Han Realistic (@Hanrealistic) reported@Plusnet ANSWER your phone, you are wasting time. You over charged me for no reason. Contract updated last month, but you are charging me as if the contract ended. I will cancel my direct debit, and make a complain to my bank if you don't call A>S>A>P

Han Realistic (@Hanrealistic) reported@Plusnet Your customer services used to be fast, now 28 minutes past since calling you for the mistake that you made, my phone battery is about the die and still waiting. If you are going to be like other companies, no need to pay you more. There are cheaper options

Mo Djavanroodi (@mo_roodi) reported@sil I remember Vodafone did something similar. Honestly, I think the big providers are a bit of a rip off compared to the MVNO's. I switched to PlusNet from EE because they're basically the same network, I just pay a lot less!!!
