@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

Joined @plusnet last December! I strongly advice that NO ONE! EVER joins them. From day one I've had problems. No joking. the connection dropped at least 15 times per day. I've had numerous hubs sent. So far, I've got approx 5 in storage. Disgusting connection!

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

@Plusnet Our internet suddenly went offline around 8pm. I've checked with a spare DSL router and it is definitely the fibre broadband. Please help, I've got work to do! 😭
