  Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

  @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

  @Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   AVOID @Plusnet for yr Internet Pull you in with fake fast Internet speeds! After 2 months absolutely slow as ****! Ring up complain same old bullshit its at yr end! No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended me contract!!!

  @Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

  @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

  @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider
