No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".

Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

Emma B (@EBGBeee) reported@Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.
