Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.
