    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @jasonsloan46 @virginmedia Landed up cancelling and going with Plusnet. I'm so over paying premium prices for subpar customer service & their product is so unreliable.

    Trying to get hold of @Plusnet @plusnethelp for over a week to sort my parents’ broadband issues out.Really poor that calls are not being answered, online chat is offline & they are not responding to DMs. It took me a long time to convince my parents to switch, so not great

    @UniHomes please help us with our internet instead of not offering a solution and referring it to your internet team again 🙃 I’ve spoken to @Plusnet and the issue is you giving us the wrong details ! And the wrong information! Sort it out! Please!!!

    Still waiting for assistance from @Plusnet and @plusnethelp Issue been going on since June and still no internet. Absolutely terrible customer services

    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet The Internet is down today in Sheffield! Children can’t do school online and parents can’t do work! Can you please address the issue ASAP? It’s been down for over 2 hours now! Thanks.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband meant to go live on 18th. I don't mind that there's an issue what I do mind is that you can't be bothered to give me any updates. I have spent almost 4 hours in telephone queues trying to get answers from you - regretting the transfer already :(
