Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet I'd prefer to write an email to your appropriate complaints team. I tried tweeting you about another matter and after two days I have had no response. So it's clear you don't do customer support here. Please provide the complaints email address as I just asked.

@Orielgb Plusnet is who I am with. I am now on my third issue with them. But they are just resellers of the Open Reach infrastructure

@Plusnet terrible wait time 3wks+ to obtain a new connection from plusnet. Stay away from "the best customer service provider" You will not receive your internet even after chasing every freaking day. They will put your issue on hold and off hold without taking action. STAY AWAY!

@fiona_ski Nice. Plusnet were great for housenove but things like Sky/Virgin are awful. I'm really wary of signing up for a contract if I'm not 100% sure I can get out of it or alter it for free. That's good to know. Now to get my over £400 in over charged payments back from eon.
