@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for swift reply. The order with Plusnet was cancelled on 31 May, however new orders with BT fail at the Openreach Engineer level as it seems there’s 2 of the same landline numbers associated with our premises on your system. It’s a tricky one as we’re not getting anywhere.

. @Plusnet I spoke to your support team yesterday about being unable to receive calls & texts I was told it is a major problem with one of your service towers & started on 22-Jun. However, the status page says everything is fine. How can I keep upto date on when this is resolved?
