@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@plusnet why is it so difficult to find out if there's a problem? My elderly vulnerable parents have phone/broadband issues and can't sort it. I can't speak to them as their phone is not working.

Hey @Plusnet had no internet since around 6 this morning (EX16 area), yet your status page says there are no issues however? Is this a known issue of so any idea when it might be fixed?

@Plusnet Hi, the internet is terrible, nothing will work for more than 10mins, TV, laptop, etc. I have had to revert to 5g on my phone in order to be to able to work today. Is there an issue???

@Plusnet came to you years ago because of your fab customer service and broadband speed we have poor broadband a call yesterday tried to rectify it and promised a call back at 9am this morning to check its working no callback and internet still poor
