@Starlink I enquired about Starlink when Plusnet ****** me off grabbing £164 in a direct debit rip off: I never anticipated! So l invited Starlink to quote and they wanted £299 for a dish But blimey its' now free: from best mate Elon! But wow: £75/mth! Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

Pay for another line to be put into our home yet still @Plusnet @PlusnetOfficial no reliable service sick of calling you internet gets better for two days then back the square 1!!!

So @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Cant go inside homes now to complete promised upgrades etc. I got 2 days notice. Total disgrace and the poor callhandlers at @plusnet and the rest are getting all the groans. Total disgrace!

How do @Plusnet keep being rated highly on customer service. Rang to change provider on 4/1, persuaded me to upgrade to fibre with them as will be sorted in less than 2 weeks - faster than changing. Agreed as need this quick for work. 2 weeks later, now delayed by 2 more weeks.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Hi team, been trying to speak to someone for days on the phone but no luck. My broadband connection is so poor that for the last 2 months I've not been able to stream one film or show fully without issue. Please help!
