Holly (@HM_Dec90) reported from Derbyshire, England@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

Jhey (@JheySL2) reported@Plusnet hi, I'm having really bad issues with my Internet for the last 5 days or so, contestant disconnecting and gaming unplayable with pings hitting 500?
-
Philip Challinor (@pchallinor) reportedO let us by no means be slow At causing the bubbly to flow: My service provision Has had a revision And @plusnet have got the heave-ho!
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Plusnet I've had an email about phone line switch off. The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

Jason F (@jasonFr54781642) reportedTrying to cancel my account with #plusnet Internet I was told 20 min wait and got cut off at 14 mins, nightmare #plusnetuk any ideas

Big Dave (@bigdavesnokia) reported@ArmchairAdml Got my mum Plusnet full fibre 145 package for 25 quid (existing customer 2Y contract) and 1p mobile 1000 mins and 10gb data for £7.20 recently (no contract). She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
-
-on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.

Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
