Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet The external connection is always stable. The issue is that the 5.6GHz network fails repeatedly (yes, channels in clear space, and separate from 2.4Ghz). It takes multiple resets to restore it and even then only for a few days before it repeats.

@Plusnet hello, new customer here. Not very happy, have come from BT where I have been for 10 years, speed always just under 40gb now with you it’s 17! I want to cancel in my cooling off period so I can move back to BT!

@Plusnet you have left my mum without a landline or internet for almost 2 weeks and have continued to charge her. You are aware she is living alone with no signal on her mobile and have done NOTHING about it except make empty promises. Avoid this company!!❌

@Plusnet When 5.6GHz is lost, it's apparent on Android, iOS and Windows so it's not a rogue element with my equipment here. Your router is broken and I really need a new one please.
