@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet you have left me helpless. Put my order through for internet and phone on 11th Jan. Since then hanging between sky and Plusnet customer service agents as Plusnet cannot transfer my line.Paying hefty std tariff to sky for no reason.Its been 23 days and not been resolved.

@virginmedia internet costs, 21 years customer and you are now so uncompetitive. You doubled my costs to £54 for 50mb take 30 mins to speak to the team and you offer £37 cheapest deal when competitors are around £20 terrible!! @VodafoneUK @Plusnet

@Plusnet hi, brand new customer now waited more than 3 days for SIM to arrive & number has already been ported over. Unable to make or receive any phone calls atm which poses a HUGE problem for me - not least, I can't call you to speak to someone to resolve the issue! Help plz.

@Plusnet Just had to terminate my contract with you as you want £25pm keeping old hub. Took out new customer deal at £22pm with new hub. Can’t keep my number, can’t have a set switchover day. Not exactly world class service, but I’m saving £3 a month and have a new hub.

Hi @Plusnet. I've been having problems with my internet for the last 12 months but lately it has been getting worse. I've tried plugging the router into the main socket etc but nothing seems to help. Any advice? I will have to change providers if it can't be improved.
