    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @rachcoon @Plusnet I haven't bothered contacting them. No point. My connection went down the same time as everyone elses thus clearly not a problem my end. Also, as many others here have said... they don't answer their phones.

    @baldbookgeek What I can do is make some changes to your router to help improve the connection and stop the router from dropping out. Would be alright if I go ahead with this? You will see a temporary drop when the change is going through. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet zero service for 4 days. This is utterly ridiculous. 1 is understandable but 4 is nonsense. Have someone contact me today

    @cj_kent @Plusnet I'm pretty sure we can cancel without charge if they are not giving the service we are paying for? I have been without Internet at all since Friday morning and getting absolutely nowhere. Couldn't get through to anyone. Did they give a reason on the phone?

    @Plusnet I've managed to get through on the phone. But it's absolutely not acceptable that you can read about PlusNet's countrywide outage on The Sun but your status page and Twitter account says everything is working just fine. I'd cancel today if my contact allowed it

    @Plusnet It's over Wi-fi but I've never had it as bad as this, this has only started since it went down.
