Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@ShelaghFogarty Seriously go to Plusnet if you want great support. I've been with them years now and if I ever needed help (I've had to call twice in that time) you are through to support in minutes 👍

@Plusnet No show today for a repair call after being given the run around that a technician was en route. Was promised a call from the manager but still waiting. There’s a lot of garbage on both yours and Qube websites re customer service. Very disappointing.
