@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

  • socialistica Charles Broadfoot (@socialistica) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@Plusnet is there a problem with phoning on the mobile network?

  • RossMcEwan68 Ross McEwan (@RossMcEwan68) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@Plusnet Can’t cancel contract online. Award winning customer service according to that annoying Yorkshireman. My 🤬

  • davemcardle David McArdle (@davemcardle) reported from Dunblane, Scotland

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@NorthRoadCycles @Plusnet @plusnethelp You should get them to remove it anyway, plusnet has always been one of the worst providers in terms of reliability and customer support

  • kirsten_curran Kirsten Curran ✨ (@kirsten_curran) reported

@Plusnet Hi my internet was supposed to go live last night but it’s still not working so I cannot work from home today

  • ThatIdiotMonro Mark Monro Should Be Doing Housework 🏳️‍🌈 (@ThatIdiotMonro) reported

How come @Plusnet's routers audibly hiss when something connects to the 5GHz network? It sounds like my old 14.4K modem...

  • seanvassen Sean Vassen (@seanvassen) reported

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

  • BeldomN Norman (@BeldomN) reported

What a load of crap is #plusnet s router. Been trying for a week to connect to the internet. Get signal drop signal. Cannot connect via lan at all. Will be cancelling my contract at this rate @Plusnet

  • ThatIdiotMonro Mark Monro Should Be Doing Housework 🏳️‍🌈 (@ThatIdiotMonro) reported

@Plusnet Plus, I have neurodiverse kids, who have sensory issues. An intermittent, unstoppable static noise isn't great for them. And turning off the 5GHz capability isn't a solution. I'm not paying for a service without full capability.

  • summitsleap Anita Whittaker (@summitsleap) reported

@Plusnet hi. I am expecting a replacement router after storm damage. Will you be able to tell me when it has been dispatched. I need to be working from home. My account number is PNET4571620-1

  • chloetc_ Chloe Clifford (@chloetc_) reported

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

  • LizParkin3 Liz and Alf🐾 (@LizParkin3) reported

@BeldomN @Plusnet I am with Plusnet and their customer service has been brilliant. When I was getting connection problems with my Netgear router, they sent me one of theirs, FOC and it has been fine.

  • MikeMoreton8 Mike Moreton (@MikeMoreton8) reported

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Difficult to believe that in 2021 you they can't supply a service that just works. The technology has been around for a long time now.
