@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

Today I should have been connected to the net but @Plusnet has disconnected my neighbour and directed my new number to them. Customer service didn't listen to me so now I'm sitting with no internet. No Netflix tonight 😢

@Plusnet absolutely horrendous do not go with them my internet hasn’t worked correctly the entire contract but won’t allow me out 1 month to go and can be rid of them appalling customer service to add bye bye 1 month to go to finally connect properly:-)

Organised a fiber broadband connection today. It will take 14 days to implement. They, @Plusnet , have promised 30mbs down and a 6 to 8 mbs upload speed. They also say it will be steady. No drops. My work place is definitely going to be a better place to be! Whoohoo!
