Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CurdRon Ron Curd (@CurdRon) reported

@Plusnet I have been told by my current provider (BT) that I cannot cancel my land line because full fibre broadband needs it but you advertise broadband without a landline. Is this possible in my area? (NR120HE)

  • Casserly_Rock James Casserly (@Casserly_Rock) reported

@DerylLynn @alisonsiobhanm1 @Plusnet This is what sickens me. These companies constantly break their own contract terms, but face no consequences. But once the customer decides to fight back, the companies throw their weight around. And Ofcom are worse than useless.

  • CAGarvie Craig Garvie TimeLord to the stars (@CAGarvie) reported

@Plusnet are there issues i see nothing on your site . but other places show reported problems and we keep losing Internet

  • robertjwall Robert Wall (@robertjwall) reported

@youfibre Please advise with regards how to cancel this contract, the nature of the issues in Oldham and the poor connections makes me want to return to @plusnet. Are you running before you can walk with your expansion?

  • OrganisedPauper OrganisedPauper (@OrganisedPauper) reported

Very pleased with my switch to Plusnet. I got £10 from MSE and an £80 prepaid card, plus it's much cheaper and the WiFi coverage is much better. Had to have a signal booster with Virgin.

  • itsadamuk ItsAdam (@itsadamuk) reported

@Plusnet It's not an issue with my devices or network. I'll try calling.

  • DerylLynn DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported

@Tris1973 Been with PlusNet for a good few years but for the past 7 weeks the internet has been mostly down so I consider them in breach of any remaining contract . They are not arguing

  • Highburydreamer Philip Noble (@Highburydreamer) reported

@Plusnet send ADVISOR to our text line and someone will call you. Failed 10 times. Call directly. Over a 60 minute wait. Customer service. I don’t think so

  • itsadamuk ItsAdam (@itsadamuk) reported

@Plusnet Imagine telling people to go to X and to DM you for support, only to be given a constant automated response of call us, that's absolutely pathetic.

  • BobbyCaldwell91 Bobby Caldwell #FBPE #RejoinEU (@BobbyCaldwell91) reported

@Plusnet Thank you for your swift response. Called your customer service team - waiting times now approaching 30 minutes. This is really not acceptable.
