    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @plusnethelp is a "0800 587 58xx" (I've removed the last two digits) number an official Plusnet contact number? (not just a plusnet phone line, but actual customer service/support/accounts)? Can't see it on the website anywhere but it was in an email today.

    @plusnethelp Thanks for NOT letting my part-sighted 80 year old mother keep her email address. Your agent said he was filling out a form to request it be kept, but someone decided she was not worthy enough. So Plusnet should be hanging it’s head in shame. Poor service

    Anyone else have real problems with @Plusnet @plusnethelp internet? We’ve switched wireless channels so many times to try & get a decent internet speed. Now zilch internet.

    here’s the kicker. plusnet uses the ee network. like... i get more bang for my buck and lose absolutely nothing.

    @plusnethelp I have done before, in which they sent me a new router. However im still getting the same terrible service and still no internet. It really doesn't bode well when even the tech rep for plusnet said they wouldn't recommend using plusnet routers, and that a lot of customers have...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now a full day after our new broadband supply should have been up and running. No email, no text, no nothing. Not a great start to our journey together. A great example of bad customer service. Here's hoping 'the only way is up' 🎤🎶

    @Plusnet today is my switch over day, I had a text to say my phone line is active but the hub broadband light is still orange... please help as I'm missing work!
