Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet Just make sure you let everyone on social media know how bad Plusnet really is... you'll be doing the broadband community a service. I have told all my twitter & Facebook contacts just how abysmal the "service" actually is.

@jules4023 @Plusnet @TalkTalk I’ve had talk talk before and they were fine, plusnet has honestly been the worst I’ve ever had. They won’t even help sort it out either. Will never go with them again! 🙈

@Plusnet given that you have no email address for your customer service, I am unable to write to you to cancel my contract. So you'll have to be told like this! I quit, your service sucks & I'm cancelling my contract as of today!

Hi @Plusnet. My speeds are quite slow and I am unable to stream my Xbox to my laptop. Virgin is still active in my house and that can still do the task. 50mb download and 15mb upload is my speed with you when checked. Should be fine (minimum req. is 10mb for the stream)

@bloodylyons @Plusnet Think we’ve just paid the ‘🖕 fee’ - which is good as got some reason it’s decided at 3am to cut out

I once again had to cut a stream short due to my broadband going out. My apologies to everyone. @Plusnet this is unacceptable. Never mind that streaming is a key part of my income, we are in the middle of a pandemic; stable, reliable internet connections are vital
