Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

  • GraemeHampton Lord IngAbout (@GraemeHampton) reported from Tullibody, Scotland

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

if you are considering using @Plusnet for broadband then save your money. the service is terrible. if you enjoy your internet being slower than a mobile phone, and bad customer service then use them, but if you want a professional service then look elsewhere

@Plusnet Hi, just wanted to ask if you’re having problems with email as I can’t send or receive email atm. Cheers.

A little #broadband tale… Call current provider @TalkTalk to get a better deal, they can’t match @Plusnet & so we sign up. Email from TalkTalk, “we can do a better deal!” Cancel Plusnet, continue with TalkTalk. Despite cancellation, Plusnet plough on with process & send router

  • Jack_Deyes Jack Deyes (@Jack_Deyes) reported

@Plusnet do you support #Cellular for the #AppleWatch?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@mnorthmusic Hi Matthew, I'm glad to hear the service is working as expected! You'll be able to dispose of this by recycling the parts you don't need. However, we would advise to keep them to one side just case you may need the spare equipment. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • clarewatkins clare watkins (@clarewatkins) reported

When your broadband supplier cuts off your supply without notice, 14 days prior to the date it’s supposed to be, when you have paid for the service and then tell you they’re are unable to reconnect the service until 4th November. Nice one @Plusnet best customer service #yeahright

@BryonyTilsley @hansmollman EE recently tried to get me to stay by rubbishing who I was switching to, saying that they're a virtual network and the backbone physical network was rubbish and had poor coverage and capacity. I was switching to Plusnet, who's piggybacks on the physical network of...EE.
