    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.     @ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍

    @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

    @graceemsxx Always used Plusnet and they have been reliable. UK customer service call centre as well I believe.

    @Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱

    @Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s
