Solidarity with @CWUnews for striking. Just completed exit from both @Plusnet and @bt_uk mobile service. Left because “community pantry” aka food bank in call centres. Disgraceful that shareholders and senior management feel low wages to those who generate their profits are ok

@Plusnet for a company that bangs on about how great your customer service is I've been shocked at how bad you've been today. Kinda wished I hadn't signed up now

@Plusnet Hi Matt. The engineer hasn't visited yet, but it does look like service has been restored. If it's all OK in a few days, I'll cancel the booking.

@Plusnet Will try tomorrow. I’ve had issues signing in to and using Adobe CC products for a few days, then saw the tweet I shared. My default setup is for devices to use my hub for DNS, which doesn’t have an option to set a preferred server, presumably locked to your DNS?

@Plusnet Just updated my ticket, had a Plusnet engineer out today. A) Paying for 36Mb/s, guaranteed 24Mb/s B) pre engineer 14-24Mb/s down and 4Mb/s up C) post engineer 10-14Mb/s down and 0.3-0.5Mb/s up. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
