Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet Hi I've got a SIM only plan with you. I've upgraded to a phone with 5G but I never seem to get anything except 4G despite being in a 5G area, is there a setting I need to change maybe?

@Plusnet Anywhoo, on day 3/4 of a very slow wifi, I am trying an experiment by investing in an hour with our local BTWifi hotspot and everything is absolutely fine! But I don't want to have to fork out ££s when I should have reasonable coverage. So @Plusnet, what's going on this time? 2/2

sorry, no ipv6 here!
(@noIPv6) reported
@beezly @Plusnet agreed, the longer a service provider takes to deploy ipv6, the less likely i am to want to be their customer - even AFTER they deploy ipv6 because if they’re okay dragging their feet on that front, where else are they cutting corners? 😬

@Plusnet Morning, Same as last month my service has been restricted. Same as last month I've paid and two days later the service gets restricted. Don't care if there is a problem with my DD, if i've paid why is the service getting restricted !

@TPLINKHelp Quick update: had to turn off the wireless in our @Plusnet Hub1 router (advanced settings), but the Deco M5 units appear to be working a treat 😎 High hopes for more consistent connectivity 👍

Turns out, neither #Openreach nor #Plusnet's fault. Some d___head crashed into the cabinet down the road and Openreach are trying to put it back together. We're lucky to have any broadband whatsoever really.
