Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet Sorry , have had to cancel subscription, was getting nervous on not hearing anything and taken up another supplier. It seems odd that I'm getting plenty of emails on my cancellation bit would have been good to have some confirmation on the joining etc. Had nothing !

@Plusnet you are a terrible company. You refused to allow my mum to pay my bill as I'd left the Country. You sent me a shoddy email link that said I'd paid and then didn't contact me at all to say that had actually not gone through. Then I get a scary message from debt collectors
