@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@Plusnet It's a nightmare. All fine until switch. No landline no Internet. Plusnet's fault. Earliest date to fix Tues so I would lose pay. So not til Fri pm. Refund 1 month even tho no service. No mobile signal at home. Completely cut off. Resorted to cafe for WiFi.

@TorquayBell @virginmedia it's fast but the customer service is so bad it's not worth it. We've found similar speed a lot cheaper with Plusnet.

@Plusnet hi, ordered a replacement router for my elderly FIL which never arrived. Rang Customer services who said they’d send another as first never dispatched. 2 weeks later, still not arrived. How do I get a refund of postage please?

@Plusnet Thank you for your assistance Curtis. This quotation is taken from the agreed contract by telephone & email on the 22nd of January 2022 which I negotiated *early* to ensure continuity of service. Your quote => "Total �20.49 per month on a new 24 month contract." Please confirm.

@Chocomatt12 The most I can get in my area is 70mbps (unless I went with a Virgin and their dedicated fibre lines which cost a fortune) so I’m with PlusNet and pay £26pm and never really drop below 60mbps
