Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@zoetunstall @matthewrayner @Plusnet I had similar problems, plus lengthy outages and being outright ignored by Virgin as well, so I wouldn't pick them, either.

When @Plusnet Blatantly lie to me and take the money for the bill the promised was covered by credit #WTF #LIES #TradingStandards

Also, opening up Plusnet DMs today reminded me that, despite requesting a DM last time we had an issue, nobody actually ever responded to it.

@jugglerbry @Plusnet I had similar problems with my speeds via wifi, the gentleman from Plusnet support suggested that I changed my 2.4ghz wifi channel. It's caused by too many other routers in range of you using the same channel. I now mostly have 67Mbs+ download speeds

@Plusnet This isn't desperately urgent but if you could get the ball rolling? Having problems accessing Plusnet Call Protect- logged a couple of jobs but still not rectified. Just tried 1572 - "service can't be connected". *** ticked on call features marked as "currently active"?

@jugglerbry @WolfBaginski @Plusnet I would use a good wifi analyser app and check how many other local routers are using the same channel for 2.4ghz. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.

@JacquiPybus Thanks Jacqui, we'll reply back to that as soon as possible. I've just tried calling 0800 432 0200 myself and the call connected fine, did you make the call from a mobile or a landline when you had that issue? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@actomox Hi there, our network doesn't support the use of short code numbers, I'm really sorry if that disappoints. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield
