I personally think it’s an insult!! My mobile bill is between 7-50£ an 10£ a month. It’s 27.50£ terrible I have to pay that!! NOT you THANKS!!

Dawn Consiglio🌻 (@SigglesD) reported@Plusnet I have no mobile signal, my son has EE and he has no signal either. Apparently EE have switched off a mast in our area, I suggest you get them to turn it back on or I will be looking for a new provider. Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

Pamela (@Pazza_81) reported@Plusnet My parents waited in from 8-1 today for someone to come as promised to install a new router/improve their connection. No one came. You managed to convince them to stay with Plusnet despite slow speeds, so they expect better service than this!

luappy13 (@luappy13) reported@Plusnet A shame the routers you supply have such poor performance. I replaced the stock router w/ expensive ASUS DSL-AX82U which sorted out the connection. Your customer service would not accept you stock router is garbage.
