    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet no broadband in LL11 when I got home at 00:20 today and still down this morning. Orange light and ‘b’ on router. Any idea of what’s happening and when it’ll be fixed? Phone works.

    @Plusnet a week now with no access to emails in phone or PC even webmail is intermittent. Disgraceful service.

    @Plusnet @Google How about you concentrate on trying to fix your useless email service. My wife uses this and doesn't know if she's missed some important emails.

    @ruskin147 Reminds me of working in the Plusnet call centre. Where a customer would call and say... "I've got t'internet.. you that thingy ". To which the answer would be "You sure the internet hasn't got you sir ? ".

    @plusnet wtf is going on with your service it cuts out at least 5 times a day. Reboot fail.. So poor lately
