    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    Not feeling super impressed with the different levels in customer service available for broadband vs fibre from @Plusnet. It's not like we have a CHOICE in which we have. 🤔🤨

    @Plusnet probably one of the worst ISP on the go just now. Constant drop outs and speed throttles at random times (even late at night). Do not recommend at all. Highlighted to them previously and it's gotten worse. 5G connections are the way forwards. Speed & reliability.

    @Plusnet I'd like to cancel as I'm within the 14 day period but no one answers the phone or responds to tweets. Please advise how I cancel my contract as I'm deeply unhappy with the service

    @Plusnet please help, just signed up for broadband and get a text saying call us there's been a problem...tried three times and noone answers after nearly an hour wait each time??

    @JimSterling @virginmedia Been with them, Sky, Talktalk and Plusnet since and they were the absolute worst by a mile. We literally jumped the second our contract was up.
