    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet @DebCran Plusnet appear to be entirely focussed on copying and pasting the same non-response everywhere. What isn't clear is if anyone is actually doing anything helpful to solve the problem

    @kiteyw Hi Craig. Some customers are having problems logging in their email and we’re working quickly to resolve the issue. Plusnet broadband, mobile services are not affected and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Chris - Leeds

    @Plusnet how much longer until emails are resumed...Says on service status there will be an update at 12pm. First time I've ever had an issue with plusnet service hope it will be the last. It's very frustrating

    @Plusnet @Google Do Google know how to send out routers? Not Science. Waited over two weeks now and spoken to three customer service people each with different stories as to why it’s not arrived. Not a great start for a new customer

    @Plusnet @kiteyw Would possibly suggest a general tweet on this - it's widespread enough to be a message on the IVR (3 menus deep, but at least is there. 'We're aware, give it a couple hours' ) Also, Service Status page used to be a thing, but can't locate it anymore?

    Where are my emails? @Plusnet No activity since last night! Phone recorded message this morning said you were dealing with the problem & hope to have it fixed shortly. I am not impressed with your lack of service
