    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @Goldilox1969 @Plusnet I've just taken out a 18mth contract with them over 6 wks and not 1 day of uninterrupted service, can't even get in any room other than where the router is, stuck in a contract can't change freely and all I get from them is keep changing wireless channel. What are they paid for

    @timbo19652 @plusnethelp Glad you’ve been able to sort it. Plusnet have just told me that they’ve identified a fault with our phone line?!? And a target of midnight Tuesday for an engineer to look at it.... not sure how we can work from home with this kind of service?!

    Wow imagine, get revived in Apex only for my router to give out 2 seconds later, @plusnet routers are garbage, if you want to get plusnet buy your own router.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Here we go again, although I hope it doesn't turn out to be a very prolonged saga this time. Download speed intermittent/very slow today. Currently an unacceptable 0.5Mbps. OR has been active in the area providing superfast FTTP. Please check.

    How is it that our Plusnet internet (& WiFi) is down yet all the Amazon Firestick and Alexa devices are still fully working? 🤔

    @plusnethelp I didn't get broadband until yesterday afternoon(may be around 14 hours it was down). I called plusnet customerservice. Despite waiting 46 minutes in the call, no one answered it. Besides, speed I have been getting for the last 1 week is below the minimum guaranteed speed.

    @plusnethelp Would be interesting to see what that "small number of our customers" is, as we have been experiencing daily outages for over 3 weeks. Perhaps it would give Plusnet a better picture of the problem. We are still down, 3 hours so far
