    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    Honest to goodness @Plusnet our wifi is awful this morning, so slow and almost impossible to use on our phones. Reported so many times and still no improvement #poorservice

    @SMARTYMobileUK @WhichUK Your service & value are 100% spot on. I've set my dad up on your network for his home broadband and he is very impressed. He's getting 40mb down, 20mb up and a £12 per month saving on what he was paying for a poor service from Plusnet. So I'd just like to say thank you.

    @Plusnet I was supposed to have internet with you from yesterday. The @OpenreachHelp engineer turned up late yest and failed to connect me. Now I'm told Openreach won't give an update for over a week.Their customer service say they can't help, but you can. Why the week-long wait?

    We have #B4RN, so pleased! Have an issue with getting Gigabit upstairs, after some fault finding, the issue with a CAT5e cable in the living room, continuity is good but can't do Gigabit. New cable ordered. Have cancelled #PlusNet
