Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

So l invited Starlink to quote and they wanted £299 for a dish But blimey its' now free: from best mate Elon! But wow: £75/mth! Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒

Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

Atholl Allan (@AllanAtholl) reported@MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher..
