So l invited Starlink to quote and they wanted £299 for a dish But blimey its' now free: from best mate Elon! But wow: £75/mth! Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (I’ll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, I’m with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for £28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

Bri 💙 (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?
