    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @Plusnet for THREE days I’ve been trying to purchase a contract on your website and can’t progress further than the checkout page as it just reloads! One of your advisors said you had received reports and were aware - when will you solve this?? You are about to loose a customer!

    to buy ourselves. After many apologies it turns out that once again my router was never sent, despite the ridiculous 50 minute phone call I’d had with a @Plusnet. It’s September tomorrow, and I’m still waiting for something which is essential to our livelihood. This sucks.

    @Plusnet been in contact with plusnet reference refund of charge for mobile and despite being advised on 3 occasions the refund charge will be sent to home. We are still awaiting and any Plusnet communication via mail has not materialised. Please help my refund issue.
