Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

If you are thinking of going with @Plusnet for your internet DON’T. They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away honestly it is not worth the torment. Hours on the phone speaking to several people and issues still not sorted. AVOID!

@TalkTalk Bye. Called you, called you again, got rubbish replies and "here's your complaint number". Called about this so many times, no help. If I need a number to transfer to Plusnet please sent it. Leaving your terrible service.

Massive thank you to @Plusnet for supporting me in leaving my wifi service early with no charges due to needing to leave an uninhabitable/unsafe flat. The landlord has caused me stress and panic to no end, but this small relief from #Plusnet has honestly made my day.

@kpfssport I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your speed. Testing your line hasn't picked up the cause from here. Is this solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections affected too? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet broadband dropping out twice in a working day is bad enough without the router stubbornly insisting that everything is fine until I turn it off and on again...
