    So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

    @Plusnet I don’t have a phone, so #1 is out - the rest are super basic that of course I’ve checked, the service works, it just drops out for a few minutes, every day...

    @Plusnet your website says your 0800 number is 7.30am - 10pm ... so I called ... the message says you close at 8pm ?? ... if I have a problem after 8pm what do I do - wait til 8am ?

    @MartinSLewis £16 a month for 18 months after cashback and prepaid MasterCard for fibre with Plusnet. I’ve only just taken it out. I won’t pay more than £20 a month if I can help it.

    What are my rights. The Internet is unstable and WiFi is poor. Plusnet said they do not guarantee the WiFi & can only guarantee Internet speeds. The speed test is fine but the Internet is unreliable. I want to go elsewhere for a better service? Can I? #MartinLewis @MartinSLewis

    @MartinSLewis My broadband is temperamental. Wired or wireless. Plusnet keep saying its fine. 3 times I've complained and 3 times its improved within days. Few weeks down the line its terrible again. Some times we can't even use WiFi and have to change phones onto 4g....

    Another year older. Feel like I'm 20, mainly because I'm without phone (broken) and home internet is on dial up speed (thank you @Plusnet) circa 1998.

    @MartinSLewis @EE FTTC/VDSL 76Mbps. £30.39 a month inc. line rental. Not had an issue as yet. Was with @Plusnet but they wouldn't budge for even £1 a month to match.

    @MartinSLewis We have had Plusnet for 2 years, service fine and really good when we had a problem at the start.
