Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@ShippersUnbound @LutineBelle @virginmedia I’m with Plusnet too. When the router they provided didn’t reach all corners of my house they sent a cheque so I could buy a better one. Couldn’t recommend enough. Was with virgin previously and the customer service standards are worlds apart.

@joebloggsuk1 **** off. Or theyd just snigger. Changed my provider to plusnet and told them not to give talk talk my new number. And it worked. Would never ever go back to talk talk. They hire rude little children. What made it worse was i had a bad back and moving to anser the phone was slow

@Plusnet if you can’t handle multiple devices using your service from a single household, you shouldn’t charge £41.50/month #solveit

Hey @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach, I've been waiting 1mo for an appt today (rescheduled by you from 22nd) and your engineer or support didn't call to say it was cancelled. I've been waiting in all day and still no internet. Without it I can't work or study from home. Cc @Plusnet
