Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet I'm trying to get onto @All4 to watch a boxset but you again let me down. I try to connect customer service but you've finished! When are you going to sort yourselves out & when do I actually realise that you're rubbish? I shouldn't have renewed with you guys.

Plusnet was a great company but they were bought by BT. For a while they didn't change but now they have clearly been absorbed into the sea of incompetence and poor service that is BT. Such a shame.

@JC_FrancisW Should also say that there are coverage maps online, otherwise it's down to local quirks. Big providers include EE, 02, Vodafone and people also really like Giffgaff and plusnet.
