@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet Hi. I ordered a sim only package the other day, however my sim hasn't arrived yet and my phone for calls texts and Internet has been cut off before the new ones been set up (saying emergency calls only).Is there anything that can be done? Thanks

@Plusnet So you turned off our talk talk Internet early hrs of the morning but as of yet we still have no plus net Internet, we had no notifications and can't bypass our smart heating, your helpline didn't help!!! Wishing we'd never er changed providers right now

@Plusnet engineer arrived today 5 th time can’t install broadband. Shocking service now costing me money. No one can fix. Imagine that 5 engineers they just arrive and walk away when they realise there is no broadband. No line. Errrrr isn’t it core to your survival to deliver it

@lemonfreshrob I used them for a rental property and was close to swapping to them here, but absolutely bloody not after all the problems. I’d recommend plusnet in London - they’re were faultless when I was there.

@CuckooInternet Hey... put my postcode into your site and it says I can get 18-80Mbps - Currently I'm with Plusnet and get 20Mbps MAX - would that be the same with you - you don't attempt to connect me to the faster cabinet down the road from me?
