@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet it’s taken me over a month, 5 phone calls to pay a bill of a closed contact that never got closed, but you were quick enough to add late payment charges, service recovery answer is, unlucky, feel in the online complaint form #inallmydays #no1forservice🤔

@cheekyfork If an engineer is needed to resolve an issue, then this is the next step we have to take in order to fix it. I am sorry we've not been able to resolve the speed issue on this occasion. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@EE Hello Sarah. My comment was based on being a customer of Plusnet, who use your network. I spent years on and off telling EE the signal in Hoylake is unusable, but told system tells you all is OK. Just need someone to go to Hoylake and drive down north parade. No signal.

@Plusnet Basically can I get out of contract please? I spend weeks in a no signal area but there’s WiFi in my house. I am Power of Attorney for my mum in a care home. I need to be contactable at all times and found last week I wasn’t when I was up north.

@OliverT1998 Hi Oliver, sorry for us taking a while to reply. Our logs show a connection of over 5 days , let me know if that doesn't match your experience though. If you did want to get a new router it would be best to call our customer options 0800 432 0200. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

Hey @Plusnet - when you've been happy to offer me business broadband for many years, why can't you offer me business mobiles? Either you offer a business service or you don't.
