@Plusnet @plusnethelp Here in NE Scotland I have had no mobile service this weeks. It is showing NO SERVICE. Please when is it likely to resume? I am unable to receive/send 2 factor verification for security log ins etc and it's become a nightmare.

My brother's having a nightmare Plusnet! They "fixed" his house wifi, but won't send an engineer out to turn the modem on. We've talked to them multiple times, and they're always just rude and unhelpful. Word of advice: Don't use them

@Plusnet Obviously I did all the obvious things. Your very polte and patient chat support have also looked into it . There is a 'known issue' but they are unable to say what or how long it will continue. I am unable to receive or send 2 factor code verifications for security etc etc

@Plusnet Gawdammit, I'm being bombarded by scam texts. Surely you can stop this crêpe going through your network. My plusnet mobile account will be chucked in the sea if this carries on. Every SMS I receive is like a test to see if I'm caught out. It's 2021 for forks sake.
