The up date from your Chatbot is stating it will be back on line by 23:59 tonight, which is more than 24h!! Can this deadline be improved?

    @Plusnet what's going on with your broadband speeds my partners parents internet has been super slow for last 2 days with download speeds as low as 1.4 mbs absolute joke
