@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

  • YijArt YijArt (@YijArt) reported

@plusnethelp I sent you a message. The broadband has been constantly disconnecting since signing up with Plusnet, the last few days have been really bad. It may come as a shock, but some of us are needing to work at home and need stable connection.

  • kingstongarrick @kingstongarrick (@kingstongarrick) reported

@LeoKearse Corbyn proposed a free-to-use national broadband service available through the Post Office. He wasn't going to nationalise any existing providers. So anyone could get online, and you would still have had Plusnet around, if you preferred to use that instead. This one needs work.

  • Brianmckeever6 Bp (@Brianmckeever6) reported

@plusnethelp I changed from Bt b-band after a 18mth contract to you. I just got your router , the WiFi signal strength is terrible compared to the BT router so reconnected the bt one and named it plusnet. Great strength again but I have to return the bt one , help

  • CybernatStoker Stoker (@CybernatStoker) reported

They used to be a brilliant service but if i was you i'd seriously consider paying that little bit extra for a better service that offers money back if they fail to deliver. So if you're thinking about setting-up or changing suppliers i'd be very weary of Plusnet. Your choice! 🤨

  • rush67326816 Manny (@rush67326816) reported

How do @Plusnet keep being rated highly on customer service. Rang to change provider on 4/1, persuaded me to upgrade to fibre with them as will be sorted in less than 2 weeks - faster than changing. Agreed as need this quick for work. 2 weeks later, now delayed by 2 more weeks.

  • HeeryJulie Jules H (@HeeryJulie) reported

@poppy_bean @Plusnet I had same problem for several weeks. Plusnet - this really needs sorting asap as we are now in need of Internet more now as doing home schooling during the day 🙈#despair#
