Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet Hey dudes, I'm hoping you can help. This morning I had a workman at my home accidentally cut my internet cable clean in half! What can I do? It's an external cable perhaps phone line, I'm not sure, can you send someone to fix it for me? Many thanks, a plusnet customer

@tandleman the problem is not Plusnet's, but Openreach. Do you know whether your neighbours get affected? If so I'd go direct to Openreach, they are responsible for the cable/line up to the property. Plusnet get access to the local exchange for your service.

@DavidRoger1951 @Plusnet Happened years ago, but service was much better before that. Would change providers, but they're all as bad as each other. Can only hope they reply to my tweet and can do something from their end, as occasionally they can.
