Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience ๐๐

Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026
