@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@SarahJDavid @darrich_kessy @Plusnet I thought the 72 hours sounded bad enough! 10 days is ridiculous, I'm going to suggest my friend changes to a company that actually can be contacted when their service fails 😠

@Plusnet The support line worked a couple of hours later and there's already an open fault. An engineer has already been round to confirm. Should be fixed in the next couple of days apparently.

We had to renew our internet contract in May for 18 months, knowing we would be moving in the summer. We were informed by @Plusnet customer service web chat that we would be able to do this easily with no mention of fees.

@AngelaRayner @CWUnews Gawd - BT is a private company. It's a big company & owns a number of subsidiaries- EE. Plusnet etc. Much of BT's work is for corporates. These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party
