Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet only just realised that for some reason neither my wife's nor my own monthly SIM plan contains the 'additional' free 2Gb data taking our monthly data from 4Gb to 6Gb. I appreciate not a big issue, but have just returned from hols when we realised!

@virginmedia I just gave up on it - I’ll switch as soon as I have the time - I can see why plusnet use the customer service as a marketing tool. Virgin broadband is a really good connection- but let down by lack of real people in the service chain

Get this. Openreach engineer called after Plusnet arranged visit to fix broadband. He failed to fix problem and also broke our phone line. Plusnet support would not help today. Openreach not contactable. We are left high and dry and worse off than we were. @Openreach @Plusnet
