    Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @plusnethelp @plusnet really poor internet service the last 48 hours in the SW London area. When will this be resolved? Im out of contract and therefore may need to look at other providers. Please advise when this will improve.

    @Plusnet I keep getting automated calls on my house phone and the broadband signal drops from our mobile phones like if the broadband drops ot signal

    @Plusnet just switched over for phone and broadband. Having issues with incoming phone calls not ringing... outgoing fine... checked all the hardware and tried another phone...seems to be a migration issue...local calls from a neighbour get through, anything else... nothing!

    @Plusnet So you 'sorted' my issue...I actually still have the cheque you sent for my 'inconvenience' (your poor customer service). Please explain to me why I am now being questioned by 'arvato' about an outstanding debt?
