    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying £44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for £35/m and VoIP for phone £4 It’s the way to go !

    @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

    @Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault?The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.

    @Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here
