Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@JamesStant @bt_uk PlusNet has been very good for me over the last 15 years. Can't really tell you about customer service, though, as I've basically never had to use it. Upgrades have always been very smooth.

@Plusnet Sure. Love the business model: i) Take customer's money. ii) Fail to provide service. iii) Make customer jump through hoops to cancel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
