Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet please cancel my whole account. You are trying to charge me for an account I didnt even know I had. I always get sim cards on a monthly basis and you have constantly ignored my e mails so I moved to another provider months ago. STOP Charging me.

@Plusnet why would my Internet go down for no good reason? Its been connected for over a year with no issues. I have a constant orange light and the orange "b" keeps going on and off.

@slave2gadgets I'm sorry to hear that a password reset hasn't resolved the issue. As it's working over webmail, there's very little that we can do here, I'm afraid, as Outlook is a third party application. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞
