@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet I had this issue with plusnet. Fixed it by moving to a new supplier!

@pipmadeley @Plusnet I have a very similar issue at home (we're with BT): At roughly 00:48 every night, the internet drops out for a few minutes. So it might be something beyond PlusNet (my guess is that there's something crucial somewhere that restarts in the middle of the night every night)

@MrMatRead @Plusnet Gonna give Plusnet their chance to investigate but yeah, a few people now have said moving supplier solved their similar issue.

Dear @Plusnet, I don't object to waiting a bit to speak to your rep. I do, however, object to your bloody awful hold music. It's ten to ten on a Thursday morning, 2am on the strip in Ayia Napa.

@StormingNormal @Plusnet I don't use a landline. Not a outage as such either as it drops, re-connects for a minute then repeats that over and over for hours.

@Plusnet got an email from you on 24 Jan stating I was due a refund after closing account. Email had my user name & asked for bank details (WTF). Fwd email to your help & spam contacts same day with question. No response by promised 24 hrs or after chasing. Don't you care?

@Plusnet my broadband contract ran out on 31st Jan and I renewed / upgraded well before this but earliest install date I could get for the new service is 14th Feb. I have now been billed for the out of contract rate, very poor service for a loyal customer of yours.

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Does your telephone go through your router? If so, is there a dial tone during this outage. I’m guessing there isn’t if you do have a phone hooked up. (Interested for myself here)
