@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.

@SkyHelpTeam Do Sky contribute to leaving a broadband supplier early? I am fed up with being ripped off by @Plusnet to the tune of £44 (£48 from April) for an erratic service I am stuck with for another 15 months.

  • Tracy52468806 Tracy Carr (@Tracy52468806) reported

@Plusnet Details sent. Very disappointed and if this service is not switched by lunchtime today I will cancel the contract! @Ofcom how long should a broadband switch take?

  • Stelleruk1 Gaz L (@Stelleruk1) reported

@Plusnet Hello, I'm having issues with my wifi. Can you see if there is an issue at your end? Thanks

@misslucyp I've never really had any issues with plusnet, but I'm not foolish enough to recommend anything to anyone

  • Chintan578 Chintan (@Chintan578) reported

@Plusnet I can see minority people dont get reply or response of tweet or complain.. more than 9 weeks suffering with broadband issue, but sadly no response yet.. i can understand that some people dont have fully right to get service in your company...

  • JustChelsay Just Chelsay 🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🖤 (@JustChelsay) reported

@Chocomatt12 The most I can get in my area is 70mbps (unless I went with a Virgin and their dedicated fibre lines which cost a fortune) so I’m with PlusNet and pay £26pm and never really drop below 60mbps

  • liminallexicon Thom₳s McN (@liminallexicon) reported

@Plusnet every single time my WiFi goes down there is an @WeAreOpenreach van outside.

  • LeeReece18 Lee Reece (@LeeReece18) reported

@Plusnet Well, I’ve been a customer for 4 weeks, 3 of those I had no phone or broadband and on the 4th you put my bill up 10%. Outstanding service.

  • pablox53 BÎFF Ø BRÄDLĒY (@pablox53) reported

@Plusnet That’s as maybe but when I can get a better, more reliable service AND at 80% of your costs, it’s a no-brainer

  • ginlyld Ginny (@ginlyld) reported

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I recommend Plusnet. Never ever had a problem with them.
