@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Three days without broadband or phone now. Not @Plusnet ‘s fault - BT Openreach seem to have issues. Lovely timing when I’m isolating from my partner. Doing much more book reading though.

@lottyburns @BT @Plusnet have excellent customer service, one of the few ISP's where if necessary you can speak to an engineer rather just script following call centers.

@Plusnet my internet speed keeps collapsing (I have fibre with you) to download speed of 1mbps, if I reset the router it works fine for a few hours then stops working again. Has been doing this for a few wks. Please help, i’m working from home and it’s so unreliable.

@lottyburns @BT Plusnet have online chat and they also now have SMS support for line faults. They are also cheaper than BT despite being owned by them and using rebadged routers etc. Apparently they have a referral program so let me know if you want a code.
