After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???

Options seem limited!!

My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
