"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

If ur in the UK never go to @Plusnet as your ISP, we swapped 2 days ago and our internet still isnt on, we were told that it was going to be instant They told us an engineer was going to come today between 1pm-4pm to fix it, and they never turned up, we called them again (1/2)

@Ofcom what's the point of a ombudsman service when they just go in favour of the company any despite evidence showing the company are in the wrong? M,oney talks i guess a waste of my time the Ombudsman is fine i shall take @Plusnet to court instead and you too.

@Plusnet well Thankyou great not customer service , moved house today put order in 2 weeks ago waiting on connection. Rang up to be told oh no one put it through , it will be 2 weeks before connection. So had move to new town no internet which means no tv. Thanks for nothing !
