Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@eibrehs_ We used to have EE wifi but ma dad swapped to BT which is so ******* bad, not as bad as now or plusnet, but is still horrible Also, my data sucks, only ever get 2 bars

@Plusnet our broadband has been down since 1pm yesterday due to “a local incident”. You said it would be back up and running by 7pm yesterday. Didn’t come back on. Text then said it would not be back on until 7pm today. Does it really take that long?

Good morning. I want to cancel one of my contracts with plusnet. I received STAC code which I will not use. I am not planning to take contract with new provider. I called to discuss this but got response as the line closed. Could you please close the contract account no 98888497.

@plusnethelp there is no way of communicating with Plusnet except by waiting in a queue on the phone or this way. PLUSNET you keep on cancelling my cancellation of the contract . I am leaving you and moving to BT - after 5 years waiting and a complaint to Openreach to resolve

@CllrJWarmisham @virginmedia We had terrible repeated outages with virgin in a shared house I used to live in. It went on for years and all manner of excuses used. When I moved I swerved them and went with BT and later switched to Plusnet. Both gave no problems. If you can switch, save the grief and do it!
