No one has apologised I just want the internet back, we have had no internet all over Christmas and was told it would be back yesterday but sat here today and nothing Plusnet are the worst internet provider I have ever been with.

@Plusnet Standard replies just don’t cut it.This is more than an inconvenience.This is damaging my business.Are u going to cover my losses? Being able to log in is pointless if u can’t reply to mail. Your service is a shambles.Well over 24hrs to fix this but u haven’t.Not good enough!
