@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

  • MotionFramework Motion Framework (@MotionFramework) reported from Derbyshire, England

@Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.

  • Saltbar Tony Barlow (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@Plusnet And how do we improve your prices. How do we react to your fear sales pitch. Front line responders in your Co. Should be able to help

  • timleng Tim Leng (@timleng) reported

For the third month in a row @Plusnet has cocked up my bill and overcharged me. Looks like I’ll be making *another* call to them tomorrow. Absolutely fuming @plusnethelp. Dire customer service.

  • Simulasoph Simulasoph (@Simulasoph) reported

I plugged the new router in and 5 minutes later I am using it. It really was that simple. I confirmed that I would like them to send me one less than 24 hours ago. Now, how was the service last time you called BT, TalkTalk, PlusNet or any other about a connection problem?🧐🙃

  • ReverendPhilip Philip Sowerbutts (@ReverendPhilip) reported

Utterly disgraceful customer service from @Plusnet unwilling to help an 87 year old lady in my congregation who is sheilding without any phone line or internet. #blacklist

  • TELashley Ashley Duncan (@TELashley) reported

Finally after almost a year of complaining to @Plusnet I have the most up to date router and get full signal connection in my room which only 8ft away!! The test will be tomorrow if it has fixed a long term occurring problem. #internetproblems #nightmare #wfh

  • GarveyCarmen Carmen Garvey (@GarveyCarmen) reported

@Plusnet Refund confirmed and chased up by Chris and Noor. It arrived today, so thanks very much for your help. Maybe it could have been dealt with more quickly with one two way email, rather than dozens of multiplatform comms.

  • radioclashblog (((Tim from Radio Clash))) (@radioclashblog) reported

Zen Internet out again, I was working on my site, turns out there are works outage again til 6am? That's it, I'm going back to Plusnet 1st chance... Many hour outages every week because of 'maintenance' is not acceptable. 6 1/2 hours last time. Might.complain to the Ombudsman.

  • BobDofB Doc Bob #FBPE no longer proud to be British (@BobDofB) reported

So 14 days after raising an issue with @Plusnet explaining the exact problem and directing them to the solution. After 1 no show @Openreach aborted visit. The second engineer actually listened and solved it In 39 minutes. #shitshow

  • _rphi Rob Phipps (@_rphi) reported

@yourolly Openreach then leases these cables to other service providers like EE, PlusNet, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Sky etc, who can then also either pay to use OR’s kit in the exchange or rent space to house their own kit (LLU or Local Loop Unbundling)

  • MartinBuck Martin (@MartinBuck) reported

@plusnethelp That’s correct. My complaint is the quality of the communication. I’d already made a decision based on the original email and mistakenly thought that the question was duplicated info. Plusnet communications used to be so good and right first time... What’s going wrong?
