@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@Ben_Jolly_9 No idea on their ethics, but I'm with ZEN, who as far as customer service and reliability go, are the best I've ever had, except for Plusnet who I can no longer use since moving house as they don't supply my area with FTTP, or at least didn't at the time of moving. ZEN are great!

Yesterday I rang @Plusnet mobile cos I couldn't text. They gave me some stuff to try and it worked. Happy days. Today I got an email "We have received your complaint, we're sorry we let you down...". I didn't complain, it was a minor issue, quickly sorted. I feel bad now.
