Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet @lantern_pike Ive had the most painful day since I can remember because of plusnet mobile. I transfered over to them - but how i wished i hadnt.... Shocking service, cant email them, cant call them as they have disabled my number, still waiting for a non existent sim from them - 5 days now -

@Plusnet I usually access using pop3 in Gmail. Some emails have seemed slow to arrive lately so I wanted to connect directly and have a clear out. I had some success yesterday but it kept showing the error. Today it won't let me in at all.
