Plusnet declined £50 cash back with no explanation @Plusnet @Top_CashBack I signed up as great price and #cashback #help

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

@SuperScienceGrl Depends on the product. For some reason there is no fibre in the city centre of Bristol, so Plusnet are as good as they can be. But it can be slow…..good customer service to be fair though.

  • KireeP24 OGKP24 (@KireeP24) reported

@Plusnet why have I got an email charging me for p&p when you guys never sent the router? Not paying for a mistake that wasn't my own. Please advise.

  • GDEwing Graham Ewing (@GDEwing) reported from Braidwood, Scotland

@Plusnet I'm connected now, Curtis, albeit I've been connected to the wrong team. Worst customer experience in my 19 years as a customer.

  • nsbarrow ℕ𝕒𝕥𝕙 𝔹𝕒𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕨 (@nsbarrow) reported

@SuperScienceGrl I had Plusnet before I moved to cable (still have my 25 MB webspace! 🤪) and two family members are still on. No issues for any of us and the main factor was price (bang for buck).

  • thedicemechanic Phil (@thedicemechanic) reported

@ndanielmusic @VodafoneUK Go to one of the small fry - e.g. PlusNet rides on the EE network but can be less than half the price

  • Markpettitt5 Mark for Democracy. (@Markpettitt5) reported

If anyone is thinking about going on to PLUSNET don't I have waited 8 days for a sim card and it doesn't work, the after service help is terrible.

  • SHEFS17 Ian (@SHEFS17) reported

@Plusnet Is it when your Plusnet Internet connection constantly drops off every evening almost without fail around 10pm, and no don’t bother DM me as our contract is thankfully coming to an end, spend less on advertising and more on getting the basics right, like supplying what we pay for
