    @WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

    @midslibrarian Hi Midlands Librarian, some customers are experiencing problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We are working quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Mike.P Sheffield

    @SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.

    @Plusnet @PretzlePretzle how come we are needing to use sites like downdetector and even thesun web site to show there are issues, but the service status on plusnet shows everything working as normal?
