@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

Thanks to @Plusnet, we just wanted to change our broadband over and they have completely blocked and deleted our number through open reach so now there is massive problems with our new contact getting sorted :)

@Plusnet For it to still be constantly doing the same thing just as bad I also enquired about getting my broadband cancelled to be told I have to pay for it to be cancelled regardless of not having the desired functioning product I was promised. 2/3

@Plusnet absolute shambles customer service - broadband activation date delayed by a week, then another week, with no explanation. This after being told we didn't need an engineer. Now other half is stuck on hold waiting for an explanation.

@Plusnet tried to speak to you via your call centre in order to claim reward. On hold for 15 mins then answered, got put back on hold for another 10 mins then just cut me off. No easy way to speak to someone it seems. Poor service

@Plusnet I eventually received a response at 2005 indicating the "bot" didn't understand my last comment (asking if anyone was still there?) and to reply back with ?ADVISOR. This I did only to be advised at 2009 that the service closed at 1930. What a farce.

@Plusnet Generally Plusnet is a good deal but over the last 4-5 days everything is painfully slow with web pages taking too long to load, what's going on and when is it going to get better?. What have you done with the speed and if there are problems why not forewarn customers?.
