    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

    @Plusnet @CrowdSurfin I think Plusnet really needs to make a general announcement on twitter about the national outage & also on its service status website (which was down last time I tried it)

    Oh great! Internet has gone down. Not good when paying silly prices for @Plusnet Business, clinic full of patients and unable to see their medical notes or take payments! Thanks Plusnet for the continued appalling service. Glad I only have a couple of months contract left.
