@Plusnet When 5.6GHz is lost, it's apparent on Android, iOS and Windows so it's not a rogue element with my equipment here. Your router is broken and I really need a new one please.

@Plusnet It doesn’t let me sign in. Also my router arrived LATE , over a month after my go live DATE. So first and foremost yous didn’t hold your end of the contract we entered into, not me.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Waiting for appropriate help for 2.5 days to sort out broadband issues. Working from home and not escalating / troubleshooting has left us mobile data charges, lost work time and extra costs. Very poor service.

@JamesWH85 @burbagea @virginmedia We're now on PlusNet, I've noticed no difference in the service. Very good speeds. You're not a gamer so don't really need those speeds. I'd say move with confidence.

@PhilDay82 Hi, thank you for your patience. This charge is the first months service up front, with no additional setup fee. Your next bill would then generate a month after your activation date. Sorry for the confusion. Dylan Plusnet Sheffield.

@Plusnet hello, new customer here. Not very happy, have come from BT where I have been for 10 years, speed always just under 40gb now with you it’s 17! I want to cancel in my cooling off period so I can move back to BT!
