    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet I'm sitting here crying. I can't see an end to it. I can't take this anymore. It's disgusting. @Plusnet ought to be ashamed at treating someone like this. Your PR did a good job on me, friendly, honest, Yorkshire company . I've never had a worse experience with a company ever.

    @marktheram7 Never had any issue with Plusnet, Mark. Very reliable and only once in 5 years have we had an issue. No idea if cheaper for you, but recommend them.

    @Plusnet The Helpdesk number on your website is not working (+44800-432-0200). Please can you tell me why my broadband has stopped working and when this will be resolved? Working from home so need this to be resolved soon.

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @Plusnet Our service has been dropping out completely since yesterday. This started as once an hour and is now happening at five minute intervals.

    @cal_ann @Plusnet Been with them for years and very happy, but always haggle before renewal. All providers use the same cable to get the phone line into the house so I'm not sure any of them can actually offer a big difference on anything except the router, available add-ons, customer support.
