@Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

@shell If anyone is thinking about using these guys for their broadband, avoid. Right now their service can’t even support finding them on Twitter via WiFi. Absolutely the worst ISP on the planet. Make Plusnet look like a tech giant.

@DMinghella I was told by #Plusnet (#BT) that wifi isn't considered an essential part of their broadband package (WTF) therefore they don't guarantee that it will work..

@spikeyspud @spikeyspud it is like this in a lot of places. In fact more and more. I recently had x3 interactions with #Plusnet in which in one I was told like you wrong info and x2 was told actions that were never implemented. People get you off the phone safe that there is no culpability!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi yes, says it’s lost internet connection. We checked with PlusNet but no issue on the line/router. I spent an hour on the phone with NOW a few weeks ago where we did updates and factory reset but no good. If I ring you it’s says “sort TV issues online”, which I can’t.

I thought @virginmedia customer service is bad. @TalkTalk takes the cake though. Got transferred over, in circles, to the point I spoke to the same people multiple times. And can't talk to complaints. I've had a line with @Plusnet for 2 years and only 1 issue. Fixed it in hours.
