No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

IMDANM (@IMDANM) reported@saltyy_savage Have a look at PlusNet, runs on the BT network without their awful pricing and terrible customer support (Iโll never use them again). Or look at one of the smaller fibre companies, Iโm with a company called Squirrel and get 1GB up/down for ยฃ28 a month with no mid contract price increases.

NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet Do not use this company. They take your money, donโt set up an account and fail to refund you when you provide your details. Customer service is non existent. EE have been amazing compared to this shower of a company.

I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!
