    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet Here we go again! When i had a on going complaint, the broadband improved a bit, now dropped the complaint & broadband Useless again! & they want to sort it out their end out because that's where it's coming from, their control room!! 😡

    @Plusnet @fivelittledoves ******* usless company. Not even at my old address any more but you're gonna charge me again. How about you train your employees to tell people about the 14 day cancellation period instead of just saying 'yep i can cancel it at any time for you'

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet can't make calls and incoming phone calls go direct to voicemail. Same SIM in use for over 12months - please help

    @Plusnet Did a search of the forums. Seems I've got a bad IP address thanks to a spammer on the network. So support has recommended I power down router for 65 minutes to get reallocated a new IP! No problem sending via office 365 as we have a VPN just IMAP4 on fibre!

    @Plusnet It would be helpful if you could announce MSOs on here or on your website’s status page, where the last Broadband issue reported was 18 days ago. We shouldn’t have to rely on 3rd party sites like @DowndetectorUK or looking for tweets by other customers to know there’s a problem!

    @Plusnet It's back on now I pressed the reset but it was saying connected but no Internet. I nearly had a nervous breakdown!😓 I'm not messing with it anymore I'm just sick of it. We weren't having this problem before we moved to fibre. It's not up to me to set it I'm not an engineer 🙄
