@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@Plusnet down again. On phone for ages. Sick of this. Time to change again. All those awards mean nothing. How on earth can we trust which provider to use? And of course plusnet would never compensate me for lost business. #plusnet #internet #broadband

Hey @plusnethelp @Plusnet Despite your TV adverts to the contrary, your customer support is awful. I called to add a static IP to my account. I got an email stating that I now have a static IP Great, but it didn't tell me what the IP is! I replied to the email and 1/2

@Plusnet having issues with more than a couple of devices connecting to the internet. We've spoken to customer service and got nowhere. Considering we have fibre unlimited which is supposed to be for multiple devices this is useless.

  • JominGe00715465 Jomin George (@JominGe00715465) reported

@Plusnet Why customer service agents lie to us ? I was told my broadband will start running from 3rd August. When I called plusnet yesterday evening, he said broadband will be active within an hour. Now it's been more than 7 hours and it's 4th August now. Unbelievably bad service.

@Plusnet I am moving home and I've been told an appointment has been made at my new property to install the line - which is great thanks. I just want to change the appointment to AM rather than PM. Can you help please?

@Plusnet Good afternoon. I would like to speak to someone about my garbage Internet speed! The estimated is 7-8 mbps and minimum is 1.7mps yet my actual speed is between 0.05 and 0.06. How is that actually possible? Are we living in the late 90's still?
