    .@BBCBreakfast BT/EE/PlusNet/Sky is having a mass broadband service outage. Appears to be country wide. RTO 18:00. This looks to be an Openreach backbone issue.

    @nw_nicholas @Plusnet I was with them for 3 years... no price increase, no issues... connection was a bit slow sometimes tho

    Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

    @Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the ยฃ44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?

    Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

    @Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach Itโ€™s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet donโ€™t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

    @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.
