After the catalogue of errors by Plusnet on multiple occasions, the result of which I’ve been prevented from getting a mortgage… can this get sorted please.

Andrew Burton (@andrewp_b) reported@KatharineMacyLD Other than virgin they all use the same cable to your house, the only key difference is the customer service and WiFi router (plusnet use the same model as BT now)

Nogrod (@thatsnotmycow) reported@LordManley Wow that is pricey. Look into plusnet, its basically BT’s discount service, it’s all the same network as BT and the same staff.
