@nsbarrow Yeah! No one's going to give me a faster service than any other as it seems cables round here are crap, despite it being a commuter town to London. Plusnet worked out at a good price even if I cancel early (unsure how long I'll be living here). Good to hear, thanks!

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step

@Plusnet can you help explain to me why the guaranteed minimum broadband speed I was offered was 61Mbps. But when I log in to my broadband account on your website its now only saying estimated download speed of 41-46Mbps, which is what I'm getting. (1/2)

@Ofcom Thanks for this! Does this include wifi as @Plusnet support state they are providing the min guaranteed speed to the router, but the wifi is the issue They’re not really willing to help with the wifi issue either

@hazzajunk Good morning Harry, thanks for your message! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Plusnet sim, I'm sure this must be really frustrating for you. Other than over the phone, reaching us on this platform would be the next best thing to do. -Dale - Sheffield

@Ofcom - what’s the regulations around wifi speeds? With @Plusnet fibre 145 (guaranteed 80mbps). Wifi speeds drop lower than 5mbps at peak times. Support team are useless. Ethernet speed is fine Been advised to buy a mesh network or run a cable around my house at my own cost 🙄

@Plusnet As I tweeted last night (?not shown in your reply?), it only lasted a few minutes this time. No obvious cause at this end though - usually when I have issues with your product, I lose service completely, but this time it just slowed to a crawl, with router looking normal.

@Plusnet So you're putting prices up too? Yea I know, it's in the contract. It's frustrating because all companies are doing this, yet my income is going down. Most people are worse off than ever while huge companies put prices up & many are making record profits. #pricehike
