Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet Why customer service agents lie to us ? I was told my broadband will start running from 3rd August. When I called plusnet yesterday evening, he said broadband will be active within an hour. Now it's been more than 7 hours and it's 4th August now. Unbelievably bad service.

@Plusnet down again. On phone for ages. Sick of this. Time to change again. All those awards mean nothing. How on earth can we trust which provider to use? And of course plusnet would never compensate me for lost business. #plusnet #internet #broadband

@PaulKozinski I use plusnet, it’s fine but uses BT Openreach lines so if there’s an issue it can take a bit longer to get resolved. Going to switch to Vodafone probably when renewal is up as they’ve just laid down highspeed fibre on my road.
