So @Plusnet is a bit rubbish isn’t it? Never had a broadband before that drops out every day, literally never and I’ve used Virgin, BT, EE, Sky and more over the years

Really frustrating customer service - setup and paid for a broadband for a refugee family in the middle of covid. Discovered they've never used it.. now trying to cancel and being hit with a massive cancellation fee. #plusnet #compassionlost

@clarey1888 If it’s broadband. I get mine with plusnet. Never had a problem. And as for sky. Full package plus Netflix £55 a month. Always haggle. Wait couple of weeks. They always do cracking Black Friday deals
