    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @A_Lansbury_Ltd @SkyUK I think that they’re all about the same, ie give us your money. It depends where you live regarding high speed or even half decent speed broadband. I can only get a copper wire connection unless I go with Virgin, (not happening). Plusnet has UK based help.

    Not having much luck with @Plusnet tech support today, shame as last time I used them they were fantastic

    @benmcfc I wouldn't use any network but EE, best speeds and coverage and no roaming charges. Plusnet's been excellent.

    My Mum phoned @Plusnet again this morning and this time got someone really helpful, she only renewed Sunday so still in 14 days but has got right package. Issues should be sorted within 24 hours if not she’s to phone back. She sounded much happier just now

    @Plusnet Please sort your useless internet about. It's utterly pathetic when it takes an hour and fifteen minutes to stream a forty five minute episode of Moon Knight, because your poor quality broadband is not up to the job.

    Plusnet mobile. Are they really here to help? 2days without a phone after my new SIM failed after a week. Now I have another new SIM and still no service. Hello #@plusnet …..anyone there?
