    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @Plusnet It's down to loss of the 5GHz network. Sometimes it's stable for days, yesterday it barely worked at all.

    @Plusnet any chance you could provide a consistent service where the signal does fall out 100 times a day? It takes hours to finish watching a film on Netflix!!! So fed up of your poor service

    @Plusnet I pay £40 a month for our Internet, our router needs replacing and I am expected to buy one. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they were ‘too busy’. Thought you had the best customer service? Doesn’t say much for the other broadband providers as yours is terrible!

    @iBluestone Have @SkyUK contacted you regarding your broadband yet Ilan? Moved my broadband to them earlier in the year and it’s been far better than Plusnet. Hope they don’t let you down. Need to persevere if no joy! Love Impulse btw!💙💙💙

    @Plusnet Brand new router keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Wired and WiFi. Restarting doesn't seem to help.

    @Plusnet That's a shame as what used to be a very stable line has been poor since April. Those seem pretty low standards! If I had a power cut 3 times in a day or 6 over 3 days I'd be feverishly checking the fuse box. I'll shop around and see if other providers hold themselves higher. Ta!

    @Plusnet the internet hasn’t been working for almost 24 hours now. i have tried all troubleshooting options and reset it countless times and it is still not working!
