    @Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

    @Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.

    @Starlink I enquired about Starlink when Plusnet ****** me off grabbing £164 in a direct debit rip off:a I never anticipated! So l invited Starlinzk to quote and they asked £299 for a dish But blimey now free: from best mate Elon! But woah: £75/mth Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

    @BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

    @Plusnet my broadband is dropping out with increasing frequency again! It took at least x 6 engineers visits to resolve the issue last time, is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

    @Plusnet do you not offer roaming on your network? I'm going on holiday next month and can't find anything at all about packages that allow me to use my phone abroad. It's a shame to have to leave you because you're actually good value, but i need to use my phone abroad.

    @ShoezooN14 @jon_trickett Haha, lol I had Plusnet once. They were good, until I found they were overcharging me. Only £2pm but hey, every penny helps. I called, & the advisor put me on hold but didnt press the mute button!: Don't give him his Fg money back the advisor shouted to her F/walker, he's rude?

    @mjpallen @Plusnet I use EE for all my families phones (4) and broadband. They are very good and have great customer service. When i have been into the Leamington shop they even worked out how i could save money by moving onto a more appropriate tariff for my broadband.
