Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England@Plusnet @plusnethelp Your mobile service is a #SHAMBLES on Monday your customer services promised me to own and fix my 78 year old mother's mobile issue. You never called her to update her, and from the conversation I've just had... You have done NOTHING to progress resolving
-
Jason M Farrow (@jasonmfarrow) reported from Basingstoke, England.@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.
-

Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, EnglandAnnoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience ๐๐

Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England@Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (Iโll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, Iโm with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for ยฃ28 a month with no mid contract price increases.
-
Jacqui Langstead (@mizpah68) reported@Plusnet Iโve been with you for years yet to switch to full fibre broadband Iโve got to pay more than a new customer. This is so wrong. Iโm disabled and internet is my contact with the outside world yet penalised because I choose to stay with you
-
Cyberax (@CyberaxUK) reported@Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I canโt do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talkingโฆ. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?
-
Oli Wright (@falo209) reported@Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.
-
Jude Elms (@JudeElms) reported@Plusnet Sky routers used to connect to my WiFi extender and work just fine Your Plusnet routers are awful, spotty connection at best, at least 2-3 times I have to wait 10+ minutes to reconnect. Was promised same speed yet I received slower less reliable internet.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
Icarus Falling (@highflier100) reported@Plusnet I keep getting an "unfortunately we've hit a problem" when logging into my account to pay the bill. Plus my connection isnt very good. Solution for this?
-
Kirsty@Quarriers (@Kirstyelsevfit) reportedAbsolutely ridiculous, actually non existent service from Plusnet. They pride themselves on their customer service but they cant provide the actual wifi service! Dont have any solutions and are only friendly when they can solve the problem.
-
Bri ๐ (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.
-
Rob Baillie (@BobaliciousBob) reported@Plusnet Thanks. I'll do that. Now, please ponder on the absurdity of the fact that in order to ask a simple question one needs to go to the "Make a Complaint" section - and that someone who works as a software engineer building end-user systems couldn't find it on their own...
