Got some pithy emails from Plusnet because I've changed service provider and they're clearly taking it personally. Lads, it's not my fault you're 150 quid a year more expensive than John Lewis. And yes, I can cope without BT Sport.

@WingsScotland Stu - problem may be with plusnet/BT. Tried edge, chrome and ie from my laptop plus safari from my phone and couldn’t get to site through my router. Switched to 4g on phone and works fine. I’m with plusnet

@Plusnet I'm a Plusnet phone and broadband customer. I have had disconnections and speeds from 0.2mbs to my full 38mbs during the last week. The router regularly goes red then slowly back to blue. Is there a fault on the Lancaster network yet again?

@Plusnet My Business Broadband is far too slow making it impossible to run my shop. Please can you improve this. I have already called you several times about this, run all of the tests, reset router etc. Nothing works. Opening an excel spreadsheet makes music pause.

I had to call Plusnet cause our broadband went down, and when I was testing it to see if it was back on, the technician on the phone said "Google cats in hats" and I really liked that. I hope she's having a good shift.

Our contract with @SkyHelpTeam runs out soon. Can anyone recommend a good, small, internet service provider (not one of the big companies, Virgin, TalkTalk, etc and DEFINITELY not Plusnet) that has integrity and where we might get a good deal? Thanks.

@Plusnet Not so awesome... we kept having connection issues all afternoon/evening and had to use mobile internet. That is not good service and of course you will blame it on others as usual to avoid compensating your clients...
