Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
