    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @Plusnet Thanks. Was getting desperate but got through on phone and problem sorted! However could only set up new mailbox by asking your colleague to do it. Can’t do it myself online which is annoying.

    @Plusnet tried to reach you guys but no one answered me from the past 3 days + today i was on hold for 50 MINUETS!! and no one picked it up. Im a new member since 9 days ago i have made a new subscription so my problem is that i still didn't receive my ROUTER!!

    @TalkmobileUK sent dm. Will you open free calls, text and data to Pakistan like Vodafone, EE, plusnet, Voxi and BT have done for friends and family to be able to contact their loved ones. You run on Voda network so surprised you have not put a similar update out.

    Want faster broadband from @plusnet? Wouldn't waste your time. Ordered mine on 13th July - today had FOURTH engineer visit with a no show and had no reasons given. Ongoing support ticket but just pathetic apologies and no action getting taken. Not long now til out of contract!!

    @TalkTalk what’s going on with your service? My internet just died, and it’s supposed to be better than plusnet, that’s why i changed in the first place

    @Plusnet why is my internet being throttled? Speed test shows amazing fast speeds but try and visit any streaming or social media website, its like watching paint dry. Can you, for once, just give me the service I pay for?

    @MassiveAndAce @Plusnet 2022 and this is still a shambles. 23 minute phone call. Fwded by you to BT themselves..who surprise! can't do anything because you bill the service.

    Just had the worst time with @Plusnet trying to get WiFi installed. Now it’s going to take nearly 2 months after moving in to set up! Honestly it’s not good enough and I am on the verge of switching to another provider.
