Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

  • GraemeHampton Lord IngAbout (@GraemeHampton) reported from Tullibody, Scotland

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Hey @Plusnet when we say in Yorkshire “that’ll do”, we don’t mean that any old ******’ ****’ll do. My mobile hasn’t worked for calls in or out for two days, neither mine or my wife. Please sort it, quick!!!! #mobile #Phone_connection

  • DithersWithDogs Pam Thompson (@DithersWithDogs) reported

@WYeates @plusnethelp It is still down and so is the landline. Yet on Plusnet status page everything is hunky dory.

@plusnethelp just joined today. Put Plusnet SIM in when old one lost service but number hasn’t ported. It’s been 8 hours now. Can you help please?

  • FurryPhilosifer Jack (@FurryPhilosifer) reported

@ShayMay_ I abandoned Plusnet because my Xbox wouldn't connect to my router at all and they said it's cause I didn't have fibre. That isn't how bandwidth works! 😩 "This is the support I'm supposedly paying more for?"

  • shuffletruffle9 Le Shuffle Truffle (@shuffletruffle9) reported

@ZenInternetHelp switched from Plusnet to you in March and my internet has really suffered. Can't get on zoom meetings in places I previously could and regularly shows as unstable connection 😭

  • aunidan64 AUNIDAN CHRISTI. KPGS (@aunidan64) reported

My #TalkTalk per month was £22.99, then they informed they were putting it up to £29.99 so I am moving to #Plusnet for £18.99, then TalkTalk came back with an offer of £17.99 per month if I stayed with them, but the damage is done, not they want £39.99 of me for stopping with em

  • EvilSynths ♆ 𝕵𝖆𝖒𝖎𝖊 ♆ (@EvilSynths) reported

@neilmlomax @bt_uk At least you got a notice. PlusNet straight up ghosted me and I had to go through 5 people just to cancel lol.

  • CakesChaos Darth Cakes (@CakesChaos) reported

Welp, Not sorry, But @Plusnet Our time is done. You failed for 4 months fixing an issue on my line, even accused my PC's power supply for being the issue. Well no more. You don't offer FTTP and it's no active in my area. So Long, and Thanks for 6 good years and ****** final one

  • ShreyMittal20 Shrey Mittal (@ShreyMittal20) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Its not premium service. Its an SMS from Post Office, HMRC, Broadband service etc. I have been using Plusnet for over 5 years now and never faced this issue, You can update your site tomorrow that you dont offer calling? what good is such a service without SMS?
