    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @Plusnet so disappointed with the customer service I have received. When I moved home on 30th May, I moved my services with you to my new address. In doing so I was 'awarded' a gift voucher, however I was unable to claim it as the address was still showing as my previous on 1/4

    @SkyHelpTeam @Plusnet I see on local groups that Plusnet customers have been told that there was an incident around 9pm yesterday which fits, and that is should be fixed around 6pm, well done Plusnet!

    @btbusinesscare I have had a fault with my BT Business line since 22 June. Last week the line dropped to around 5Mbps. Supposedly they've been working to fix the problem but it's still just as bad. Our home connection with Plusnet was fixed within a few days and on that we get 30Mbps and it was

    The Portal. Numerous calls to your customer services team has yielded absolutely no resolution. I have just been passed between the rewards company and plusnet, with each laying the issue at the others door and being fobbed off with 'it should be sorted soon once the system 2/4

    @Plusnet another day of patchy broadband service from plusnet, been having to use my mobile hotspot for work since this morning. Not expecting any response, just registering that i've finally stopped being lazy and switched to sky after a year, costs more but at least it'll work

    @virginmedia is so crap. I cant pick up my own router in the house as its telling me I'm out of range, yet I can pick up the house across the roads virgin media, next doors @plusnet and bt. You really are diabolical.
