    .@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

    @npje @TalkTalk They left me without Internet for 13 days!!! Blamed my old router initially and refused to send an engineer. When Open Reach turned up (5 days later), a fault at the exchange was identified. This 'fault' was never rectified! Switched to @Plusnet. Internet restored in 5 seconds!

    @Plusnet How come your internet speeds have gone so slow since you put my price up? Used to be awesome but now for the past few months it's been horrific. Due to renew soon and I think I'll be going elsewhere.

    @NOWTV broadband, @SkyUK and @Plusnet online customer services are the most ignorant, lazy and uncommunicative bunch of people i have ever dealt with, they definitely deserve to be thoroughly investigated

    @Plusnet "We have a security system that randomly generates which characters to ask and allows us to only check those two." That's the problem though. How does this security system know the plain text characters? Different characters are asked of me each time.

    @Plusnet you cut off a disabled person’s access to the internet for a whole weekend after categorically telling them they wouldn’t be with it service. You should be ******* disgusted with yourselves
