So l invited Starlinzk to quote and they asked £299 for a dish But blimey now free: from best mate Elon! But woah: £75/mth Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

Rob (@RobL_L) reported@PeteSutton Hi, you just need to reset your router. Plusnet use dynamic IP addresses that change if the router is reset of power interrupted. Sometimes Plusnet gives one that's abroad for some stupid reason and Screwfix geoblocks non UK IPs Hope that makes sense. Reset your router 👍

CanIJustSay (@CanIJustSayhuh) reported@Plusnet All good until it gets a fault ... no service since 3pm Friday in SN2 but no engineer appt till Monday. Thats no good for 3 children needing access to homework and all my devices running on wi fi inc TV... grrrrrrrr

Rob (@RobL_L) reported@AnnPawley @Screwfix It's Plusnet that's the problem. Turn off your router for an hour then turn back on so it gives you a new IP address. Plusnet has a habit of given foreign IPs which get geoblocked by screwfix's website. Mine just did the same when I switched power off. It's a pain.

CanIJustSay (@CanIJustSayhuh) reported@BT-UK ... why does it take SO long to attend when service is down ?? My daughter lives in Swindon SN2 and she is with Plusnet who use YOUR lines. Service went totally Friday 3pm and no BT engineer avail till Monday. She has 3 kids needing access to homework ....
