    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I phoned help line - sorted. Automated e-mails were not very clear.

    @CornwallLive I was moaning about my Plusnet mobile contract increasing in April... but seeing how Plusnet (with other providers) have stepped up to help loved keep I touch between UK and Ukraine... Well good for you!

    @stephenmedlock The contract hasn't been broken as the increase is part of CPI+ which you agreed to when taking out the contract. If we do anything that is outside of the Terms then we'll let you know. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet Hello, I am currently switching from Plusnet, to @ShellEnergyHome broadband, however you picked my dates. Now I've got an email from Plusnet saying I am about to be charged £32 on 3/3 for a service when my switch is on 1/3. Pls confirm why I am being charged???

    @Plusnet Despite assurances line would be activated by midnight, it hasn't happened. Can someome please get back to me first thing in the morning to sort this out. As a new customer, this is not a good start. Thanks.

    @RTGraves With PlusNet and I’ve never had any problems since moving into my flat a year and a half ago. Best deal around for me, got charged extra a few months ago and I called up and they got it sorted right away
