Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet Hi, I've had emails to a local firm bounce back as undeliverable saying "Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150)." Thus I am informing you as my ISP. Can you assist please.

@Plusnet Oh that’s a shame. If I port my landline number to Cityfibre will that automatically cease the Openreach service with you?

@Jason59314353 @BBCNews Honestly, I've been with them 9 years now, and I've had 1 issue (someone had broken into the exchange and stolen equipment), they sent me a plusnet sim with unlimited data FOC, knocked a week off my bill, and rang me to let me know it was fixed. So, yes, absolutely 100%!

So…..between @plusnet broadband being down and @VodafoneUK signal being slower than a week in the jail, my working day has been utterly wasted. ANY chance either could be fixed for purpose tomorrow folks?!?

Hi @Plusnet - my mobile has had 'Emergency calls only' for the last few days, and I've been in a couple of different locations, at most of which I would normally have signal (I'm in a large city). Not a new customer - any idea what the issue might be?
